Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerjamanajerial dengan Job Relevant Information (JRI) dan pengetahuan manajemenbiaya sebagai variabel moderating pada perusahaan perbankan di Pekanbaru.Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para manajer level menengahyang ada di 38 bank yang memiliki cabang di Pekanbaru. Jenis data yangdigunakan data primer dengan cara mendistribusikan sebanyak 118 kuesionerkepada para manajer level menengah. Jumlah kuesioner yang kembali Sebanyak64 kuesioner (54%), kuesioner yang diolah dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63kuesioner, karena 1 Kuesioner tidak memenuhi kriteria. Data dianalisis denganmenggunakan Regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian tersebutmenunjukkan bahwa : (1). Partisipasi anggaran secara signifikan berpengaruhpositif terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (2).Job Relevant Information dapat memoderasi hubungan partisipasi anggaranterhadap kinerja manajerial dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,009. dan (3).Pengetahuan manajemen biaya dapat memoderasi hubungan partisipasianggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,010.

Abstract

This study aim to examines the impact of the implementation of syariah governance business to the performance of the banks syariah with loyality as mediation variabel in Riau Province. The dependent variable used in this research was the performance of the banks syariah is measured financial  and non financial performance  perspective used balanced scorecard. An independent variable in this research is syariah governance consisting of transparancy , professional, accountability, responsibility, fairness and syariah compliance. The mediation variable used in this research was the loyality costumer. Population in this study were general syariah-based bank (BUS) and syariah business unit (UUS) in the Province of Riau and as many as 49 BUS and UUS). Respondents  in this study used  top management , middle management and low management. As many as 196 questionnaire delivered to respondents and which could processed is 118 questionnaire. Analysis techniques used Structural Equation Model (SEM) bases on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help Warp PLS 6.0 program. The results of testing shows are that transparancy, accountability, fairness had a significant effect on the loyality but  responsibility, professional and syariah compliance no significant effect. Responsibility and professional had a significant effect on the performance of the syariah banks but transparancy, accountability, fairness and syariah compliance no significant effect. Loyality had a significant effect on the performance of the syariah banks. Transparancy, accountability and fairness had a significant effect on the performance of the syariah banks by loyalitay but responsibility, professional and syariah compliance no significant effect on performance of syariah banks by loyality.The results of the study contribute to as much as that good governance is the important thing in improving the performance of their status into syariah banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel relationshipmarketing yang ditinjau dari variabel kepercayaan, komunikasi, shared value dan empatiterhadap loyalitas pengguna kartu KFC Music Hitter pada KFC Sudirman Pekanbaru.Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling(purpossive sampling), dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah97orang yang telah menjadi anggota KFC Music Hitter. Dalam penelitian ini variabelbebasnya adalah kepercayaan (XIJ, komunikasi (X2), shared value (X3) dan empati (X4). Sedangkan variabel tehkatnya adalah loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Metode analisis datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert bertingkat yang terdiri dari limaaltematifjawaban yang mengandung variasi nilai bertingkat. Teknik analisis data dalampenelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis koefisienregresi (koefisien determinasi, uji signifikan serentak^ Uji F, dan uji signifikanindividual/ Uji t).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari informasi akuntansi dan non akuntansi yangmempengaruhi underpricing. Variabel dependen yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalahunderpricing. Dan ROA, leverage financial, ukuran perusahaan, reputasi underwriter, reputasi auditor,dan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini.Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitusampel yang dipilih dari populasi berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel yang digunakan adalahperusahaan yang melaksanakan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas data, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA, financial leverage, ukuran perusahaan, reputasi auditor,dan umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap underpricing. Hanya variabel reputasi underwriteryang merupakan informasi non akuntansi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap underpricingdengan tingkat signifikansi α = 0.002%. Dari analisis regresi dapat diketahui bahwa nilai adjusted Rsquare sebesar 0.387 (38.7%). Hal ini menyatakan kemampuan menjelaskan variabel ROA, financialleverage, ukuran perusahaan, reputasi underwriter, reputasi auditor, dan umur perusahaan terhadapunderpricing besar yaitu 38.7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Activity of Education and training is very important thing for Service Companywhere Arifin Achmad Public Hospital Area of Riau Province represents theorganization which is active in governmental property health service. At theemulation condition which progressive vastly in environment of business thatavailable of health service, management of Arifin Achmad Public Hospital Areaof Riau Province striving that human resource performance could increase thequality by following education and training which is provided. Development effortconducted for all good employees include medical employment, paramedic oftreatment employment, paramedic of non treatment employment and non medicalemployment. At the end, the training and education program expected to able toincrease the skill, knowledge and employees ability so that can improve theemployee’s performance.The reasons of the research are to know that: 1. The factor of education andtraining by performance together of employees of Arifin Achmad Public HospitalArea of Riau Province, 2. How far the education and training program partiallyhave an effect to the performance of employees of Arifin Achmad Public HospitalArea of Riau Province, 3. which factor dominantly having an effect toperformance of employees of Arifin Achmad Public Hospital Area of RiauProvince. This research is conducted to 90 employees from 888 employees.Analyzer used by analysis factor and regression analyze. The result from thisresearch is found 4 factors that influencing performance of employees of ArifinAchmad Public Hospital Area of Riau Province base on the percentage of eachvariant, are 1. Factor of items of education and training (84,320), 2. Factor ofmethod of short education (66,195), 3. Factor of management of short education(68,66), 4. Factor of applying of items of short education (66,305%). While mostfactor that having an effect to employees performance is factor of applying ofitems of education and training with the value of beta equal to 0,467 andcoefficient of partial determination equal to 43,43%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance measurement of RSUDKota Dumai defined as Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). Performance is one of important thing that have to evaluate at public hospital to obtain the objective and increase quality of health services. In this research , we investigate how RSUD Kota Dumai measure the performance. This research uses qualitative method with case study design. The sampling conducted in this research are purposive sampling. Methode of data collection obtained through in dept interview, observation and dokumentation. The interview are conducted with all director of RSUD Kota Dumai. The result showed RSUD Kota Dumai evaluate performance under a combination of financial and non financial indicator. We found the method of financial performace measurement used budgetting analysis and non financial performance measurement used : (1) The achievement of employee, (2) Achievement of service performance indicator, (3) Survey of patient satisfaction, (4) Survey of employee satisfaction, (5) Performance Audit.In Conclusion this paper offer Balanced Scorecard to evaluating the performance of hospital activity. Balanced Scoecard Indicator have proved effective for measuring and improving hospital performance in four distinct factors : financial result, customer satisfaction, the internal business process, learning and growth effectiveness. We suggest RSUD Kota Dumai can adopt Balanced Scorecard. However Balanced Scorcard will help public hospital to measure their performance more comprehensive and accurate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk mengetahui dampak pendapatan ProgramNasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri (PNPM) terhadap pendapatanmasyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir KabupatenKuantan Singing dari bulan Januari- April 2010, dengan metode survey. Sebagairespon dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat penerima ProgramNasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri (PNPM di kecamatan KuantanHilir sebanyak 26 orang. Dengan menggunakan uji tanda (Sing-test), dapatdisimpulkan bahwa Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri(PNPM) memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pendapatn masyarakat dikecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and leadership on job satisfaction and its implications for labor discipline Medics On General Hospital Dr. R.M. Pratomo Rokan Hilir and partial simultaneously. The samples were whole paramedics at the Hospital Dr. R.M.Pratomo totaling 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data obtained in this study was processed using SPSS (statiscal Program For Social Science) 19.0 for windows. These results indicate that in partial motivation no positive effect on job satisfaction paramedics, whereas the leadership variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction. While simultaneously motivation and leadership variables significant influence on job satisfaction paramedics. While the link between job satisfaction and discipline did not have a significant effect. It can be concluded that only partial variable that has pengauh leadership on job satisfaction while no motivation. Simultaneously both variables have an influence on job satisfaction influences job satisfaction, while there is no influence on the discipline. From these results it is expected that management leadership is expected to be a factor of concern in order to provide job satisfaction for employees, while the motivation despite having no effect, but the organization is expected to provide positive motivation for employees to be more employee satisfaction levels increased and in improving discipline in addition to creating job satisfaction then management needs to implement a system of monitoring and sanctions to discipline paramedics who are not in work. This solution can be expected to further improve the performance of the paramedics in Hospital Dr. R.M.Pratomo Rokan Hilir.Kata Kunci : Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To analyze the effect of customerrelationship marketing on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru. 2) To analyze the effect of product excellence tow ard customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru.3) To analyze the influence of customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru. 4) To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru.This research was conducted in Pekanbaru in Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru which take place in September 2015. As for the population in this study were all Customer Savings Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru totaling 66 021 people.Sampling using accidental sampling method that is 100 Customer Savings Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru, which incidentally met with investigators can be used as a sample. Data collection technique used by a questionnaire containing statements based on variables studied. Data were analyzed using path analysis.From the results obtained the following conclusions: 1) customer relationship marketing positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru. 2) The value of customers' positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Islamic Bank Riau in Pekanbaru. 3) Advantage positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru. 4) That the customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru.
