This study aims to determine the effect of halal labels, halal awareness and religiosity on the interest in buying halal cosmetics. This study was conducted on Muslim women, aged 17-30 years, using halal cosmetics in DKI Jakarta. The number of samples taken in the study of 100 respondents with non probability purposive sampling techniques, data collected through questionnaires. The analytical method uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the halal label did not significantly influence the buying interest of halal cosmetics while religious religiosity and halal awareness had a significant effect on the purchase intention of halal cosmetics.

In the current era of technology, many things have been made easier with technology. Digital developments in Indonesia are also inseparable from the role of the community currently in social media which has an impact on people's dependence on the internet. Didalam sebuah bisnis terutama yang bergerak di bidang ritel, penjualan adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk menunjang jalannya kegiatan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu sistem informasi harus mendukung berjalannya kegiatan penjualan, agar tidak menghambat berjalannya kegitan perusahaan. CV.Bintang Cemerlang Stationary sudah mempunyai sistem informasi atau sebuah program komputer di dalam , meskipun sudah ada program aplikasi tapi untuk beberapa kejadian, pada pengolahan datanya dimana program aplikasi yang ada belum bisa mendukung sistem pengolahan data di penjualan secara penuh.Berdasarkan pengamatan dan studi lapangan, CV. Bintang Cemerlang Stationary sudah mempunyai sistem informasi atau sebuah program komputer, namun masih ada kekurangan atau kelemahan yang menghambat berjalannya kegiatan penjualan yaitu data yang ada masih di input menggunaka program microsoft exel sehingga data mudah dirubah dan rentan terhadap kecurangan karyawan.Kesimpulan dari analisa ini adalah CV. Bintang Cemerlang Stationary belum memiliki aplikasi penjualan yang memadai, karena aplikasi di CV. BIntang Cemerlang Stationary masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu data penjualan masih rentan terhadap kecurangan. Disarankan CV. Bintang Cemerlang Stationary membuat aplikasi penjualan yang baru yang lebih memadai dan bisa membantu karyawan dalam pekerjaannya.

Aim of this study is to describe the direct effect of these particular points: 1). The atmosphere of the organization on employee performance. 2). Eustress on employee performance. . What we need to know in this study is which of these free variables will be dominant to affect employee performance at PT. Pulsa Indomedia Pratama. This thesis is using quantitative method. Whereas data analytic methods used in this thesis are parametric analysis via linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing via T-Test and F Anova Test. Data were collected from two different sources, primary and secondary sources. Data from the primary source were collected from a questionnaire, distributed to 42 respondents. The questionnaire consists of all variables that have been studied. In another hand, data from the secondary source were obtained from textbooks and literature, and other information regarding the study from an insider of the company. This researchable to provide information about which factors and how these factors affect the performance of employees. So it can be recommended for the leadership to take the best strategy for improving employee performance

A stock split is when a company divides the existing shares of its stock into multiple new shares. The split is done by dividing each existing shares into more than one shares. A lower share price can make the stock more attractive to a broad range of investors so that the sale of shares can be further increased. This study aims to determine the differences in trading volume activity, abnormal returns and bid-ask spreads before and after the stock split. The event window used in this study is 20 days consisting of 10 days before the stock split and 10 days after the stock split. This study was conducted on 28 companies that announcess Stock Splits during the 2015-2019 period. The method used in this study was to use the Wilcoxon signed rank test which was processed with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in Trading Volume Activity and Abnormal Return before and after the announcement of Stock Split

The world of education is still growing and is one of the main pillars of support for human life, including Education for Citizens with Special Needs. One of the institutions that organizes education for Citizens with Special Needs is the MP-WNBK PNJ Diplome-3 Study Program. The making of this strategic plan is in order to provide input and views for the academic community of the Study Program regarding the current internal and external conditions of the study program. This plan is made using a strategic management approach at the institutional scale. This research was conducted at the MP-WNBK Diplome-3 Study Program PNJ during May to October 2021. Internal respondents in this study were the Head of the Study Program, Teaching Staff, Administrative Staff, and Study Program Students. External respondents in this study were the Alumni of the Study Program. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of direct observation data in the form of interviews conducted by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with each respondent. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the results of the IE matrix analysis showed that the MP-WNBK Study Program occupies cell II. This Growth position is in accordance with the condition of the MP-WNBK Study Program which can still continue to grow and develop. The strategy needed according to the IE matrix is in accordance with what the MP-WNBK Study Program should do now, namely penetration and developing the study program internally and externally

Opposition to the positive and negative effects of industrial digitalization on the unemployment rate occurs in society. There are two forms of concern about the negative effects of digitalization that can eliminate employment opportunities, namely the first will be the replacement of human work in the production process by smart robots as a result of digitizing production, and the second concern that jobs will be lost due to takeovers by part-time workers according to the needs and digital business platform. This concern is not proven because historically the level of unemployment has not been influenced by the industrial revolution that took place. Indeed there are types of jobs that are lost, but new types of jobs always emerge that absorb more labor. The community only needs to prepare themselves and adapt to the changes that occur, supported by government policy
