Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowthe correlation between service quality of room boy with stisfaction of guest stay at Hotel Axana Padang.The population amount are 1.711. people who are stay at Hotel Axana Padang, sample selection techniques in the study is using incidental-non probability sampling. The amount of sample are 95people. Data collection techniques is using a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the survey find, the relationshipBetween Service Ouality of Room Boy with Satisfaction of guest shows positive with the value of correlation (r) 0,634 and significant 0,000. Abstract

Pertumbuhan Industri perhotelan pada saat ini semakin bertumbuh, untuk industry ini sendiri dibutuhkankan strategi yang tepat untuk bisa tetap bertahan karena semakin banyak nya pesaing. Untuk menarik minat beli tamu dibutuhkan stategi promosi yang tepat baik secara offline maupun online. Pada saat ini pengguna media sosial semakin meningkat hal ini bisa menjadi peluang bagi industry perhotelan untuk menarik lebih banyak tamu. Hal ini juga dilakukan oleh salah satu hotel di Jakarta yaitu Sunlake hotel pasca pandemic covid 19. Dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial Instagram tamu hotel ini sempat meningkat tetapi Kembali sedikit menurun, untuk itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian di hotel Sunlake Jakarta, melihat pengaruh Promosi melalui media sosial Instagram terhadap minat beli tamu di hotel Sunlake Jakarta,Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. terlihat hasil adjusted R 2 (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,353. Artinya bahwa 35,3% variabel minat beli tamu (Y) akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebasnya, yaitu: Promosi melalui media sosial instagram, Sedangkan sisanya variabel Minat beli tamu akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembagan destinasi wisata Tangga Seribu Delleng Sindeka Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Sumber data penelitian data primer dan sekunder dengan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi Pustaka, dengan Teknik Analisa data metode tringulasi dengan membandingkan dan menganalisis informasi dari sumber lainnya. Narasumber dalam Penelitian ini Dinas Pariwisata pakpak Bharat, Masyarakat.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik, Amenities, Aksesibilitas dan Ancillary Service  yang dimiliki oleh destinasi wisata banyak bisa dikembangkan melihat potensi, keunikan dan  kebudayaan yang dimiliki.  Saat ini sudah mulai dikembangkan tetapi masih perlu pembenahan agar lebih maksimal baik dari segi daya tarik, Amenities, Aksesibilitas dan Ancillary Service.  Untuk itu Dinas Pariwisata Pakpak Bharat perlu melakukan Kerjasama kepada semua yang berkepentingan dalam pengembangan destinasi wisata Dari masyarakat, organisasi kepariwisataan, untuk melakukan pembenahan dari daya tarik, Amenities, Aksesibilitas dan Ancillary Service.

Abstract

Pakpak Bharat Regency has natural resources that can be managed and generate economic value for the welfare of the people in the district, one of which is in the field of tourism. There are several tourism destinations in this district, one of which is the Simbilulu waterfall, which is a destination that is the focus of the government in its development, in increasing tourist visits there are several things that need attention. Attractiveness, Accessibility and Facilities are elements that are factors of the success of a tourist destination. These elements are factors for consideration by tourists in visiting destinations. Simbilulu Waterfall tourism destinations have started well, but there are still some that do not meet the needs of tourists when visiting destinations. If this destination is developed and managed optimally, it is likely that it will also have a positive impact on the community around the tourist destination. This study examines how much influence the variables of Attractiveness, Accessibility and Facilities have on tourist visits to Simbilulu Waterfall, Pakpak Bharat Regency, North Sumatra. The population in this study are tourists who come to visit the Simbilulu waterfall with an average value per month. The minimum sample in this study is based on the Slovin formula of 95 respondents with an error rate of 10%, using the incidental sampling technique. Data analysis with multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis. Results of the study showed that Attraction contributed 45.3%, Accessibility 7.1%, and Facilities 14.3%, to tourist visits to Simbilulu Waterfall. The hypothesis shows that there is an influence between the variables of attractiveness and facilities is accepted, while the hypothesis that there is an effect of accessibility is rejected.

Abstract

Kegiatan pariwisata yang menggunakan budaya sebagai obyeknya dikenal dengan wisata budaya, yang sekarang ini banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Selain atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas, dan jasa pendukung pariwisata, pelayanan yang baik dan sumber daya manusia (SDM) turut berperan pada daya tarik wisata ini agar dapat memberikan layanan yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing dengan kampung wisata budaya lainnya. Perkampungan Betawi Setu Babakan adalah tempat dimana pengunjung dapat melihat dan berinteraksi dengan kebudayaan Betawi secara lengkap antara lain yaitu; tarian, musik, teater, prosesi budaya dan silat Betawi. Acara dilakuan pada hari juamt, 3 November 2023 di area aula Kampung Betawi Setu Babakan kegiatan di mulai dengan kata sambutan dari perwakilan pengurus setu babakan dan Ketua Kegiatan PKM dari Universitas Bunda Mulia Ibu Roozana. Kemudian setelah ramah tamah di mulailah kegiatan pemaparan materi mengenai Pengenalan Pariwisata, English for Tourism, Sapta Pesona, Layanan Prima, Appetizer Demo. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil kuesioner yang di berikan kepada peserta sebanyak 20 orang untuk seluruh materi maka katagori Edukatif (Kegiatan Abdimas bermanfaat dan menjawab kebutuhan Peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,53, Objektif (Materi yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kondisi dan masalah yang dihadapi peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar 3,47, Akuntabel (Materi disampaikan dengan jelas dan dapat dipahami oleh peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar  3,70%, Transparan (Peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar  3,60%.

Abstract

Every year the Peh Cun tradition is carried out to commemorate and pay tribute to the ancestors, this is also done by the Chinese community in Tangerang City. The Peh Cun festival contains a wide range of activities and traditions, but at the moment it is not much to implement. There needs to be an effort to preserve the culture to become a cultural tourist attraction in the city of Tangerang. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive which means to understand the phenomena of what the subject is experiencing by means of description in word form. Data used in primary and secondary research, with techniques of gathering interviews, observations and documentation studies with data analysis techniques used in the way data is obtained, collected and then described in interactive models with stages of data condensation, presentation and conclusion. The results in this study are concluding. In order to improve the visits of tourists that can be made for maximum results, it is necessary to collaborate between Chinese and Betawi cultures, to cooperate with BUMN, private and educational institutions as well as collaborate with influencers in marketing, development and full support for the implementation of the Peh Cun Festival in the Cisadane River in the city of Tangerang. Such efforts are expected to enhance the visit with the appeal of beauty, uniqueness and value.

Abstract

The Indonesia Science Center is located inside Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in East Jakarta, serves as an interactive science exhibition venue. It offers various exhibits designed to enhance knowledge and understanding of science. This research aims to assess the extent to which attractiveness influences the interest in visiting the Indonesia Science Center at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This study adopts a quantitative research methodology, incorporating multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t-tests and f-tests, and determination coefficient tests, all conducted using SPSS software. The sample comprises 100 respondents, including both individuals who have visited and those who have not visited the Indonesia Science Center at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, East Jakarta. The research findings indicate that the overall mean score for variable X (Attractiveness) is 4.10, while the overall mean score for variable Y (Interest in Visiting) is 4.11. The t-test results show a significance value of less than 0.001, which is below the 0.05 threshold, indicating that variable X (Attractiveness) significantly affects variable Y (Interest in Visiting). The coefficient of determination (r²) is calculated to be 0.688, suggesting that 68.8% of the variance in variable Y is explained by variable X.

Abstract

Kota Tangerang berupaya dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dengan membuat event berbagai kebudayaan yang ada di Kota Tangerang. Salah satunya adalah Festival Budaya Kota Tangerang yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun hal ini agar kebudayaan yang ada dengan beragam etnis yang mendiami kota Tangerang, upaya lainnya yang dilakukan yaitu membuat calender of event 2024, hal ini untuk melestarikan budaya dari generasi ke generasi serta menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh dari culture event terhadap citra destinasi Kota Tangerang sebagai city of events. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk Data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian primer dan sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dengan uji instrumen validitas dan realibilitas, dengan metode analisis Uji asumsi klasik, Regresi Sederhana dan koefisien Determinasi R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dampak Culture event berpengaruh positif terhadap citra destinasi di Kota tangerang sebagai city of events dibuktikan bahwa nilai Thitung > dari Ttabel (15,925>1,983) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000< dari 0.050. Nilai koefiesien 72.1. Hal ini menunjukkan besaran pengaruhnya yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract

This study explores innovation as a strategy to preserve traditional jamu and increase consumer interest in the modern era, focusing on Acaraki Jamu as a case study. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with five informants (a marketing manager, a barista, and three young consumers), and documentation. The findings show that Acaraki Jamu implements innovation through product presentation, modern café concepts, and the use of coffee-style preparation methods. These strategies have successfully transformed the image of jamu from a traditional herbal drink to a contemporary lifestyle choice, especially among younger consumers. Acaraki also utilizes digital marketing and minimalist interior design to support consumer engagement. The study concludes that innovation plays a vital role in reviving traditional cultural products by making them more accessible and appealing to modern audiences. This research contributes to the understanding of how cultural heritage can adapt to current market demands through creative transformation, offering insights for businesses aiming to preserve tradition while attracting new market segments.

Abstract

This research was prompted by a decline in tourist visits to the Ketapang Mauk mangrove ecotourism area between May and September 2024, suggesting potential issues related to tourists’ motivation in making visitation decisions. The aim of this study is to determine whether motivation has an influence on tourists’ decisions to visit the area. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method to examine the relationship between motivation and visiting decisions. The analysis also included supporting tests to measure the strength and direction of the influence. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant and positive influence on tourists’ decisions to visit Ketapang Mauk mangrove ecotourism. This finding highlights that motivational factors play a vital role in shaping tourists’ behavior. Based on this, it is recommended that tourism managers improve strategies that enhance visitor motivation. These may include improving tourism infrastructure and services, enhancing promotional activities, and offering unique, environmentally based educational experiences that align with tourists’ interests and values. Motivation should remain a key consideration in sustainable tourism planning for this destination.
