Abstract

Employee performance is high, and this is where Kaizen work culture and work motivation play an important role in influencing employee performance. So much needed research on Kaizen culture and motivation on employee performance. Work culture motivates employees to bring out the best in what the organization gives them to improve their performance and provide the best results for the company/organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the joint influence of Kaizen culture and work motivation on the performance of PT. Buma Cima Nusantara. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used is the technique used in Probability Sampling is Sampling Random Sampling, namely taking sample members from the population at random without regard to the existing strata in the population, with a total sample of 108 people. . The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analytical model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of the study using the T test, it was found that the kaizen culture had no and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Buma Cima Nusantara Bunga Mayang North Lampung, motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Buma Cima Nusantara Bunga Mayang North Lampung. From the F test, it is found that the kaizen culture and motivation together have a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Buma Cima Nusantara Bunga Mayang, North Lampung.

Abstract

Measurement based on financial ratios is very dependent on the accounting method or treatment used in preparing the company's financial statements, so often the company's performance looks good and increases, actually performance does not increase and even decreases. To overcome these problems, performance measurement can be used with an Economic Value Added (EVA) approach to measure performance based on value or measure economic added value generated by the company as a result of management activities or strategies. Based on the research objectives, is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The design used is descriptive analytics, a research method where a researcher identifies and measures variables, researchers also look for relationships between variables to explain the observed event or phenomenon. This study analyzes the financial performance of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. through its Financial Statements in 2019-2021 uses the Economic Value Added approach. EVA at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. has increased, except in the second year of research, namely in 2020 there has been a decrease but it is still in a positive EVA state. So it can be said that Bank Muamalat's Economic Value Added in the research period, namely 2019-2021, has an EVA value that is always 0 (positive), and shows that the rate of return generated by the company exceeds the value of capital costs. Based on the presentation and analysis results in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the value of EVA PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Period 2019 to 2021 Shows positive economic added value (0). So it can be said that in 2019 to 2021 PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. has been able to create economic added value for the company and increase the wealth of its shareholders. Keywords : Financial Statements, Financial Performance, EVA

Abstract

Based on the company’s employee salary data,it can be seen that the problem of providing compensation is still minimal with the workload given, the compensation given is still below the UMR. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee perfomance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work motivation in moderating compensation on employee perfomance, to determine work motivation in moderating job satisfaction on employee perfomance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi, Metro Branch, with 35 employees collecting data using questionnaires, and analyzing data using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, R2 Termination, MRA Test and Test Statistical hypothesis with program (SPSS 24). The results of study indicate that compensation has no effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, work motivation cannot moderate the relationship between compensation variables and employee perfomance variables, work motivation cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining and analyzing the effects of income expectations, family environment and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions (study on the students of the Economics and Business Faculty, University of Muhammadiyah Metro). The type of research was quantitative with a population of 1,107 students who are active at Muhammadiyah Metro University class of 2019-2022. In accordance with the slovin formula, the sample used was 92 students. Data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis were undergone by testing instrument requirements, testing analysis for regression, and testing hypotheses. Based on the results of the T test found that income expectations had no positive and insignificant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Economics and Business Faculty at Muhammadiyah University of Metro, family environment had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship on students of the Economics and Business Faculty, Muhammadiyah University of Metro and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect and significant to the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Economics and Business Faculty, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. From the F test was found that income expectations, family environment and entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Economics and Business Faculty, Muhammadiyah University of Metro.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining whether there was an effect of inflation and interest rates retrun stocks with profitability as a moderating variable. This research method applied documentation techniques with a quantitative approach. It was conducted at the cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which were still actively listed during the 2019-2021 period. The research sample was taken purposively which totally from 4 companies. The data of this study were analyzed by the classical assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and auto correlation test. To test the hypothesis, this study utilized panel data regression test with the common effect model technique, fixed effect model, and random effect model. Selection of the technique was done by doing the chow test, hausman test, lagrange multiplier test and test the moderating variable. Based on the results of the study showed that 1) The inflation has no significant effect on stock returns. 2) The interest rates have no significant effect on stock returns. 3) The profitability has a significant effect and strengthens the relationship between inflation and stock returns. 4) The profitability has a significant effect and strengthens the relationship between interest rates and stock returns.

Abstract

Based on sources from the General Section and HR of the Metro Islamic Hospital, every 3-5years Exchange occupations are held. Employees whose skills or expertise have improvedafter attending regular career development trainings need to get appreciation, recognitionand promotion from the institution and the work environment. It encourages the employees’activeness and productivity in carrying out their works. The purpose of this study was to findout whether career development affected employee performance, whether motivation affectedemployee performance, whether career development affected job satisfaction, whethermotivation influenced job satisfaction, whether career development and motivation affectedemployee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample of thisresearch were 42 employees of Metro Islamic Hospital. Data collection used a questionnaire,and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test,Linearity Test and Variable Regression Analysis with the Causal Step Method with the program (SPSS 25). The result of this study showed that there was a positive and significantinfluence of career development on employee performance. There was a positive andsignificant effect of motivation on employee performance. There was a positive andsignificant influence of career development on employee job satisfaction. There was apositive and significant influence of motivation on job satisfaction. There was a positive andsignificant influence of career development and motivation on employee performance withjob satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether non-financial compensation and financialcompensation have a partial or simultaneous influence on the performance of employees atthe West Coast Samsat Office. The research method uses a quantitative approach throughobservation and distribution of questionnaires and is processed with the SPSS version 25program. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with sample calculations obtainedby 32 representative employees in filling out the questionnaire. The analysis tool usesmultiple regression with partial (t) and simultaneous (f) test decisions. The results of thestudy prove that non-financial compensation has an effect on employee performance, whilefinancial compensation has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneously both have aninfluence in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Negotiation and trust are important factors in employees to form an organizationalcommitment that should be able to exceed targets in achieving organizational goals. So thepurpose of this research is partially and simultaneously to determine the magnitude of thecorrelation of negotiation and trust in organizational commitment in the West TulangBawang Samsat office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and a sample sizeof 30 employees. Then the results of the questionnaire data were tested for validity andreliability, which were then tested for normality, linearity, homogeneity and multipleregression of the partial and simultaneous test decisions and the coefficient of determination.The results of the analysis prove that negotiations involving two or more parties with theemployee's self-confidence, the organizational commitment that is formed by each employeeis able to adjust to what he wants in achieving common goals in order to advance aninstitution/organization.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a scourge of success in a company in maintaining its products andpersuading consumers to make purchases, so this research aims to examine both partiallyand simultaneously the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. TriSakti Lampung Group. The research design uses a quantitative approach with a total sampleof 52 consumers. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. While the data analysistechnique used is a questionnaire and tests the questionnaire by testing validity, reliability,and prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality, homogeneity, linearity and multipleregression through partial t tests and simultaneous tests. Abstract

This study was aimed at undertanding the effect of competence and work environment onemployee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at UPTD Public HealthCenter (Puskesmas) at Karangrejo Metro Utara. The role of human resources in theorganization is an important factor in organizational effectiveness and success in achievinggoals. The success and performance of a person at work is highly dependent on work skill,work environment and job satisfaction. Employee welfare is positively related toperformance. Minimum work results are caused by a lack of skills relate to the work so thatthe results are less than optimal. This was a quantitative research, the sample of thisresearch was 35 employees. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Meanwhile,data analysis used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test,Homogeneity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis. Interaction Test (MRA), Determination RTest, T Test, and Statistical Hypotesis Test. Where the results were obtained: 1. Competencehas a positive effect on employee performance, if competence is increased then performancewill increase. 2. The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, so if the work environment increases, performance will increase. 3. Job satisfaction is able toincrease (Strengthen) competency on employee performance at the UPTD Karangrejo HealthCenter 4. Job satisfaction is able to increase (Strengthen) the work environment on employeeperformance at the UPTD Karangrejo Health Center
