Abstract

Payment claim management in pharmacies is often conducted manually, which is susceptible to errors and less efficient. To address this challenge, a more structured and effective approach is needed. This research adopts the Agile approach in developing an insurance claim payment application in pharmacies. The Agile approach was chosen for its flexibility in adapting to user needs changes and enabling rapid iterations in application development. Implementing the application with the Agile approach resulted in a product that meets most of the specifications and user expectations, with features such as pharmacy system integration, quick claim reporting, timely payment notifications, and strong data security receiving positive feedback from users. However, user acceptance evaluation also identified some areas that require improvement, such as limited password reset features and less flexible notification options. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of insurance claim payment applications in pharmacies using the Agile approach. The results of this research provide insights into the effectiveness of the Agile approach in this context and lay the groundwork for further improvements and enhancements in the development of similar applications in the future

Abstract

The development of drug counseling and education system applications in pharmacies is an important initiative, given the challenges in providing effective drug education to users. This research addresses these issues using an Agile approach in application development. The research methods include user requirements analysis, iterative development of the application using Agile methodology, and evaluation of functionality and user acceptance. The results showed that the application of the Agile approach in developing this application successfully increased user engagement and positively contributed to improving health services in pharmacies. The contribution of this research lies in developing adaptive, responsive, and effective health applications that meet user needs and improve the quality of health services in pharmacies. Thus, this research provides a better understanding of innovative approaches in health app development and highlights the importance of implementing best practices in improving public health services.

Abstract

The Processing student attendance data at STMIK Methodist Binjai plays an important role in implementing teaching and learning activities. The STMIK Methodist Binjai attendance system still uses stationery which is less efficient, thus affecting learning productivity. Therefore, a solution is needed to help with attendance problems so that attendance can be run efficiently and with fast computing. Namely by using Face Recognition technology for Smart Attendance using the haar cascade method in OpenCV. The results of the developed application can recognize faces with an accuracy rate of 81%. And users also manage data in the system and recording attendance data is stored in excel files

Abstract

Data on purchases by consumers in storage will continue to grow. So the sales application at the Atk Gyant shop is less effective. Meanwhile, in the sales transaction data, there is valuable information such as knowing a trend or pattern carried out by consumers. Data Mining has several characteristics and functions. The characteristic of data mining which aims to find tendencies in combination patterns is to use the Apriori method. The Apriori method can be applied to analyze purchasing patterns by Atk Gyant store consumers with the results of 10 patterns, namely the highest support value for 1 item is 40%, 2 items is 26% and 3 items is 19%.

Abstract

Electrical energy is a vital sector to meet the needs of a country, especially in Indonesia. This high demand creates many problems for the country. This happens because the DC supply keypoint needs are not yet optimally reliable. This research increases the reliability of keypoints by utilizing solar panels as a source of electrical energy. Solar panels are electricity generation utilizing solar light irradiation into electrical energy using Photovoltaic (PV). Uncertain environmental conditions result in the characteristics of solar panels having an unstable voltage output. The solution to overcome this problem is to use a PID controller and an energy storage system. In this research, a DC supply voltage control system based on a PID Controller for batteries was developed to maintain maximum reliability of the distribution system. Therefore, innovative modification of a system is needed to maximize reliability.

Abstract

Smart drones are a type of miniature Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or can be translated as an unmanned aircraft which is also commonly called a Drone. Drone categories currently consist of fixed wings (drones that use wings) and multirotor (drones that use more than one motor and without wings). Multirotor drones can use 3 motors, 4 motors, 6 motors and 8 motors. Smart drones have a control system to be able to fly according to the wishes of the operator in Ground Control. Power The range of a smart drone with a manufacturer's control system is limited to 100 meters, thus limiting smart drones from flying further. Changing the control system with a stronger signal transmitter on smart drones can increase the drone's range. This research produced an Ardupilot-based control system to increase the drone's range.

Abstract

In this final project, the characteristics of the thermoelectric generator Type SP1848 27145 SA have been tested using three variations of the circuit, where in the test the three types of circuit use the same cooling and heating sources, the heat source uses the hot fire of a spirit stove and in the cold part uses a tank filled with running water without heatsing. The highest voltage output results were recorded in testing using a series circuit. The voltage recorded in the series circuit test was 19.91 volts, only taking 47.17 seconds.T 44°C but when testing with a load the highest result was recorded in a test using a parallel series circuit, a result of 9.74 watts was recorded atT 44°C and the highest current obtained in the parallel series circuit test recorded a final result of 0.76 amperes.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 is impacting the world of work, increasing efficiency and effectiveness while posing challenges for human resource management in terms of talent acquisition. Automation and technological advancements require new skills for workers to remain competitive. However, surveys show that graduates in Indonesia do not have the skills and knowledge that match industry demands, resulting in a mismatch between labor supply and demand. Human resource professionals must adapt to the rapidly evolving industry by making effective and efficient decisions in the recruitment and selection process. Decision-making systems play an important role in optimizing this process, especially through the use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Industry 4.0 using big data and the internet. Through a systematic literature review, the potential of AHP in supporting decision-making for human resource selection/recruitment in the Indonesian workforce and Industry 4.0 is explored. AHP's ability to consider multiple criteria and weights among alternatives enables flexible and structured decision-making, making it a suitable tool for recruitment and selection processes.

Abstract

With the increasing amount of software that has been developed by developers, this encourages experts in the software field to release products with quality and updates on a regular and scheduled basis. In the software development process, teamwork is crucial, where a developer must work together with his colleagues. Of the various software development processes that occur in the IT Cyber Community, challenges often occur at the code integration stage. This challenge arises when a lot of code from different developers has to be combined. Not only that, the time required is very fast to get new features. Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) can be a solution to overcome this problem. Through the implementation of CI/CD, the software integration and delivery process becomes more automated, allowing developers to integrate code more regularly and minimizing the risk of problems that may arise due to human error and also delays in deploying a new feature. The automation process in React.js and Node.js software development using Docker and Jankins was successfully carried out by implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment in testing, code that was integrated more regularly and software delivery was faster. In the process, the time required to deploy a software can be minimized, which previously took a long time, can now be shortened, which previously took 8 minutes 48 seconds, now only takes 2 minutes 56 seconds.

Abstract

Soft power is persuasive power that is not military or economic in nature, but is rooted in the attractiveness of culture, values and a positive image of a country. South Korea has successfully utilized soft power through the Korean wave to increase its presence and influence on the global stage. This research aims to investigate the role of Korean cultural diplomacy in integrating and uniting the international community through the concept of soft power. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that South Korea's cultural diplomacy, especially through the Korean Wave, has succeeded in creating a significant positive impact. The research highlights the contribution of the Korean Wave in strengthening South Korea's positive image at the global level, building sociocultural and economic ties in the East Asian region, and generating economic growth through increasing the popularity of Korean products and lifestyle. Full support from the government, including through the establishment of public institutions, provides a strong foundation for the success of South Korea's cultural diplomacy. In conclusion, research shows that South Korea's cultural diplomacy is an effective instrument in building positive connectivity, advancing the economy, and shaping global views of this country.
