Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan era digital mendorong banyak proses dalam perusahaan dan lembaga untuk beralih ke penggunaan sistem informasi. kondisi ini terjadi karena TIK dapat berkolaborasi dengan banyak bidang pengetahuan. Salah satu implementasi sistem informasi dalam membantu pekerjaan adalah pada koperasi simpan pinjam. SMK Mandalla Entrepreneur School merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berada di Kabupaten Karawang. Adapun sistem berjalan yang ada di Koperasi SMK SMK Mandalla Entrepreneur School meliputi dari prosedur pendaftaran anggota, simpanan dan angsuran pinjaman, pengajuan pinjaman, dan pembuatan laporan. Proses pengarsipan data dan laporan simpan pinjam masih menggunakan sistem secara manual yang disimpan dalam bentuk dokumen tertulis, dapat memungkinkan kehilangan arsip atau rusaknya arsip. Fokus tujuan koperasi ini membutuhkan sistem yang dapat mengelola data anggota dan transaksi simpan pinjam. Namun jumlah anggota koperasi yang besar belum diimbangi dengan sistem pengelolaan yang memudahkan penginputan data, pembuatan laporan sampai dengan organisir dan pengarsipan data. Maka untuk menanggulangi permasalahan-permasalahan diatas pihak koperasi perlu membangun suatu sistem yang baru. Dimana dengan perancangan aplikasi, koperasi ini dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan kinerja bagian administrasi dalam melakukan proses transaksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini penerapan sistem simpan pinjam secara terkomputerisasi pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam SMK Mandalla School berbasis bahasa pemrograman Web Application pada aplikasi NetBeans IDE 8.1 dapat meminimalisir kesalahan pada saat memasukkan data dalam proses simpan pinjam, serta memberikan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sehingga dapat mempermudah kinerja pengurus koperasi dalam pengolahan data yang semakin hari terus bertambah seiring dengan penambahan jumlah anggota yang melakukan pinjaman pada Unit Simpan Pinjam.

Abstract

Good management of accounting data and following accounting standards is an important aspect for the progress of a business, especially in terms of preparing financial reports. However, one of the problems faced by MSMEs, especially small businesses, is generally limited in understanding how to manage financial accounting data up to preparing financial reports. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and literature studies related to the research themes taken. Financial statements are very important for the company, with the existence of financial statements, the company can find out the profit and loss in each period and the company has innovations in the future. Financial statements that are made manually, are considered inefficient and the work is relatively slow. Therefore, the company continues to innovate and find ways so that every data processing can be done effectively and efficiently, and without wasteping time. In thisproblem, companies need modern software to support activities in the financial recording process, this is also driven by technological advances. Accounting software is very useful for companies, because in addition to saving time, the final result of such financial data has proven to be accurate. The accounting software applied to this final project is ABSS Premiere version 20. The purpose of using the software is to minimize errors because the final result in recording finances is because the method used has been posted automatically, as well as saving time and energy in financial recording activities. With the observation and interview methods, the author wasable to change the recording of keuangan from manual to computerized at the clothing store, as well as the literature study method as a reference related to the theory to be used.

Abstract

Competition in the business world to make profits or sales according to the targets achieved. Sales of a company's source of income, a large increase in sales means a large increase in revenue earned by the company, to improve the performance of a company's sales system, it must run well because it becomes one of the important functions to develop the company. Regarding credit sales at PT. Hee Jung, West Java, the system used is still manual, starting from recording data and transactions using paper, so data damage or loss can occur and report generation is less efficient. The design of this system uses the Waterfall method as a software development method with an initial stage of software requirements analysis and the final stage, namely Support, this system has been analyzed regarding what is needed by users so that this system is useful for users and to create a transaction system so that data processing can be done. This is done to simplify the process of recording transactions, making reports easier and minimizing errors that occur.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology at this time has accelerated and changed the pattern of human work to be faster, more effective and efficient. This progress encourages the restoration of the administrative service system in accordance with the development of information technology, so that the data management system runs better and safer. Thus the information system can assist in improving the quality of information and efficiency in public services. In Parakanmulya village, most of the correspondence services are still carried out conventionally, namely with word processing applications (Ms. Word), so the process takes longer, to document letter files is not well administered, errors often occur and even archives are lost due to the large number of archives . Seeing this situation, it is appropriate for the government to use the computer advancement side to support performance to be more efficient in order to improve services to the community by switching from a system that currently still uses bookkeeping media to a computerized information system.

Abstract

The development of time information technology is very helpful in every activity such as in work activities in offices, it is very helpful for employees in managing the dissemination of work-related information. PT Akashi Wahana Indonesia supports technological advances based on the 2020 AOP Group Message with the theme: "Enhancing Excellence Thru Digitalization" and environmental issues related to reducing paper use, in order to use paper more effectively. Based on these two problems, every employee of PT. Akashi Wahana Indonesia needs to innovate in their respective jobs so that they can compete in the industrial era 4.0 while still paying attention to the surrounding environment. The Purchasing Project Department currently does not have a system to manage the use of cash advances related to printing, scanning and copying drawing documents outside the company. A web-based cash advance management system application was created, so that the employee concerned does not have to worry about losing invoices for using cash advance when reporting to finance at the end of the period, because every use of cash advance must be input directly into the application and upload proof of invoice. This helps reduce storage space for finance documents, facilitates monitoring of remaining cash advance balances, and minimizes paper usage when printing payment requests, printing proof of receipt of payment requests, and printing realization reports. So that the management of cash advance purchasing projects becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Advances in computer technology today have moved quickly and massively in various aspects. The computer, which is equipment created to facilitate human work, has changed the way and work system from conventional to computerized. Computerization has now been applied in all fields, including the product sales business. One of them is Pengcab Persambi Karawang which also requires an information system that can support and provide satisfactory service for customers in selling their products. For this reason, researchers built a sales system at the Persambi Karawang Branch Office, which until now has not been computerized. The existing system at Pengcab Persambi Karawang is still done manually, starting from recording customers who buy products, to storing other data related to the sales process to making reports, so that it is possible during the process that errors occur in the recording. The inaccuracy of the reports that are made and the delay in finding the necessary data are the weaknesses of the current system. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, and with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting the activities of this organization. A computerized system is better than a manual system so that it runs more effectively and efficiently and the current sales system is more conducive than the previous system. The e-commerce system development method is carried out using the Rapid Application Development method approach. This method is a system development method that is carried out quickly and briefly. So it is considered more appropriate in the development of e-commerce systems.

Abstract

SDIT AL-Rasyid is an educational institution in Karawang Regency which provides basic education with an Islamic approach. This school aims to provide a holistic education, combining academic aspects and Islamic values. The accounting information system for SPP payments at Al-Rasyid Islamic School Integrated Elementary School is a system developed to assist in the management and recording of SPP (Education Development Donations) payments at an Integrated Elementary School (SDIT). This system aims to simplify administration and accounting processes for SPP payments, as well as provide accurate and up-to-date information to interested parties. Currently, the process of paying tuition fees at SDIT is still done manually by using a payment sheet that must be filled in and submitted directly by the parents or guardians of the students to the school. This causes several problems, such as frequent recording errors, late payments, and difficulties in tracking payment history. Therefore, the development of an SPP payment accounting information system is important to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the process. With the existence of an accounting information system for payment of tuition fees at SDIT Al-Rasyid, the administration process for payment of tuition fees becomes more efficient.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop an existing hijab sales information system to make it easier to collect data and store data at Hayya Hijab. The research methodology used in the data processing system is the literature study method, namely data collection which is carried out by taking data from various online books, journals and other books that can be used as a basis for analyzing problems that can be discussed in research, as well as field study methods. namely by making direct observations such as interviews and observations. The system development method used is the Agile Software Development method. The result of this research is that there is an application tool made with the Java programming language and storing data using a database from MySQL so that the data collection process at Hayya Hijab becomes more effective, efficient and practical.

Abstract

This study aims to create a computerized goods sales system and produce a program that can reduce errors in managing goods sales data, as well as make work more efficient and effective at the previous Deliberation Shop. Creating storage media that is safer than paper, making reports easier and more accurate, and creating displays that can assist in the process of inputting and calculating transactions. The research method used in this study is the FIFO (First In First Out) method, namely by collecting data through observation, interviews and literature study. Where in making the design of this application design tools such as the Unfield Modeling Language (UML) are used in which there are Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and also ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and use the Java programming language with the Netbeans editor and MySQL Database using XAMPP. The result of this study is that there is an application for selling goods that can help the process of selling goods and also makes it easy for Deliberation Stores to manage customer data, goods data and sales transaction data stored in the database.

Abstract

Sistem penjualan buku pada depot iqro inayah sampai saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual. Hal ini dirasa masih kurang efektif dan efisien, karena dalam kegiatan mengolah data penjualan buku terdapat beberapa kendala seperti waktu yang lama untuk melakukan pengecekan persediaan buku, transaksi penjualan serta mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat serta tepat waktu untuk menghasilkan laporan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), karena untuk mengoptimalkan biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan mengenai persediaan, sehingga perusahaan mampu menyeimbangkan antara biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan. Dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adala metode kualitatif, karena menggunakan bentuk data berupa analisis.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif yang utama adalah observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam, ditambah dengan kajian dokumen yang bertujuan tidak hanya untuk menggali data, tetapi juga untuk mengungkap makna yang terkandung dalam latar penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem dan menghasilkan suatu aplikasi sistem penjualan buku secara cepat dan akurat serta menghasilkan laporan yang tepat waktu dan untuk pengontrolan stok buku sehingga dapat memberitahukan tentang stok buku yang ada dengan cepat dan akurat.
