Abstract

Di era digital saat ini yang mana segalanya diinginkan secara cepat dan efektif. Adanya digitalisasi membuat bisnis jasa saat ini semakin berinovasi dan beragam. Tentunya telah berpengaruh pada meningkatnya permintaan dalam bidang transportasi. Gojek, Grab, InDriver dan Maxim merupakan bentuk pembaharuan transportasi yang hadir sebagai solusi hingga saat ini. Dengan adanya berbagai aplikasi ojek online yang semakin beragam menjadikan kontestasi aplikasi ojek online dalam melakukan strategi promosi digital kian meningkat. Gojek sebagai puncak klasemen dengan pengguna aplikasi tertinggi menjadi acuan dalam melakukan strategi promosi. Berbagai promosi dan iklan pada media digital yang ditawarkan dapat menjadikan daya tarik baik pada Gojek, Grab, InDriver, dan Maxim. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kontestasi antar aplikasi ojek online dalam melakukan strategi promosi digitalnya. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat pustaka. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis yang dikenalkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out that the problem of unemployment does not only affect economic life. Apart from that, the problem of unemployment is also closely related to the educational and social fields. In the current era, not only people with low education are unemployed, but more and more people with higher education are also unemployed. So researchers researched to determine the influence of education level, wages, and incoming migration on unemployment in Makassar City. This research uses quantitative research. This research uses quantitative research and the data used is secondary data, where secondary data is data contained in the media such as data from the central statistical agency and from online news and data in the form of complete data recording reports. Data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the population and civil registration service in the period 2007-2022. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method using the Statistical Program For Social (SPSS) software method. The estimation results show that: The education level variable has an effect on unemployment in Makassar City, the Wage variable has no effect in Makassar City and the Incoming Migration variable has no effect on unemployment in Makassar City

Abstract

Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) not only constitute an obligation for Muslims but also play a crucial role as an alternative source of state financing, capable of stimulating economic activities and enhancing individual purchasing power. The distribution of ZIS acts as a balancing instrument in the financial economic sector of society, referred to as al-maliyah al-ijtima'iyah, which supports communal welfare. This study aims to examine the influence of ZIS literacy and trust levels on the use of digital payment methods for the distribution of ZIS. A quantitative approach is employed, with respondents comprising mustahik from Lazismu Makassar, as well as muzakki and munfiq who utilize digital payments. Data is gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using tests for convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, and structural model evaluation. The findings indicate that ZIS literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision of muzakki and munfiq to channel ZIS through digital payments, with an original sample value of 0.325 and a P-value of 0.000. Trust is also found to have a positive and significant impact on the use of digital payment for ZIS distribution, with an original sample value of 0.647 and a P-value of 0.000. Both trust and ZIS literacy play essential roles in enhancing the use of digital payments, facilitating the distribution process, and strengthening the effectiveness of ZIS collection. The study concludes that improving ZIS literacy and trust in zakat management institutions can encourage more muzakki and munfiq to adopt digital payment methods, thereby supporting efficient ZIS management and maximizing the positive impact on community welfare.

Abstract

Waqf as one of the Islamic financial instruments has a strategic role in advancing the welfare of society and contributing to sustainable development. It has a strong relevance to the SDGs. Digital-based waqf is the collection and management of waqf by utilizing technology and digital platforms as an effort to accelerate the transformation of productive waqf so that it can be more effective, efficient, and transparent. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with secondary data from literature study analysis, waqf has an important role in achieving sustainable development through various means. Waqf as a permanent donation for social and religious welfare, supporting education, improving access to healthcare, contributing to economic empowerment through productive waqf, and waqf can fund projects that support environmental preservation. The implementation of digital waqf involves the development of a digital platform that allows donors to conduct waqf online through a website or mobile application. The platform facilitates the donation process, tracking, and reporting on the use of waqf funds. Examples of the application of this technology can be seen in initiatives such as Waqf Chain, which uses blockchain to manage waqf assets.Smart contracts are used to automatically execute waqf agreements. Crowdfunding platforms are also used to raise waqf funds from the wider community, enabling participation from various walks of life. Digital wallets and electronic payment methods are integrated to make it easier for donors to make waqf contributions. However, many people still lack understanding and education about the concept of digital waqf and the benefits that can be derived from it, and tend to be skeptical of the use of new technology in waqf management. Therefore, intensive and continuous education is needed to increase public awareness and participation in digital waqf.

Abstract

Thrifting merupakan suatu aktivitas penghematan konsumsi suatu barang  yang disematkan kepada barang-barang bekas impor. Praktik jual beli barang thrifting semakin menjamur di Indonesia akibat konsumsi masyarakat yang lebih mementingkan  gaya hidup tanpa melihat berbagai dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini berfokus mengkaji dampak dan analisis jual beli thrifting menurut etika bisnis dalam Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif  dengan pengumpulan data melalui melalui metode studi pustaka dan dianalisis secara deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak dari praktik jual beli thrifting di Indonesia adalah adanya kerugian yang dialami negara pengimpor, adanya kandungan thrifting yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan timbulnya kerusakan lingkungan. Jual beli thrifting impor dalam kajian ekonomi Islam juga dilarang akibat cideranya syarat sah jual beli dan melanggar etika bisnis islami. Barang thrifting merupakan barang ilegal sehingga tidak memenuhi ijab dan qabul, thrifting juga dapat membahayakan diri sendiri dan menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu dapat dikatakan bahwa jual beli barang thrifting impor hanya dapat mendatangkan kemudharatan. Adapun solusi yang dapat diberikan pada praktek jual-beli thrifting adalah meningkatkan rasa cinta pada produk dalam negeri, pengadaan sosialisasi mengenai bahaya mengkonsumsi barang bekas, pemberian subsidi ekspor kepada industri tekstil dan produk tekstil, pemberian sanksi bagi penjual maupun pembeli produk thrifting melalui regulasi yang responsif dan afirmatif oleh pemerintah Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction from the outlying areas towards the services provided by the Bank Aceh Subulussalam Branch Office. The main focus of the study is to understand how service aspects such as responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, and physical evidence affect customer satisfaction from remote areas. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews and direct observation of 15 customers from outlying areas. The results of the study indicate that customers from outlying areas are satisfied with the services provided by the bank. This satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the quality of the bank's physical facilities, the reliability and responsiveness of employees, and the attention and assurance provided. Fair service without distinguishing the customer's area of ​​origin, friendly and professional attitudes from employees, and concern for the specific needs of customers such as assistance in filling out forms and providing health facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic, are key factors in increasing customer satisfaction. This study concludes that Bank Aceh Subulussalam Branch Office has succeeded in providing good and satisfactory service to customers from various backgrounds, including those from outlying areas. Therefore, it is recommended that banks continue to maintain and improve the quality of service to maintain customer satisfaction and increase their loyalty. Customers are expected to actively ask and communicate with the bank if they need help so that the transaction process runs smoothly and effectively

Abstract

This research has three main objectives. First, to analyze the potential and prospects of the halal food industry in Indonesia. Second, analyze the elasticity of the halal food industry in Indonesia. Finally, formulate a strategy to inelasticize the halal food industry in Indonesia. The research approach used in this study is mixed methods, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. There are several important findings in this study. First, the potential and projection of the halal food industry in Indonesia, which is based on estimates for 2021, continues to grow. Second, the factors that influence the demand for halal food in Indonesia are income, price, advertising, and halal labeling, and the highest -lowest short-term elasticity values are price elasticity, halal labeling, advertising, and income. Finally, the strategy to inelasticize the halal food industry in Indonesia is divided into two, namely priority strategies and supporting strategies. Priority strategies include: Maintain the stability of people's income; Increase production efficiency (technical efficiency and price efficiency); Improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) and technology improvement; Application of tax incentives; Improving the quality and quantity of advertising; Socialization of halal labeling; Halal certification management; Development of halal supply; Development of halal logistics. Supporting strategies consisting of Need for innovation in the development of halal food industry products; Guarantee of legal certainty and quality of halal food products; Increased ease of location and access; Service innovation; Improved facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine "The Influence of Intellectual Capital and Leverage on Company Value with Profitability Variables as Intervening in Jakarta Islamic Indks 30 (Jii 30) 2016-2022". The JII 30 company share price index, in particular, is known for 2016-2022 to experience simultaneous share price fluctuations. This is thought to be the influence of the Covid-19 virus which has spread to the world economic situation. Consumption has decreased drastically, causing company profits to decrease. Automatically, the company's share price weakens. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of Semarang district residents. The data obtained is then processed using tools and then processed using IBM SPSS 21. The results that have been obtained from this research explain that the results of this research test show that: Variable intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on company value. The intellectual capital variable has a positive and significant effect on profitability. The leverage variable has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Variable leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. The profitability variable has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Variable intellectual capital cannot mediate company value on profitability. Variable leverage cannot mediate company value on profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of FEBI IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua's academic services on student loyalty with student satisfaction as an intervening variable both directly and indirectly. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 123 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The research results show that academic service quality has a significant effect on student loyalty, academic service quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction, student satisfaction has a significant effect on student loyalty, and student satisfaction can be an intervening variable between academic service quality and student loyalty.

Abstract

This study analyzes the perceptions and actions of Muslim consumers in Makassar City towards the boycott of Israeli products in the perspective of Islamic economics. The results show that the boycott is seen as a form of solidarity with Palestine and as a manifestation of the religious, moral, and social values espoused in Islam. The main motivations for participation in the boycott include religious obligation, socio-political solidarity, social media influence, and awareness of consumer rights. The boycott led to significant changes in consumption behavior, with increased preference for local products or alternatives not associated with Israel, as well as increased awareness of product origins and adherence to halal principles. Overall, this study shows that the economic decisions of Muslim consumers in Makassar are not only based on material factors, but also on ethical and religious considerations, with boycotts seen as a way to express protest against injustice and support socio-economic change in accordance with Islamic values.
