Abstract

Non-wage workers are also included in the informal sector workers and are entitled to social security protection which is carried out in stages in accordance with one of the principles of social security, namely that participation is mandatory. As is known, the development of informal sector workers, especially after the Covid 19 pandemic, has grown very rapidly over time, in the fields of culinary, crafts, household equipment, animals, etc. So the purpose of this article is to discuss employment social security protection for non-wage earners as regulated in Law no. 24 of 2011 concerning Social Security Administering Bodies. Using doctrinal research methods, this article finds that there is a lack of optimization in the absorption of participants in the labor social security protection program by the Employment Social Security Administering Agency due to constraints on the age limit for workers, a lack of understanding by workers in the informal sector of the importance of employment social security and the benefits that can be obtained. accepted. So in this article the ideal social security protection is formulated, namely carrying out comprehensive and gradual socialization by the Employment Social Security Administering Body, the government's role in adjusting the age limits for informal sector workers so that they can provide maximum social security protection, as well as the public's willingness to receive benefits. provided by the Employment Social Security Administering Agency, so that there is synergy and achievement of community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision of the Religious Court Stabat No.1062/Pdt. G/2015/PA.Stab regarding grant cancellation. This study uses a statutory and conceptual approach. The data sources used are primary data sources consisting of decisions from the Religious Courts, compilations of Islamic law, books of civil law laws, compilations of sharia economic laws. Meanwhile, secondary sources of law consist of books of Islamic jurisprudence, law books, and scientific journal articles. The results of this study indicate that the panel of judges examining cases of disputes over the cancellation of grants uses article 35 paragraph 1, article 36 paragraph 1 of law number 1 of 1974 concerning joint property and article 1338 of the Civil Code regarding agreements/agreement, thus ignoring the article regarding the permissibility of withdrawing a grant object even though the grant is without the approval of other heirs. The panel of judges should ideally be guided by the concept of Maqasid Syari'ah, namely maintenance of property and offspring. Thus, it can avoid negative impacts that will occur in family ties, such as the relationship between parents and their heirs. However, according to Hans Kelsen's theory of justice, the legal considerations made by judges in deciding cases of cancellation of grants are inconsistent in terms of the application of the legal system in force in Indonesia because according to him a sense of justice has not been fulfilled for justice seekers.

Abstract

Employee performance at the Badung Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office reflects effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out tasks related to the development and provision of education. High employee performance can have a positive impact in various aspects, such as improving the quality of education, good resource management, effective program planning, and adequate service to the community. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of work motivation and organizational culture to improve employee performance at the Badung Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office. The number of respondents involved in the study were 94 respondents using the survey method. Data collection using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS. The results showed that work motivation, work culture and organizational commitment had a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can moderate the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The total influence that dominantly affects employee performance is work motivation. It is recommended to provide facilities that support the physiological needs of employees and strengthen communication between leaders and subordinates, as well as give awards to subordinates who excel.

Abstract

Human resource management and cooperatives are very important for sustainability and performance in an era of globalization and increasingly fierce economic competition. This study investigates flower farmer cooperatives in Kopeng, Semarang Regency, and focuses on appropriate management methods to increase member commitment, which impacts the success and competitiveness of the cooperative. This research found a lack of knowledge about the components that influence member commitment and how to increase it. This research found that social factors, such as relationships between members, and economic factors, such as financial benefits, have a large influence on member commitment. The research results show that strengthening social relationships and providing financial incentives are effective management strategies to increase member commitment. The research results show that two effective management approaches to increase member commitment are improving social relationships and providing financial incentives. In addition, it was found that increased communication and participation in decision making were important components in increasing member commitment. This research offers theoretical and practical insights into managing member commitment in the context of flower farmer cooperatives and provides recommendations for cooperative practitioners and academics about management strategies that can be implemented to increase member commitment, which in turn will improve cooperative performance and sustainability.

Abstract

Customer loyalty plays a critical role in facilitating economic activity at the village level, particularly in terms of lending and depositing funds. Customer loyalty contributes to the sustainability and stability of LPDs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, satisfaction, and trust on customer loyalty. The number of samples used was 100, using the accidental sampling method. Data collection was done using a Likert scale questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analyses. The application used is Smart PLS. Hypothesis testing is done using the t test and the F test. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality, satisfaction, and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at LPD Desa Adat Padang Luwih. The contribution of service quality, satisfaction, and trust to customer loyalty is 85.6 percent. It is recommended to improve service quality, satisfaction, and trust.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of business characteristics and entrepreneur characteristics on the independence of formal debt decision making, by considering the moderating role of patriarchal culture. This study also aims to examine the impact of formal debt decision-making independence on business performance. The research was conducted through a survey of 248 female entrepreneurs in the food and beverage processing sector in Semarang. The research method uses descriptive and inferential analysis, with hypothesis testing carried out using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings show that business characteristics and entrepreneur characteristics have a positive and significant influence on the independence of formal debt decision making. In addition, patriarchal culture is proven to play a moderating role, influencing the relationship between business characteristics/ entrepreneur characteristics and the independence of formal debt decision making. In other words, patriarchal culture modifies the influence of business characteristics and entrepreneur characteristics on formal debt decisions. The analysis also shows that independence in formal debt decision making has a positive impact on business performance. Thus, the results of this research imply the importance of independence in making formal debt decisions for female entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry in Semarang.

Abstract

Waterfall tourism is a natural tourist attraction that is an option when traveling to Bogor Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential for waterfall tourism in Bogor Regency and the strategy for developing waterfall tourism to become a leading tourist attraction in Bogor Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The informants selected by purposive sampling technique were tourism stakeholders included in the keyperson, namely the Bogor Regency Tourism Office, managers of waterfall tourist attractions, tourists, business owners, and the local community. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive analysis. For the selection of alternative development strategies, a SWOT analysis is carried out. The results of the study show that the tourism potential of waterfalls in Bogor Regency has an attractiveness and uniqueness which is its strength. Based on the Internal Factor Analysis Strategy (IFAS) the main strength aspect is community participation in managing waterfall tourism and the biggest weakness is accessibility to waterfall tourism which is still difficult. Meanwhile, based on the External Factor Analysis Strategy (EFAS), the biggest opportunity aspect is tourists who help promote waterfall tourism and the biggest threat is natural disasters. The results of the SWOT analysis show that in developing waterfall tourism in Bogor Regency, a defensive strategy can be applied.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a disease caused by infection with the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae or pneumococcus. This disease attacks the respiratory tract and can infect the lungs. The lungs consist of small sacs called alveoli, which fill with air when healthy people breathe. When a person has pneumonia, the alveoli fill with pus and fluid, which makes breathing painful and limits oxygen intake. WHO data for 2022 states that pneumonia killed 740,180 children under 5 years of age in 2019, accounting for 14% of all deaths in children under 5 years but 22% of all deaths in children aged 1 to 5 years (World Health Organization, 2022). In the 2021 health profile, national data, the percentage of toddlers affected by pneumonia was 31.4%. One way to prevent the occurrence of pneumonia in children is the use of the Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) which is able to provide more long-lasting and effective protection for children. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and maternal knowledge regarding motivation for providing PCV immunization to babies aged 0-11 months, especially in the working area of ​​the UPT Poris Gaga Lama Health Center, Tangerang City in 2023

Abstract

Every year the Peh Cun tradition is carried out to commemorate and pay tribute to the ancestors, this is also done by the Chinese community in Tangerang City. The Peh Cun festival contains a wide range of activities and traditions, but at the moment it is not much to implement. There needs to be an effort to preserve the culture to become a cultural tourist attraction in the city of Tangerang. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive which means to understand the phenomena of what the subject is experiencing by means of description in word form. Data used in primary and secondary research, with techniques of gathering interviews, observations and documentation studies with data analysis techniques used in the way data is obtained, collected and then described in interactive models with stages of data condensation, presentation and conclusion. The results in this study are concluding. In order to improve the visits of tourists that can be made for maximum results, it is necessary to collaborate between Chinese and Betawi cultures, to cooperate with BUMN, private and educational institutions as well as collaborate with influencers in marketing, development and full support for the implementation of the Peh Cun Festival in the Cisadane River in the city of Tangerang. Such efforts are expected to enhance the visit with the appeal of beauty, uniqueness and value.

Abstract

The proficiency of teachers at SMAN 1 Bekasi in facilitating learning exchanges varies significantly. In fact, teachers frequently express dissatisfaction with the students they instruct, deeming them to be inadequately prepared. This study seeks to examine and assess the correlation between the efficacy of the Head of School's leadership, the school's management quality, and the Head of School's performance with the teaching quality of teachers at SMAN 1 Bekasi. This study used a mixed-methods methodology. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations serve as data collecting methods. The findings indicated that the leadership effectiveness of the head of school (X1), the quality of school administration (X2), and the leader's performance (X3) had a significant impact on the teaching quality of teachers (Y), both individually and collectively. The correlation between X1 and Y was 71.5%, the correlation between X2 and Y was 53.6%, and the correlation between X3 and Y was 35.7%. The combined correlation of the three independent variables (X1, X2, and X3) on the dependent variable (Y) was 72.4% and fell into the high category. Based on this study, it can be inferred that the quality of teaching in schools is significantly impacted by three primary characteristics: the leadership of the head of school, the quality of school management, and the performance of the head. Other variables also play a role in determining the overall quality. Every school principal has the ability to promote the enhancement of teaching by implementing efficient leadership, working towards achieving high-quality school administration, and enhancing performance to expedite school advancement.
