Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research was carried out in class V A semester I SD No. 4 Kerobokan 2018/2019 academic year is to improve the learning achievement of Physical Education by using the student team achievement division (STAD) cooperative learning model with peer tutoring strategies. This classroom action research involved 21 research subjects conducted in two cycles through the stages of planning, implementing, observing / observing and reflecting. Learning achievement test is a tool used in collecting research data which is then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study showed that there was an increase in the ability of students to follow the learning process from an initial average of 70.71 to 74.95 in cycle I and increased to 83.33 in cycle II with 38.10% initial learning completeness in cycle I increased to 66.67% and in cycle II increased to 100%. The conclusion that can be drawn from these results is that the student team achievement division (STAD) cooperative learning model with peer tutor strategies can improve the learning achievement of Physical Education and Health.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 5 on the material of three-variable linear equation systems. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Denpasar. Subjects in the research of class X MIPA 1 students of SMA Negeri 5 Denpasar in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, and the object of this study was the understanding of the material of the three-variable linear equation system and student learning motivation towards the problem-based learning model. In this study, several cycles were used through four stages of the activity process which include (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. The results showed that the application of the problem-based learning model could improve the students 'ability to answer questions in the three-variable linear equation system and there was a positive student learning motivation towards the application of the problem-based learning model to improve the students' ability to answer questions about the three-variable linear equation system.

Abstract

One of the means to prepare professional teacher candidates is through the implementation of the Micro Teaching course. This research was conducted at the Microteaching Laboratory of FPMIPA IKIP PGRI by involving Biology students who program Micro Teaching courses in the even semester of the 2019/2020 Academic year. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to determine cognitive abilities, the suitability of lesson plans, and the quality of basic teaching skills of Biology Education Study Program students in the Micro Teaching course. The data was collected using test techniques with the instruments used cognitive tests, observation techniques. The instrument used was a rubric sheet for assessing teaching skills of prospective teachers and an assessment rubric for the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). As well as a questionnaire using the questionnaire instrument. The data analyzed were knowledge about the essence and principles of preparing lesson plans, rubric for the assessment of lesson plans (RPP), and teaching skills of prospective teachers using qualitative descriptive statistics. The results of the research and data analysis showed that the students 'knowledge of the essence and principles of preparing lesson plans was low, while the students' ability to compile lesson plans and basic teaching skills were good in several aspects, but there were still aspects that needed more training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability and response of students in the application of discovery learning models to improve learning outcomes in writing proposal texts. This type of research is classroom action research which was conducted from January to February 2020. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar for the 2019/2020 school year. The object of this research is to write a proposal text, with discovery learning learning model in improving Indonesian learning outcomes. The research carried out four main activities: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of the research on the initial reflection action were 63.69 with a low predicate, and increased in the first cycle to 71.67 with a sufficient predicate and increased again in the second cycle to 79.17 with a good predicate with a classical number of 34 or 94.44%. The results of student observations in the first cycle had an average value of 69.44 with a sufficient predicate and increased in the second cycle an average value of 80.56 with a high predicate with a classical number of 34 students or 94.44%. The application of the discovery learning learning model can improve the ability to write proposal texts and the responses of class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the 2019/2020 academic year

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of the SAVI learning model on mathematics learning outcomes by controlling the learning discipline of class VIII students at SMPN11 Denpasar. This type of research is classified as a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) design with a non-equivalent posstest only control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at SMP N11 Denpasar which consisted of 7 classes. So class VIII D as the experimental class and class VIII A as the control class with many students for each class of 39 students who were taken by multi stage random sampling technique. The instruments used in collecting data were tests to measure mathematics learning outcomes and questionnaires to measure students' discipline in learning mathematics. Data were analyzed using t-test and one-way ANACOVA. The results of this study indicate the following, (1) there is a significant influence on the mathematics learning outcomes of students using the SAVI learning model with the mathematics learning outcomes of students using conventional learning models with the found price (tcount> ttable or 5.331> 1.665). (2) After controlling the discipline of learning there is an effect of mathematics learning outcomes between those using the SAVI learning model and mathematics learning outcomes using conventional learning models and the price is found (Fcount> Ftable or 31.05> 3.97). The conclusion from this research is that there is an effect of the SAVI learning model on mathematics learning outcomes after controlling the discipline of learning of class VIII students of SMP N 11 Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a vocational-based statistics learning video that is valid, practical and effective. The research was conducted at SMK Wira Harapan. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development). The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model consisting of: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results obtained in this study are valid, practical and effective quality-based vocational statistics learning videos. Based on the evaluation of material experts, the average score is 3.60 and 3.55 for expert learning, including the "valid" criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire at the implementation stage obtained an average of 3.75 with the criteria "practical". Learning videos are said to be effective based on student completeness by 88.5% of the 36 students.

Abstract

Education is a process of change in the development of knowledge (cognitive), skills (psychomotor) and attitudes (affective) person, then education should produce an output proportional to the ability of the hard skills and soft skills. In addition to the curriculum which has a charge that is lower than the soft skills payload hard skills, soft skills with the imbalance between hard skills can also be caused by a learning process that emphasizes the acquisition value of test results and the value of the test results. Globalization (without limit) create an atmosphere of competition in life is getting tougher. Only people who are competitive, not easily discouraged and ready to accept the challenge that will be successful in life. So people with low adversity Quation will run over time, while those with high adverity Quation will be successful and become a winner. The success of a person is not only determined by IQ (Intelligence quation) but also by adversity quotient (AQ) owned. Bali has a wide range of spiritual culture that can be used as a shield themselves from a variety of negative effects that harm. For it to develop spiritual culture at the level of soft skills and adversity Quation, a person is able to optimize towards the positive character development for the realization of qualified human resources in accordance with national education goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between mathematical anxiety and adversity quotient on student mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is correlational and uses the Ex Post Facto method. This research is conducted to examine events that have occurred and then to look back through the data to find the factors and causes that may have occurred for the events under study. In this study, there are two variables, namely two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was class X SMK TI Bali Global Denpasar in 2019/2020. The technique used was simple random sampling technique, namely by lottery where the class was drawn. The data that has been collected are mathematical anxiety, adversity quotient, and students' mathematics learning outcomes were analyzed using parametric statistics. To test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression methods. In this study, data analysis will be carried out with the help of the SPSS 22.0 for Windows program. Before performing multiple regression analysis, first a descriptive statistical analysis and prerequisite analysis were carried out. The results of research and data analysis of the relationship between mathematical anxiety and adversity quotient on mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of SMK TI bali Global Denpasar.

Abstract

Generally, this paper is expected to contribute to the preservation and development of the Balinese language. In addition, it is also expected to continue efforts to standardize the Balinese language, as well as be able to contribute in the field of Balinese teaching. Specifically, this paper describes the characteristics and types of Balinese numeral classifier. The theory used in this study is a structural Linguistic theory, from some linguistic books and library materials that are relevant to the problem of this paper. Numeral classifier is a word or form that indicates the noun group, which follows the numeral itself (Kridalaksana, 1982: 76). According to Ramlan (1985: 54), numeral classifier is a word that lies behind the numeral to form a phrase called as a numeral phrase, which may be located in front of the nominal word. In principle, the numeral classifier is a word behind (follows) the number and shows the group of nouns or a number of phrases and may (can) be followed by the noun but positioned in front of the noun. That understanding is used in identifying Balinese numeral classifier. By this theory, it is found that Balinese numeral classifiers have structural and semantic characteristics. Its structural characteristics include morphological features and syntactic features. Morphological features are divided into two, namely the characteristics of a single form and the characteristics of complex form. The semantic characteristic is used to count the number of the noun (people, animals, or goods), for example the word 'ekor' to indicate the existence of an animal. By the type of Balinese numeral classifier, there are two types, namely endocentric type, that is in the form of attributive endocentric and exocentric type.

Abstract

Online lectures is one form of internet utilization that can enhance the role of students in the learning process. Descriptive analysis in this study examines students' perceptions of the Mahadewa University of Indonesia on online learning models related to the use of media, learning styles, and certain types of communication that are popular with students to help them get better output from online learning activities. The number of population in this study were 126 students guidance and counseling Mahadewa University who had been involved in online learning during the Covid-19 quarantine period. The results found that the most popular online learning media are WhatsApp and Google Classroom. As many as 63,49 % of Mahadewa University students are familiar with various online learning media before online lectures begin. In addition, the communication pattern that is most popular by students is the semi-two-way pattern. Further research is needed on online learning research with problem-based, collaborative, and other models.
