Abstract

UPTD SMP Negeri 12 Kupang City shows the problem of the gap between expectations and the reality of administrative preparation and implementation of teacher learning in the classroom. The researcher formulates the school action research problem by asking: 1) how does the head of UPTD SMP Negeri 12 Kupang City act to improve teacher administration so that they are accustomed to collecting learning tools on time? 2) how do principals act to improve teacher teaching methods based on the preparation of qualified learning tools? The principal's action is to apply individual academic supervision techniques that are able to create an orderly culture of teacher administration in order to improve the quality of learning. This type of PTS is descriptive qualitative with a case study method variant. The PTS procedure begins with research planning, followed by implementation, observation and reflection on the learning data of the teachers of UPTD SMP Negeri 12 Kupang City. The findings of PTS are, first, teacher administration disorder. Second, the implementation of teacher learning is not in accordance with the preparation and planning. Third, it is necessary to increase the use of methods and the application of learning models in accordance with 21st century learning processes and models. From the results of the discussion of the findings, it can be concluded: first, the head of UPTD SMPN 12 Kupang City took steps to improve teacher administration to get used to collecting learning tools on time by: 1) holding a Workshop/In House Training every new academic year so that teachers prepare all learning tools ; 2) submit the deadline for the entry of learning devices before carrying out learning activities at the UPTD SMP Negeri 12 Kupang City; 3) In the future, giving rewards to fellow teachers who enter the learning tools on time according to the predetermined time limit. The second conclusion is that the principal acts to improve the way teachers teach based on the preparation of teaching and learning activities that meet the requirements according to quality learning by means of: (1) Encouraging teachers to apply quality learning techniques and creating a culture of administrative order to improve the quality of learning according to the demands of the times. Always updated in accordance with the development of 21st century learning demands; (2) Encouraging teachers to follow the learning systematics that have been prepared in the learning process: (3) Encouraging teachers to be creative and innovate in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. For example, using an IT-based and fun ICT learning model so that children feel happy in participating in the learning presented by the teacher (Student Wellbeing). So it is recommended (1) teachers have a high commitment to the implementation of duties and responsibilities in a professional manner (2) teachers must be able to distinguish between learning methods and learning media (3) Teachers prepare themselves as well as possible before learning activities in class (4) Principals carry out supervision every semester to remind learning activities and encourage teachers to move forward.

Abstract

From this in-depth observation, it can be seen that the longer the use of the internet, the more important it is as a means of student communication. Internet facilities such as e-mail, www and YM/IRC are very popular among students, both as a means of communication and as a tool to find data for other research as well as a tool to expand the relationship and introductions between internet users. In addition, the use of the internet has given rise to a new language known as the 'language of the internet'. Indeed, the language used by using the internet depends on who and with whom internet users communicate. However, although there are many benefits of using the internet, there are also negative impacts for students. For example, pornography and SPAM have become a big problem. Until now there is no effective way to avoid these negative impacts. However, because there are many positive impacts, like it or not, like it or not, we must use the internet as the fastest and most advanced means of communication at this time. As a means of communication for students, I am certain that in the future the use of the internet will become more widespread on campus, and communicating via the internet will become as popular as using the telephone. Looking at the negative and positive impacts of Audio Visual technology, especially the Internet above, it can be concluded that when compared to the negative impacts, the positive impacts are far more numerous, so it is impossible for it to be banned in Indonesia. Based on the statement from Alex Leo Z., it is clear that the Internet will not be banned from being present in Indonesia. Indeed, the negative impact for children and adolescents has been seen in the United States while other countries have not. However, because prevention is always better, it is better for the community to be prepared early on.

Abstract

One of the more realistic theories in the explanation of Constructivistic learning motivation is Vroom's Expectancy theory based on the principle in the relationship between the two. This relationship shows that, (1) students will be motivated to form their own abilities if there are external determinants that provide the possibility of achieving the results students want. (2) The process of forming self-ability by students takes place through stages that meet the requirements, are important, and convincing, in the psychological picture of students in the range of values -1 to +1, i.e. the value of -1 is the student believes that the second result is impossible to achieve. without the first result, up to +1, indicating that the student believes that the first result is important and qualifies to achieve the second result. The principle of expectancy theory is congruent with Vygoutsky's constructivist theory in Scaffollding's perspective, which perceives the process as a series of convincing and qualified results. (3) The implementation of the concept of Vroom's Expectancy theory in constructivist learning takes place through the application of: (a) the concept of valence, namely belief in individual characteristics and student preferences in shaping their own abilities; (b) The instrumentalist concept, namely the fulfillment of requirements in each stage of learning; (c) The concept of expectation, namely the possibility of achieving learning outcomes provided by the teacher; (d) The concept of strength, namely the attractiveness of students to the learning outcomes they want. Student learning motivation applies in line with the degree of confidence in the achievement of the desired results of students. The greater the possibility of achieving the desired results, the stronger the motivation to learn.

Abstract

This study contains an analysis of the cliticalization of verbs in the Ritaebang dialect of Lamaholot. In BLDR there are proclitics and enclitics attached to verbs. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research method used is the method of observation and interviews, then the data obtained were analyzed using the agih method and the padan method. In BLDR, proclitics attached to action verbs can replace pronouns completely. when proclitic is attached to an action verb in a clause, the subject is not required to be present, but the clause is present in the BLDR user community. In addition, the proclitic attached to action verbs can also be an answer to the question 'what did A do?'. The same thing happens with enclitics which indirectly affect the object. In addition, the presence of enclitics attached to action verbs can also be an answer to the question 'what did A do?'. Thus, it can be said that both proclitic and enclitic in BLDR are only attached to action verbs and have the same effect and function in a BLDR clause.
