Abstract

Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning in elementary schools is expected to be contextual, interactive, and capable of fostering students' active participation. However, preliminary observations at SD Negeri Karangasem 1 Surakarta revealed that learning activities still rely heavily on textbooks and worksheets, while the use of interactive digital learning media remains limited. This condition affects students' engagement and understanding of renewable energy concepts, which are closely related to real-life issues. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the need for developing an interactive electronic module integrated with Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) on renewable energy topics for elementary school students. This study employed a Research and Development approach using the 4D model and was limited to the Define stage. The study involved three sixth-grade teachers and 45 sixth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The findings revealed that teachers require innovative digital teaching materials that can present renewable energy concepts in a more contextual and engaging manner. Students showed a high interest in learning through digital media and preferred learning resources containing videos, images, interactive quizzes, and real-life examples. Furthermore, most students expressed interest in using interactive electronic modules and learning materials connected to real-world issues. Abstract

This paper evaluates groundwater management strategies for maintaining food security and national security in the Banten region. The study uses monthly rainfall and air temperature data from ten representative locations classified according to Oldeman climate zones during 1981-2010. The Braak method is applied to estimate local air temperature, while the Thornthwaite and Mather water-balance method is used to calculate potential evapotranspiration, soil water content, and available groundwater. The findings show that wet climate zones remain relatively stable, while drier northern zones experience groundwater availability decline for seven to eight months per year. These results highlight the importance of sustainable groundwater management through conservation, artificial recharge, monitoring, irrigation efficiency, groundwater extraction control, and public education. Effective groundwater policy is essential to protect agricultural productivity, community water access, economic stability, and national security resilience.

Abstract

Agrarian disputes in Indonesia remain a fundamental issue because they are directly related to legal certainty, protection of land rights, and the governance of land administration. This study aims to analyze mechanisms for preventing and resolving agrarian disputes through the strengthening of the land administration system. This study uses normative legal research with descriptive analytical specifications and a normative juridical approach. The data consist of secondary data as the main data and primary data as supporting data. Secondary data were obtained through library research on legislation, legal doctrines, journal articles, and other relevant legal materials. Primary data were obtained through limited observation and interviews at land administration institutions. The data were analyzed using a juridical qualitative method. The results show that agrarian disputes are largely triggered by weaknesses in land administration, particularly the inconsistency between physical and juridical data, overlapping land certificates, weak validation of land title documents, suboptimal digitalization of land records, and the inconsistent application of the principle of contradictoire delimitatie. This study concludes that the prevention of agrarian disputes should be directed toward strengthening land administration that is accurate, transparent, integrated, digital, and accountable. Such strengthening can be carried out through the digitalization of land records, the updating of cadastral maps, the integration of land databases, strict document validation, and the establishment of a fast and measurable administrative correction mechanism.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic reflection based Islamic religious education (PAI) learning in shaping students religious consciousness at SMKN Tengaran. Many vocational students understand religious material cognitively but rarely apply Islamic values in daily life. This research aims to describe how teachers integrate muhasabah, tafakkur, and tadabbur into PAI learning and how this approach strengthens religious consciousness through the support of family, school, and community. The study uses a qualitative description method. Data come from semi structured interviews and observation with the vice principal of student affairs, a PAI teacher, and students selected through purposive sampling in June 2026. Data validity relies on source triangulation. Findings show that teachers open each lesson with reflective questions and audiovisual media that connect religious material with students personal experience. This approach shifts student motivation from academic achievement toward intrinsic awareness, reflected in more consistent prayer practice and improved Quran reading. The study also finds that sustained religious consciousness depends on synergy among family, school, and community, consistent with Ki Hajar Dewantara concept of Tripusat Pendidikan. This research contributes a conceptual framework that positions Islamic reflection as a value internalization approach rather than a religious program, working together with the three education centers as a supporting ecosystem for sustainable religious character formation among vocational students.
