Abstract

This is study aims to determine the direct effect between service quality, ease 0f use, and trust in purchasing decisions with word of mouth as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research by measuring the variables of service quality, ease of use and trust by using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire scoring scale for each variable is 1-5 so that the range of scores obtained by respondents is between 20-100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 25.0 application. The results of study show that there is a direct influence between service quality and word of mouth for shopee users. There is a direct effect of ease of use on word of mouth for shopee users. There is a direct effect of trust in word of mouth on shopee users. There is a direct effect of service quality on purchasing decisions for shopee users. There is a direct of ease of use purchasing decisions for shopee users. There is a direct influence of trust in purchasing decisions for shopee users. There is a direct influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions for shopee users

Abstract

A company always hopes to achieve better progress. To achieve this goal, the company willtry to improve employee performance. To improve employee performance, it is necessary toimplement detailed guidelines and provide compensation for the contribution given. Researchhas been conducted regarding the Effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) andincentives on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung. This researchused a quantitative approach to test the stated hypothesis. In this study, the paper used aclosed questionnaire, namely a questionnaire where the answers were already available. Therespondent just had to choose the answer according to the question. In this study, thepopulation consisted of all employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bandar Lampung, ofwhich there were 44 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sample where allmembers of the population were sampled. Data processing was carried out throughtabulation and carried out validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, andmulticollinearity tests. The data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. Thehypothesis used a t-test and F-test. The research results showed that the standard operationalprocedure variables (SOP) and incentives partially and simultaneously have a positive effecton employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and workstress on employee performance moderated by employee work motivation. This study appliesquantitative research that measures the variables of financial compensation, work stress,employee performance, and work motivation using a questionnaire through a Likert scalescoring of 1-5. This study involved a population of 32 employees. The sampling techniqueused in this study was saturated sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire and dataanalysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate thatFinancial Compensation has an effect and is significant on employee performance. Theaspect that has the most effect on financial compensation on employee performance is thecompensation applied by the company and the weakest is the applicable regulations. Workstress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The aspect that has themost effect on work stress is physical demands and the weakest is task demands. Workmotivation can significantly strengthen the effect of financial compensation on employeeperformance at CV MT Tani. Work motivation can strengthen the effect of work stress onemployee performance. Abstract

In its existence, small industries often experience ups and downs, there are many problems in its development. This can be based on the factors of natural resources, human resources, production equipment technology, marketing relations, and the lack of small and medium business development. The main problem is in the process of developing a business or maintaining a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the non-financial and financial feasibility conditions of the bamboo tambir woven handicraft household industry in Gondang Rejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung. This research contains an overview of the company and business feasibility in terms of various specific aspects. By choosing the descriptive type because it presented more accurate data, besides that the form was simple, and technically easy to understand. The aspects in question were non-financial aspects and financial aspects. Non-financial aspects in this study included market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, organizational and management aspects, social, economic and cultural aspects, and environmental aspects. While the financial aspects in this study included Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. It can be concluded that in the home industry business the bamboo tambir craft was feasible to run. This can be seen from the results of the non-financial aspect analysis, it was found that the business of woven bamboo drums in Gondang Rejo Village was feasible to run. The results of the analysis of the financial aspects of the business feasibility studied show that it was feasible to run. The Village Government must increase its attention to the community in running a business so that it can be more advanced and developed by establishing a special forum for bamboo craftsmen business groups, with the aim of getting the attention of the industry and trade department. The people of Gondang Rejo Village can take advantage of this business opportunity because it is profitable. It will be a loss if you just stand by. In fact, income will not come by itself without doing some effort.

Abstract

Competition between the personal care and cosmetics industry markets is increasinglycompetitive. This is proven by the many types of cosmetics in circulation, both domestic andforeign production. The flood of cosmetic products on the market influences a person'sattitude towards purchasing decisions and using goods. Purchasing a product is no longer tofulfill a need, but rather because of a desire. This research aims to find out whether there isan influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and customer satisfaction on PurchasingDecisions. This method uses quantitative research. The population in this research arecustomers who subscribe to or have purchased products from the Beauty Clinic. In this study,non-probability sampling was used using a purposive sampling method. The number ofsamples that met the requirements for this study was 64 samples. The data collectiontechnique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validitytest, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Service quality andcustomer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at theCantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City. Meanwhile, Brand Image does not have a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Cantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City

Abstract

Internet users have gone a step further not only to communicate but also to book vehicles,trade, work and even buy property. With the emergence of consumers' need to make decisionsquickly without being bound by space and time as well as the need to manifest themselves incyberspace, this will have a direct or indirect impact on consumer behavior in buying andusing products online. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The surveymethod focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thusenabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using aquestionnaire instrument or questionnaire. In this study, the population was undergraduatestudents at UM Metro, namely students at the Faculty of Economics. The sampling techniqueused accidental sampling with a total sample of 75 people. Data collection techniques usinga questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positiveand significant influence between Online Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions 2)there is a positive and significant influence between Online Customer Reviews on Price 3)there is a positive and significant influence between Price on Purchase Decision

Abstract

E-commerce is a sales system that developed after the invention of the Internet. A marketing or sales system like this can reach the whole world at the same time without having to set up branch offices in all countries. In addition, it can also be done 24 hours without stopping. Only through a computer connected to the Internet, companies can market their products. 1) This study aims to find out whether digital marketing has a direct effect on purchasing decisions on the berry benka e-commerce website? 2) Do customer ratings have a direct effect on purchasing decisions on the Berrybenka e-commerce website? 3) Does digital marketing have a direct effect on customer involvement on the Berrybenka e-commerce website? 4) Do customer ratings have a direct effect on customer engagement on the berrybenka e-commerce website? 5) Does customer involvement and customer assessment have a direct effect on purchasing decisions on the Berrybenka e-commerce website? The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument or questionnaire. In this study, the population is consumers who use telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rini Cosmetics Shop. This research is quantitative byinterpreting the independent and dependent variables. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality, product quality, and price on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction atRini Cosmetic store customers by using 50 respondents as a research sample and thesampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is aquantitative analysis method including validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearitytest and regression significance, homogeneity test, hypothesis requirements and statisticalhypotheses. Data analysis in this study used path analysis (Path) with the help of the SPSSversion 25.0 application. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct influencebetween service quality and customer satisfaction at Rini cosmetic shops. There is a directeffect of product quality on customer satisfaction at Rini Cosmetics stores. There is a directeffect of price on customer satisfaction at Rini Cosmetic stores. There is a direct effect ofservice quality on customer loyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. There is an effect of productquality on customer loyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work stress, motivation, work environment,workload, and compensation on nurses' performance at Ajibarang Regional GeneralHospital. Using a quantitative approach and simple random sampling method, data werecollected from 147 respondents and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSSversion 26. The results show that work stress has a significant negative impact on nurses'performance, with higher stress levels leading to lower performance. In contrast, workmotivation, a supportive work environment, and fair compensation positively affect nurses'performance, with more motivated nurses working in a conducive environment and receivingadequate compensation showing better performance. However, workload does notsignificantly influence nurses' performance, indicating that heavy responsibilities do notsubstantially affect their performance. These findings provide valuable insights for improvinghealthcare quality at Ajibarang Regional General Hospital

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia is very fast and tends to increase every year, in line with the needs and demands of the public for adequate means of transportation. Evidenced by the increasingly crowded city streets and increasingly congested traffic by motorized vehicles. And followed by the birth and growth of new companies that always make every effort to gain and maintain existing market share. This study aims to find out 1) To find out whether there is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction? 2) to find out whether there is service quality on consumer satisfaction? 3) To find out whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction? This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument or questionnaire. In this study, the population was consumers at the Honda Motor Palace dealership. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 89 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that: 1) there is a positive influence on product quality on consumer satisfaction. 2) there is a positive influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction. 3) there is a positive influence on product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction.
