Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai was established to facilitate employees in managing employee funds that are stored and loaned for employees at PT. Envicon Ekatama. Guaranteed service for Koperasi participants needs to be made and designed systems that can support existing businesses.. The computer system at the Koperasi PT. Envicon Ekatama has not been used in its administration such as data input, savings,loan and installment data, as well as reporting requirements. In this study, the Employee Cooperative Information System (KOSIPA) with SQL programming language has been implemented, starting with analyzing the existing system, analyzing needs, creating and designing systems and software and hardware specifications, so that the system can run as expected.

Abstract

Abstracts - Inventory is a representation of a revenue source, and in its application, it can help a business in dealing with fluctuations in demands and reduce the cost of purchasing goods. Inventory management systems can reduce slow data processing, reduce the risk of errors in recording, and generate reports quickly. CV. WU is an MSME reseller engaged in trading of basic goods. In managing its inventory, common problems such as recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, and monitoring the number of goods in storage, are still handled in a conventional way. This slows down the work process and complicates decision making for purchasing inventory. Using the Waterfall Model, a web-based inventory management system was developed for CV. WU. The server-side operations are implemented using the Django web framework, and the client-side operations are built leveraging the Bootstrap framework. The final result of the developed system met the specified requirements. Inventory management on CV. WU becomes easier and more efficient, by storing incoming and outgoing goods records in a database. The process of monitoring the inventory of goods becomes faster, because the system calculates the data automatically. The ease of producing reports is expected to benefit management in the process of decision making regarding inventory purchases.

Abstract

PT Kumpul Mas Abadi is a company that supplies safety tools. Currently, inventory management is experiencing problems because it is still done manually. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based computerized inventory information system to replace the manual system. The research method used is software development with the Water Fall method. The results showed: First, the design of the inventory information system at PT Kumpul Mas Abadi has been completed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework; Second, the design of information systems using the Waterfall Method consists of three stages, namely system design, software design, and implementation design; Third, the implementation of a website-based information system needs to be implemented immediately so that companies get various benefits, namely inventory management becomes more effective and efficient which in turn can support increased productivity and company performance.

Abstract

Information is one of the important things that affect the development of business activities in the business sector, whether it's a service business or non-service, To realize this, currently in all aspects of the business field, there is no need to apply technology to produce information and support data processing in its business processes. In service, it also requires the support of an information system to facilitate data processing and effectiveness in providing services. At PT. Dwi Tirtamas The current technique requires an information system to be applied to maintenance service business activities to facilitate data processing, report presentation, information delivery and make it easier to provide maintenance services to customers. Therefore, in this research, an information system will be designed and built for maintenance services at PT. Dwi Tirtamas Karawang Technique. The software development model used in this study is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model and the programming language for building an information system for maintenance services using the Java programming language.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of DER, ROA and NPM on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Literature study was used as a data collection method, namely the data in this study were obtained from journals, literature studies and books related to the research topic. Classical Assumption Test is a data analysis technique used in this study using the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the results of the discussion above, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the DER variable has a positive and significant influence on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Second, the ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Third, the NPM variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Fourth, the variables DER, ROA and NPM simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Abstract

Abstrak - Pada Awal usahanya CV. Bayu Hutama Motor menjual jasa reparasi spion mobil kepada rekanan kerjanya. Seiring perkembangan waktu, bisnis usahanya semakin besar tidak hanya spion tapi part-part lain juga tersedia. Dalam menjalankan usahanya pemilik masih menggunakan sistem kerja manual mulai dari penerimaan barang, pencatatan barang, pencatatan stok, dan pencatatan transaksi. Hal ini menyebabkan timbul permasalahan seperti masalah kurang akurat pencatatan barang masuk, double data, kesalahan penulisan, selain itu pemilik juga kesulitan dalam melihat stok barang dan beberapa kali terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman barang. CV. Bayu Hutama Motor membutuhkan sistem terkomputerisasi dalam pengolahan data untuk menunjang bisnisnya. Perancangan sistem informasi persediaan barang merupakan solusi paling baik untuk menjawab dan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul karena menggunakan metode manual. Hasil dari penggunaan sistem informasi persediaan barang ini dapat mengurangi kekurangan yang muncul karena menggunakan sistem manual dan pada akhirnya akan menunjang kegiatan bisnis supaya lebih cepat dan akurat. Abstract

Computers are equipment created to help facilitate human work, which makes work more organized. Industry and warehousing really need an information system that supports and provides accuracy in inventory and data management. Based on observations in the promotional warehouse, this promotional warehouse requires the development of computerization in processing and managing the inventory of its goods. Which is currently in the data storage recap receipt of incoming goods, cutting inventory of outgoing goods and making travel documents are still manual with ms.excel format. so that it is still possible to have inaccuracies in the data with the existing physical goods, and difficulties in making the delivery document because it is still manual. The design of this program is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in managing inventory in this warehouse. Abstract

PT Kao Indonesia, which was founded in 1985, is engaged in the manufacture of consumer goods with a focus on health, beauty and care products, focusing on the production and sale of products such as detergents, sanitary napkins, body and facial cleansers. consumer. Kao's production sites are in Jababeka – Cikarang for production and KIIC Karawang for the Logistic Center. Inventory of goods or stock is important for companies, both trading companies or factories that carry out production. In order for sales to make a profit, a well-planned inventory is needed. Incorrect recording in inventory can result in company losses in the accounting period. Inventory consists of goods to be processed, goods to be produced, and finished goods. Inventory accounting information system has not been computerized properly. With the Warehouse Accounting system that is integrated with the Marketing, Production and Purchasing sections, Inventory planning is well maintained, so that stock can be maintained, not excessive and not lacking when going into production. Abstract

PT. Jonan Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur otomotif, untuk itu dibutuhkannya sistem informasi yang menunjang kinerja karyawan terutama di bidang persediaan karena pengelolaan persediaan barang merupakan aktivitas yang dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan. Permasalahan dalam persediaan barang masih dilakukan secara manual terutama pada pencatatan keluar dan masuknya barang serta permintaan pengadaan barang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diusulkan perancangan sistem informasi ini sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang ada pada PT. Jonan Indonesia. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Tools yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan figma sebagai design prototype dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) digunakan untuk memperjelas hasil analisa dan proses identifikasi. Sehingga perancangan sistem informasi pengadaan barang ini menjadi lebih efektif.

Abstract

The development of businesses carried out by business people is not far from the development of internet technology to make these businesses superior and ready to compete in this era. The number of competitors makes business people have to innovate in creating ideas to be able to attract customers and make them more effective and efficient in running their business as well as in the restaurant business. Sentral Aljazeerah Epicentrum is a restaurant that serves Middle Eastern-style food or dishes located in Kuningan. Based on research on qraved, it shows that typical middle eastern restaurants in Jakarta have at least more than 40 restaurants, and to compete among these restaurants, they must have an effective and efficient ordering system. At the Aljazeerah Epicentrum restaurant, in carrying out services to customers to place orders, they still use book notes or just written on paper, so that the service becomes ineffective and seems long if the restaurant is receiving many visitors and an error is found in recording orders, not to mention if the customer asks for an explanation. about the menu you want to order. For that we need a system that helps the problems that have been described above, namely creating a web-based ordering system using an intranet network, in making the system, the software development process uses the agile method, where the agile method helps facilitate the process of developing information systems because the agile method prioritizes user satisfaction.
