Abstract

The financial performance report is a very important thing for the company. For this reason, the company must be able to measure and evaluate the financial performance in order to achieve the results that have been set. One of the financial performance reports that must always be informed is the company's profit and loss report. The report contains all information regarding the income and expenses. The importance of this information must be communicated to stakeholders, so that it can assist in making strategies and making decisions for better results. Based on interviews conducted with several branch heads at the company, they wanted a more simple and informative report, such as a dashboard display. This dashboard is expected to help them in getting information and analysis that is easy to understand. To accommodate these needs, research was conducted on the design of the profitability dashboard to improve company performance. In this study, we develop a dashboard related to all information about profit and loss for each branch at company. The information provided in a dashboard designed such as data on Net Interest Income, Non Interest Income, Loan Recovery Income, OPEX, Shadow Income, Provision Expenses and other information that will be packaged in an interactive dashboard with user centered design method using the Microsoft Power BI application.

Abstract

A company that has a good internal control system is a company that is able to separate functional responsibilities clearly, has a good authorization system and recording procedure, and has adequate resources. BPJS Employment Belawan Branch Office conducts many cash receipts and disbursements transactions that occur every day, so an internal control system is needed that is able to maintain the integrity of accounting information and protect company assets against fraud and abuse. The importance of the role of the internal cash control system in the company in carrying out its operations so that the company's goals can be achieved is the background of the research. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Internal Cash Control System at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Belawan Branch. Methods: with the first stage of data collection: Types of data: primary data and secondary data. Data sources: internal data and external data. Data collection methods: filed research, observation and interviews. Stage 2 data analysis: Data Analysis Methods: Collecting data, classifying, interpreting, conclusions. Stage 3 Publication related to the Analysis of the Internal Cash Control System. The Internal Control System for Cash Receipts and Disbursements at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Belawan Branch has been running well. This can be seen from the documents used, related functions, procedures and records of cash receipts and disbursements, but internal audits by SPI are carried out every 2 years. Every cash receipt and cash disbursement must be authorized by the head of the court so that there is no fraud or misuse. The use of cash receipts and disbursement documents is carried out properly, using documents in all transactions and authorized by the Head of Finance. The occurrence of transactions involving cash must be carried out properly by the Head of the Finance Division. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Belawan Branch has separated parts/functions according to the authority, duties and responsibilities as well as conducted an objective selection for each new employee in order to obtain reliable and appropriate employees as required by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation satisfaction, supervisor support on turnover intention mediated by work engagement. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data analysis tool uses SMART PLS with the SPSS IBM 20.r program. The results of the study show that compensation satisfaction and supervisor support have no effect on turnover intention, while work engagement has an influence. Furthermore, work engagement is able to mediate compensation satisfaction and supervisor support on employee turnover intention in the Banten Province manufacturing industry.

Abstract

Data released by BPS North Sumatra shows that rural poverty in September 2020 is at 600.48 thousand people or 9.02 percent. The low economic value in the agricultural sector results in a low level of farmer welfare. Farmer's exchange rate (FER) is one indicator of farmers' welfare. FER can be measured by comparing the price index received by farmers (output selling price index) with the price index paid by farmers (production process input price index). Agricultural development can contribute to national development and is the largest contributor to both national GDP and regional GDP. There are several factors that affect the exchange rate of farmers themselves, including: Consumer Price Index (CPI), GDP, and rice prices. The purpose of the study was to determine the farmer's exchange rate (FER) and the factors that influence the farmer's exchange rate in South Tapanuli Regency. Methods: Research Location: Tatengger Village, Angkola Muara Tais District, South Tapanuli Regency. Type of data: primary data, primary data. Population: all rice farmers in Tatengger Village, Angkola Muara Tais Sub district, Tapsel Regency, as many as 127 farmers; the sampling used the Krejcie and Morgan method; as many as 56. Data analysis methods: calculating FER, Calculating FER factors. From the analysis that has been carried out regarding the Analysis of Rice Paddy Farmers' Exchange Rates in Tatengger Village, Angkola Muara Tais District, South Tapanuli Regency, the conclusions are: On average, the Farmer's Exchange Rate (FER) of the sample in Tatengger Village is 96.87 or less than 100 Thus, it can be concluded that the welfare level of the sample farmers in Tatengger Village, Angkola Muara Tais District, South Tapanuli Regency in 2020 is classified as not yet prosperous.

Abstract

This study examines how Digital Marketing is one of the solutions used by MSMEs to survive and grow in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The object of research is 35 thousand MSMEs who have been affected by the pandemic era. The method used in this research is a literature study. The results of this study are that in the era of the epidemic, consumers almost forgot about the brand, so that promotion through digital advertising can remind brand awareness. Digital marketing can expand the marketing reach of MSMEs. And with the massive use of digital marketing, it has been done to increase customer awareness. Maketplace is a form of investment from e-commerce, namely solutions or changes in marketing and sales methods.

Abstract

Consumer loyalty is influenced by price, product, and location factors. Companies must have competitive prices, and quality products, and have a strategic location in other can be increased consumer loyalty. Price is the amount of money that has been agreed upon by prospective buyers and sellers to be exchanged for goods or services in a business transaction. Products are all things that can fulfill and satisfy human needs or desires, both tangible and intangible. Location is one of the initial activities that must be carried out before the company starts operating determining the right location will affect the company's ability to serve consumers. Consumer loyalty is a consumer's commitment to a product or service by making routine purchases more than twice. Prices that can be reached by consumers, products that are in accordance with their benefits and a location located in the city center will increase consumer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine or analyze the effect of price, product and location on consumer loyalty at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan. This research was conducted at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that price, product and location had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer loyalty at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan. The adjusted R square value of 90.7% indicates that the variable ability of price (X1), product (X2) and location (X3) affects consumer loyalty (Y) at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan while the remaining 9.3% is the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not examined by researchers in this study such as promotion, service quality or consumer purchase interest variables.

Abstract

This research measures the Influence of Trust, Corporate Image, and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions. This research was conducted on active students of Stikubank Semarang. Sampling technique on respondents by applying purposive sampling technique, using the following criteria: Active students at Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang who have made purchases at the Shopee Marketplace. The method of unification of data uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Trust, Corporate Image and Price Perception have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Taxes has carried out extensification efforts, one of which is by increasing the number of taxpayers while intensifying efforts by increasing tax revenues. Research is quantitative. Sampling using Slovin got 100 respondents. The Likert scale used. The results of this study use SPSS form 25. The convenience variable which is emphasized by the t-count value of 6.224 has exceeded 1.984 which is the t-table value at probability 0.05 and the significance value for the convenience variable is 0.000 does not exceed 0.05, the convenience variable has an effect significant to e-filing users. The security variable which is confirmed by the calculated t value of 2.442 has exceeded 1.984 which is the t table value at probability 0.05 and the significance value for the knowledge variable is 0.005 and does not reach 0.05. the security variable has a significant impact on the utilization of e-documenting. The information technology readiness variable which is confirmed by the t value of 6.597 has exceeded 1.988 which is the t table value at probability 0.05 and the significance value for the information technology readiness variable is 0.000 and does not reach 0.05, the information technology readiness variable has a significant influence on use of e-filing. Simultaneously give effect to the dependent variable. In other words, the variables of convenience, security and readiness of information technology have a huge impact all the while on the variable of needing to utilize e-documenting.

Abstract

For every potential investor who thinks logically and wisely in investing, his attention will be focused and directed at the value or rate of return of a product or investment which is commonly called dividend. The pharmaceutical sub-sector company is the one that has experienced quite good development, especially in the current situation where the demand for drugs and the like has increased sharply due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Of course, this greatly affects the condition of pharmaceutical companies, especially dividend policies. The goal of this investigation is tois to examine the impact of profitability, liquidity, and activity on the dividend policies of pharmaceutical subsector firms from 2016 to 2021. The research approach is quantitatively descriptive, and multiple linear regression is utilized as the analytical instrument. During the study period, the research sample consists of six pharmaceutical subsector enterprises that pay dividends and routinely produce financial reports. A sig t test score of 0.811 indicates that profitability has no influence on dividend policy, while a test value of 0.035 indicates that liquidity and activity both have significant effects, both of which are below the 0.05 minimal limit. 0.02 is less than the minimum criterion for the sig t test.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of  work motivation, leadership, and work environment on employee performance in PT Mayora Indah Tbk employees in the HR&GA (Human Resource & General Affairs) division  and will then be mentioned with HR&GA information. The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study used hypot hesis testing method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with  SPSS software. The data in the study was collected from 117 employees of PT Mayora Indah Tbk in the HR&GA division using the census method. Based on the results of the study showing that there is no positive influence of work motivation on employee performance,there is no positive influence of leadership on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effecton employee performance.
