this study aims to describe the effect of self-concept on students' career planning. This research is a quantitative research with a survey type. The sample in this study was drawn using the Slovin formula with an error degree of 0.05 from a total population of 230 students. Through this formulation a sample of 147 students was obtained. Data was collected through self-concept and career planning questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. This study concludes that self-concept has a significant effect on students' career planning.

this literature study aims to provide ideas for education in Indonesia in order to build a more quality and equitable education. Indonesia lies in an area prone to natural disasters. Natural disasters are something that cannot be predicted when they occur. Therefore, the Indonesian people need to gain knowledge about disaster mitigation. This can be applied in the field of education, namely with disaster education. Everyone has the right to receive the same education, including students with special needs. Disaster education for students with special needs is very important and serious to be implemented. This is so that they still have enough knowledge to protect themselves from the disaster situation. Disaster education for students with special needs can be done by developing Disaster Preparedness Schools (SSB), simulation training methods in the form of role play, as well as media literacy and disaster interpretation.

this study aims to determine how significant the relationship between emotions and learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 4 Ranomeeto Barat. The research used is quantitative research using a survey approach method, namely a type of research where the independent variable is an event that has occurred. This research was conducted in Jati Bali Village, Ranomeeto Barat District, South Konawe Regency. The number of samples in this study were 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test and linear correlation test. The results of the emotional questionnaire and student learning motivation were then analyzed to see if there was a significant relationship between emotion and student learning motivation. The results obtained in this study were that there was a significant relationship between emotions and learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 4 Ranomeeto Barat.

the background of this research is the instability and immaturity of self-acceptance possessed by class VII students at SMP Negeri 9 Depok which is caused by a lack of self-confidence so that they show a tendency to be passive, shy about expressing their difficulties in learning, afraid to accept criticism and feel inferior to the condition he has, which ends up causing him to find it difficult to achieve happiness in life. The method used in this research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 122 students. The results of this study have a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.720 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) which indicates that there is a strong positive correlation between self-acceptance and the happiness of class VII students at SMP Negeri 9 Depok. This indicates that the higher the level of self-acceptance, the higher the happiness level of class VII students at SMP Negeri 9 Depok. Conversely, the lower the level of self-acceptance, the lower the happiness level of class VII students at SMP Negeri 9 Depok.

the aim of this study was to describe the level of organizational citizenship behavior in Guidance and Counseling teachers. This study is a quantitative research with a survey type. This research was conducted on teachers at the senior high school and state vocational high schools in Kendari City. This research is a population study so that a total of 60 Guidance and Counseling teachers at the senior high school and state vocational high schools in Kendari City are the sample in this study. Data is collected through the organizational citizenship behavior scale. Data were analyzed descriptively using percentage analysis. The results of the study concluded that the level of organizational citizenship behavior of Guidance and Counseling teachers is in the medium category. Efforts are needed to improve organizational citizenship behavior in Guidance and Counseling teachers.

cooperation is one of the skills required for students to live a bonded life. Every social being has needs and the reality is more cooperation between students is still needed. It was still in practice to found that there is little cooperation between students in the class during study. The aim of this study was to expresent a teacher's efforts to enhance the ability of student cooperation teacher as the guide in the teaching and learning activity using discussion learning method. Through application of increased cooperation methods from two to four groups capable of demonstrating the interaction between students in completing a task. This was descriptive qualitative methods. Through application of increased cooperation methods from two to four groups capable of demonstrating the interaction between students in completing a task. The research methods in this paper use descriptive qualitative methods. The teacher's efforts by applying a method of discussion enhance the students' ability to cooperate during the study. The advice for the writer will be that the application of this method may be more frequent and of other subjects, as well as that of learning other ways to enhance cooperation.

the aim of this study was to find out whether self-efficacy contributes to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. This research was carried out with a survey-type quantitative approach. The target population of this study were 60 guidance and counseling teachers at SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari. This research is a population study so that the entire population of 60 people becomes the research sample. Data was collected through teacher self-efficacy and performance scales. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the results: a) the self-efficacy of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the moderate category, b) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the medium category, and c) self-efficacy contributes significantly to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari.

the research objective was to determine the effect of parents' socio-economic conditions on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta. The method used is a survey method, the approach used is quantitative, by collecting questionnaire data on a population of 208 students, a sample of 67 students. Through the analysis test carried out, the regression equation is Y = 46.705 + 0.516 X with the results of calculating the correlation r of 0.531, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the socio-economic conditions of parents and students' learning motivation. Parents' socio-economic conditions contributed 28.23% to learning motivation and the remaining 71.77% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained ????ℎ???????????????????? = 5.969 > ???????????????????????? = 1.669, meaning that there is influence of parents' socioeconomic conditions on students' learning motivation. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of parents' socioeconomic conditions on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta.
