Abstract

This study discusses "The Influence of the Responsibility of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers on the Learning Discipline of Class VIII Students at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency" which aims to; 1) Knowing the responsibilities of the moral creed teacher at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency; 2) Knowing the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency; 3) Knowing the influence of the responsibilities of the teacher of aqidah morals on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research that is ex-post facto which means after the incident. This research was conducted at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency. The population in this study were 40 grade VIII students at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency. While the sample in this study were 40 people using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling technique. Collecting data in this study used a questionnaire with a scale of teacher responsibility and a scale of learning discipline which were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that the results of the research on the responsibilities of the teacher's aqidah morals were in the low category as much as 5%, as much as 90% in the medium category, and as much as 5% in the high category. So it can be concluded that the responsibility of the teacher of aqidah morals at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng Gowa Regency is in the medium category with a percentage of 90%. Meanwhile, the results of the study discipline research for class VIII students were in the low category of 0%, the medium category was 95%, and the high category was 5%. So it can be concluded that the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng Gowa Regency is also in the medium category with a percentage of 95%. From the calculation results obtained (tcount) = 6.71 while (ttable) = 1.662 for a significance level of 0.05%. Because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the responsibilities of the aqidah moral teacher on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Guppi Taipale'leng, Gowa Regency. The implication of this research is for teachers, especially teachers of aqeedah moral subjects, to pay more attention to students related to what is being taught to foster or create the character of students to be more disciplined in terms of learning, for students to pay more attention and remember that learning discipline is within the scope of schooling greatly influences him, for the principal to pay more attention to what causes the participants to be undisciplined in terms of learning and for future researchers, it can be used as reference material in conducting research on the responsibilities of teachers' moral beliefs and student learning discipline.

Abstract

E-commerce is a system built with the aim of increasing efficiency and effectiveness in doing business by utilizing information technology (internet) to improve the quality of products or services and information and reduce unnecessary costs so that the prices of products and information can be reduced in such a way appearance without compromising on quality. The results of this study show that e-commerce via the internet is currently growing rapidly. The process of implementing e-commerce in the city of Makassar has been running in accordance with the dynamics and development of IT technology. From a number of procedures for carrying out e-commerce research in the city of Makassar, it is supported by the data that the authors found, if it is associated with an Islamic legal perspective by being associated with the terms and pillars of buying and selling stipulated in Islamic contract law based on the theory put forward by the Islamic law experts include Syatibi in the theory of maqasid al-Syariah, Ibn Qayim al-jauziy in his theory of change, al-Gazali in the theory of maslah mursalah and lowrance with his theory of change, because e-commerce did not exist at the time of the prophets, companions, and tabi-tabiin, at this time, the authors make ijtihad to establish/instigate the formulation of e-commerce that e-commerce is halal or permissible according to Islamic law, because there is no argument showing its prohibition, even e-commerce can be considered sunnah if it fulfills terms and conditions of sale and purchase. Second, e-commerce is illegal if it conflicts with normative values ​​(the Koran and sunnah, moral values ​​and social values) such as; sex transactions, online, drugs, games that indulge in lust, and the like.

Abstract

The population of arthropods, which is abundant on the UIN Alauddin Makassar campus, can be utilized in the learning process, especially for invertebrates. This study was to evaluate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of arthropod collection albums. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the type of ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The sampling technique was a purposive sampling technique with 12 biology education students. Validity data was obtained through a validation sheet, practicality data through a questionnaire, and effectiveness data through a learning outcome test. The results showed that 1) expert validation was very valid, with a percentage level of 90.8%. 2) The level of practicality was very high, with 95.6% for students' responses and 97% for lecturers' responses. 3) The results of the small group test are categorized as effective with a 100% completeness percentage. In other words, the arthropod collection album created was valid, practical, and effective. Besides the media being simple and easy to use, the results also implied that the product could increase interest and learning outcomes and help educators deliver material that is difficult to present in class.

Abstract

This thesis examines the "Relationship of Teaching Skills with Student Learning Outcomes in the Field of Islamic Religious Education and Moral Studies at SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa Regency" which aims to: 1) Describe the teaching skills of educators in the field of Islamic religious education and Moral Education at SMPN 2 Tompobulu Gowa Regency; 2) Describe the learning outcomes of students in the field of study of Islamic religious education and morals at SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa Regency; 3) Describe the relationship between the teaching skills of educators and student learning outcomes in the field of study of Islamic religious education and morals at SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa Regency. This research is an ex-post-facto quantitative research which consists of two variables, namely the teacher's teaching skills variable (X) and student learning outcomes variable (Y). The population in this study were all 129 students of SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa Regency, while the sample was students of class VIIIA and class VIIIB, totaling 44 people. The instruments used in data collection were questionnaires used to obtain data on teaching skills of educators and documentation used to obtain data on student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis to answer the first and second problem formulations, then inferential analysis using the correlation product moment formula to find the relationship between variables X and Y. Through these two data analysis techniques, the results of the study show that there is a relationship between the teaching skills of educators and student learning outcomes in the field of study of Islamic religious education at SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa Regency where rcount = 0.995 > rtable = 0.304. The implications of this research are 1) Educators as subjects in education especially in learning should be able to understand, master and apply teaching skills properly in the learning process so that effective and efficient learning objectives can be achieved. 2) For students at SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa Regency, to be able to understand their abilities and potential so that they can develop quickly in order to increase learning outcomes. 3) Principals of SMPN 2 Tompobulu, Gowa district, should always pay more attention to educators whose teaching skills are not optimal, especially educators in the field of study of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

  The purposes of this study were: 1) To describe the habit of reading PAI textbooks in SMA Negeri 4 Takalar, 2) To analyze the learning outcomes of PAI in SMA Negeri 4 Takalar, 3) To analyze the influence of the habit of reading PAI textbooks on student learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 4 Takalar. This research is a quantitative research with the type of ex post facto research with a simple linear regression research design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Takalar. The sample in this study were 70 people. The instruments used in this study were the habit of reading PAI textbooks and test item sheets. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the descriptive study obtained that the habit of reading PAI textbooks  for students at SMA Negeri 4 Takalar was in the moderate category, namely 65.71%, while the learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education students at Negeri 4 Takalar were in the moderate category, namely 68 , 57 %. The calculation results obtained (tcount) = 3.549 while (ttable) = 1.995 for a significance level of 0.05%, because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an effect of the habit of reading PAI textbooks on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 4 Takalar. The implications of this research are: (1) for school principals to always pay more attention to students so they are able to study well, (2) for educators to continue to improve students' book reading habits by carrying out actions that trigger the development of book reading habits (3 ) for students to practice improving and applying the habit of reading books in every subject, especially in Islamic Religious Education so that student learning outcomes increase and also have an impact on their daily lives, (4) for future researchers if they want to do similar research should add other independent variables that support learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

Stimulation in aspects of early childhood development is very important, especially in aspects of social development. There are various ways to stimulate children's social development to develop optimally, one of which is using the traditional Piceng game media. The research objective was to determine the increase in children's social development through traditional games in children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is quantitative research with experimental types, a sample of 6 children aged 5-6 years, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling by determining certain limits or criteria, the research instrument uses rating scale observation sheets and data analysis techniques use the Wilcoxon test and program Output Spss. The stages of the research are observation before giving treatment, giving treatment, observing after giving treatment and conducting data analysis. Based on the results of the study, before and after using the traditional Piceng game, the pretest average score was 34.33 40 and the post test was 51.16 with a hypothetical mean value of 40. It can be concluded that the posttest value experienced a significant increase and exceeded the hypothetical mean value so that it can be concluded that there is increasing social development through traditional piceng games. The implications of this research can be used to develop research related to early childhood social development, as well as preserving and using traditional games as a medium in stimulating early childhood development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the forms of student learning difficulties during online learning and the factors causing student learning difficulties during online learning in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar. This type of descriptive research was conducted in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Alauddin Makassar with the research subject being PGMI B class class 2021 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the forms of learning difficulties in PPKn courses experienced by students were: 1) Difficulties in understanding and mastering the material (level of mastery) 2) Difficulties in answering questions (slow learner); (2) Factors that cause learning difficulties during online learning are factors that come from within the student (lack of learning motivation) and factors that come from outside the student's self (environmental conditions, networks and learning media). The results of this study imply that online learning has a risk of learning difficulties for students if it is not matched by learning motivation from students, network infrastructure from the government or institutions and media or learning tools from lecturers.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a valid, and practice assessment for laboratory of plant anatomy-physiology. The study was development research of Plomp development model. The study consisted of five phases, namely the preliminary investigation phase, design phase, realization or construction phase, test, evaluation, revision phase, and implementation phase. Assessment developed were tested to students of Biology Education Department, State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin, Makassar. The research results indicated that the assessment developed has met valid with the Gregory content validity coefficient is 1 which means 100% valid . The implementation of the assessment tool is in category 3 which means that most of it is implemented. it can be concluded that the assessment developed is suitable for use in plant anatomy and physiology practicum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Flipped Classroom model on higher order thinking skills. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a meta-analytic research design. Data collection was carried out by researchers by searching for publication articles that were relevant or related to the topics to be studied on internet network sites in the form of Google Scholar, Google Scholar, Researchgate, OneSearch, Microsoft Academia, Academia, and Repositories. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a data code sheet that summarizes data and data information. Data were analyzed by calculating the effect size value using the standardized means difference formula. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the Flipped Classroom model as a whole is effective (significant) in improving students' high-level thinking skills, found 7 publication articles with a mean effect size of 2.225 and belonging to the very large category, the Flipped Classroom model based on the year of publication is effective (significant) in improve students' higher order thinking skills. Thus the Flipped Classroom model is recommended to be applied to higher education learning.

Abstract

Online learning has become a teaching method used to reduce the spread of Covid-19 during the pandemic. In the implementation of online learning, many online platforms are used. Google Classroom is one of them. This research focused on the students' perceptions on the use of Google classroom as language learning media. This research aimed to investigate the perceptions of second-year students on the use of Google Classroom as language learning media at SMAN 8 Gowa, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The method of this research was a quantitative method with a survey research design. The population of this research was the second-year students of SMAN 8 Gowa, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The purposive sampling technique was used as the technique in selecting the subject of this research. The subject of this research was 66 students from three classes who filled out the questionnaire. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics by describing the frequency, and percentage of the data. The result indicated that many students accepted that Google Classroom is easy to use and accessible. It made the process of learning English easier and helps the students to develop self-directed learning attitudes. Therefore, it helps to facilitate teaching and learning and also saves time and effort in submitting tasks. In addition, Google Classroom does not consume a lot of internet data. However, Google Classroom is less effective in learning English at SMAN 8 Gowa, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. It was found that more than a half of students argued that Google Classroom makes the English learning process more effective and also denied that English skills are enhanced while using Google Classroom.
