Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah, yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 2 Tegaljadi. Tujuan penulisan penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja guru melalui supervisi klinis intensif di SD Negeri 2 Tegaljadi. Peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja guru melalui supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu solusi yang cukup efektif. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil akhir penelitian dimana guru dapat menguasai indikator yang ada dalam menentukan metode pembelajaran dan mencari metode yang benar-benar tepat dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran serta kondisi lingkungan kelas dan lingkungan sekolah itu sendiri yang selanjutnya memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan kinerja guru dan peningkatan mutu sekolah. Terbukti dari peningkatan kemampuan guru dari siklus Awal yaitu guru kelas IV pada pra siklus mencapai rata-rata nilai 1,83, pada siklus I 2,55 dan pada siklus II 3,67, guru kelas V pada pra siklus mencapai nilai rata-rata 2,00, dan pada siklus I 2,67, pada siklus II 3,67, sedangkan pada guru kelas VI pada pra siklus mencapai nilai rata-rata 2,33 dan pada siklus I 2,67 dan pada siklus II 3,50. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis intensif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru di SD Negeri 2 Tegaljadi tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah, yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 2 Marga Dajan Puri, Kec Marga, Tahun 2018, dengan judul “Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Kelas Dalam Penyusunan Perencanaan Pembelajaran Melalui Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Di SD Negeri 2 Marga Dajan Puri Kabupaten Tabanan Tahun 2018/2019”. Adapun tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk : mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi akademik secara pedagogik dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran. Temuan hasil penelitian ada empat hal yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian tindakan ini, yakni simpulan tentang: (1) Peningkatan kinerja guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran, (2) Peningkatan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, (3) Peningkatan kinerja guru dalam menilai prestasi belajar, (4) Peningkatan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah adalah: 1. Penentuan perencanaan pada siklus I adalah 60% pada Siklus II 70%, 2. Hasil Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Tindakan Siklus I adalah 70% tindakan siklus II adalah 75 %.Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari setiap siklusnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi akademik secara pedagogik dapat meningkatkan pedagogik guru kelas dalam penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik di SD Negeri 2 Marga Dajan Puri tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah, yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Selanbawak, Kec Marga, Tahun 2019, dengan judul “Pelaksanaan Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif secara Periodik Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Selanbawak Tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Adapun tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk : a. mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, b. mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam menilai prestasi belajar, c. mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar siswa. d. mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah adalah: 1. Penentuan perencanaan pada siklus I adalah 66.33%, pada Siklus II 85.44%, 2. Hasil Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Tindakan Siklus I adalah 72.36% tindakan siklus II adalah 95.27 %, 3. Hasil Menilai Prestasi Belajar Siklus I adalah 81,66% dan siklus II 92.27 %, dan 4. Hasil Melaksanakan Tindak Lanjut Hasil Penilaian Siklus I adalah 64.80% dan pada siklus II 87.00 %. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari setiap siklusnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi Edukatif Kolaboratif secara Periodik dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri l Selanbawak tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Selanbawak di Kelas VI yang kemampuan siswanya untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Resiprokal dengan teknik berpasangan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar permainan bola kasti siswa Kelas VI semester I SD Negeri 1 Selanbawak. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah tes prestasi belajar. Metode analisis datanya adalah deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Resiprokal dengan teknik berpasangan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar permainan bola kasti siswa Kelas VI semester I SD Negeri 1 Selanbawak. Ini terbukti dari nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh pada siklus awal 66.81 setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran resiprokal pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 73.18 dan pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata naik menjadi 82.27. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Resiprokal dengan teknik berpasangan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar permainan bola kasti siswa Kelas VI semester I SD Negeri 1 Selanbawak.

Abstract

Anxiety is one form of irrational thought manifestation in individuals and the manifestation of uncomfortable conditions experienced by individuals in facing a challenge. High anxiety in facing the exam is a dangerous problem for students, because it will greatly affect the achievement and formation of student personality. Thus this problem really needs to be addressed appropriately and correctly by using techniques that are appropriate to the characteristics of students' problems. Of the many existing counseling models, it is necessary to choose the right counseling model to reduce the level of student anxiety. Then the Systematic Desensitization Technique which is predicted can reduce the anxiety experienced by students in facing exams. The technique is one of the techniques in behavioral counseling using relaxation movements. It can be predicted thus because the systematic desensitization technique seeks to condition the individual to be fully relaxed, from uncomfortable to more calm and relaxed in the face of the test so as to avoid the tension in the body and mind which is one of the causes of anxiety.

Abstract

Quantitatively, this research is conducted at elementary schools in Tabanan Regency and aims to analyze the direct positive influence of: (a) local wisdom on the implementation of KDP (b) literacy on the implementation of KDP, (c) local wisdom and literacy simultaneously on the implementation of KDP. Qualitatively aims to: (a) describe an overview of KDP implementation, (b) formulate a strategy that is appropriate for KDP implementation. The survey research used the Mixed Methods Research method with the triangulation design model. The total population was 319 in 11 sub-districts of Tabanan Regency and a sample of 32 SD. Quantitative data used Multiple Regression Analysis assisted by SPSS 23.0 program, while qualitative data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the model of Miles and Huberman (1992). The results of quantitative data analysis: (a) local wisdom has a direct positive effect on the implementation of KDP (b) literacy has a direct positive effect on the implementation of KDP in, (c) local wisdom and literacy simultaneously have a direct positive effect on the implementation of KDP. Qualitative results, that (a) the implementation of KDP in SD in Tabanan Regency is not optimal due to various obstacles, including: lack of guidance by related agencies, schools do not yet have KDP Implementation Operational Guidelines, involvement of community leaders in KDP coaching in schools has not been carried out by most schools, there is no legal umbrella to empower local wisdom in the implementation of KDP; (b) school literacy activities have not been optimally implemented according to the provisions, this is due to the lack of library sarpras, schools do not have school literacy manuals, lack of guidance related to school literacy activities, and the use of information technology in school literacy activities is still lacking. Recommendations: (a) there needs to be a legal umbrella for empowering local wisdom in the implementation of KDP, (b) it is necessary to prepare an Operational Guidebook for KDP Implementation, (c) school literacy activities must be supported through empowerment and optimization of school library facilities, and (d) the seriousness of all parties to participate in the implementation of KDP in SD in Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the diffractive learning strategy assisted with worksheets can increase student activity and mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects of class X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the 2018/2019 academic year. The research object of frogressive diffraction learning was assisted by worksheets. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation or observation stage, and the reflection stage. The results of the study for student learning activities in cycle I were 9.92, and in silkus II were 16.80. Student learning outcomes for an average cycle I of 6.48 and cycle II of 8.02. The absorption capacity in the first cycle was 64.8% and the second cycle was 80.2%. Classical mastery learning in cycle I was 20.0% and cycle II was 85.7%. So the application of progressive differentiation learning strategies assisted by student worksheets in mathematics learning can improve learning activities and student learning outcomes of class X MIA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the application of local content curriculum can improve the formation of character education and student responses to student entrepreneurial knowledge. This research is a school action research that was designed through action research in practical learning activities in schools. The design of this study was used as a measure of the success of the method applied. This school action research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Subjects in the study of class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year, and the object of research was the application of a local content curriculum in the formation of character education towards student entrepreneurship. This action research consists of four main activities, namely: (a) planning, (b) action, (c) observation, and (d) evaluation and reflection. The results showed that the application of local content curriculum can improve the ability of craft entrepreneurship knowledge from waste materials in the form of flat shapes and spaces in student groups. This can be seen from the average value of comparison between pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II there is an increase. There was a response of students in the application of local content curriculum in the effort of forming character education towards entrepreneurial knowledge of class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the academic year 2019/2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the skills, difficulties experienced and the factors that cause students to write skills in structure and content of persuasive speech text. The population in this study were all class X TB students of SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar in the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 165 people from 4 classes. The sample in this study were students of class X TB SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar totaling 4 classes with a total of 62 students. In collecting data using the test method is the preparation of tests, implementation of tests, and scoring tests. The data processing method used in this research is descriptive statistical method. Based on these results it can be concluded. (1) The students' skills in writing the structure and content of persuasive speech text are good. (2) The difficulties faced by students in writing the structure and content of persuasive speech text, namely the title of the speech, the structure of the persuasive speech, the use of effective sentences, the choice of words, and the use of EYD. (3) The factors that cause difficulties experienced by students in writing the structure and content of a persuasive speech text can be seen from the results of interviews with 3 students each answering the use of effective sentences, good and standard word choices, and the use of EYD during the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of interactive multimedia can improve responsiveness and ability to dance Puspawresthi dance students. In this classroom action research method descriptive design. The research design used in this study was classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out through four main stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observation and (4) reflection. The average class results obtained by students in pre-cycle of 66.97, in the first cycle increased to 71.84 and in the second cycle increased again to 80. The results of student action tests that scored above 75 in the second cycle has exceeded 75%. Classically the learning outcomes have been able to increase from 60.52% completeness in the first cycle to 100% in the second cycle. The use of interactive multimedia can improve the response of students of class X MIA 1 SMA N 1 Blahbatuh Gianyar district in the academic year 2019/2020. Judging from the first cycle, obtained an average student response results of 71, 4 with enough categories, and in the second cycle the average response of students was 84.7 with a high category. This means that the use of interactive multimedia can improve student responses in learning to improve Puspawresthi dance which is very effective and can be well received.
