Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work ethic, leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Metro City which is located in Metro City, Metro Pusat. The total population is 61 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include testing instrument requirements, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the work discipline variable has an effect and is significant on employee performance, the work ethic variable has an effect and is significant on employee performance, the leadership style variable has an effect and is significant on employee performance, and the work environment variable has no and no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of work discipline, work ethic, leadership style and work environment has a significant and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the accrual accounting presentation of regional financial statements for the East Lampung Regency Financial and Asset Management. Data is obtained from observations, documents and face-to-face interviews of all BPKAD activities or activities, East Lampung Regency. Research data analysis was performed using Miles and Huberman model data analysis, namely data reduction, data visualization and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that the East Lampung Government has presented 7 (seven) main elements of financial statements, which are reports on budget performance, reports on changes in budget balance, balance sheets. accounting balance sheet, the statement of operations, the statement of cash flows, the statement of changes in equity, and the notes to the financial statements (which are not separate from these financial statements). The implementation of regional financial management in East Lampung Regency Government refers to the government accounting standards (SAP) based on accrual accounting. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Competitive Advantage Untuk Meningkatkan Reputasi Perusahaan Kimia Farma Apotek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang diolah dengan Smart PLS 3.0 untuk analisis kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk analisis kualitatif menggunakan TOWS, IE, CPM, dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif membuktikan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing, variabel kelengkapan produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing, variabel lokasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing, variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel reputasi perusahaan, variabel kelengkapan produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel reputasi perusahaan, variabel lokasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel reputasi perusahaan, variabel keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel reputasi perusahaan. Adapun hasil penelitian analisa strategi melalui tahapan strategi input stage dengan CPM, matching stage dengan TOWS dan decision stage dengan QSPM maka strategi yang digunakan dari hasil QSPM adalah alternatif strategi pangsa pasar, pengembangan produk dan penetrasi pasar dalam meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan kimia farma apotek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Leadership Influence, intrinsic motivation and social support on the organizational commitment of the Study at the Sleman Regency Social Service. This study uses a nonprobability sampling technique using a saturated sampling method. The population for this study were employees of the Sleman Regency Social Service. The sample used was 50 respondents. The test instruments used in this study were validity and reliability tests. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that service leadership had a positive effect on organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and social support had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melalui Kepuasan kerja pada Kemantren Mantrijeron.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh dengan sample yang digunakan 35 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Uji istrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastitas. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji casual step.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaru positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi setelah memasukan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Increasingly increasing franchise competition to compete for the existing market causes each industry to establish the right strategy in marketing its products. This study aims to determine product innovation and competitive advantage affect marketing performance. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is Thai Tea Fremilt consumers as many as more than 1000 people. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire as many as 21 questionnaire items. The analysis technique used is regression analysis, T test, F test and determination coefficient. The results in this study that product innovation has an effect on marketing performance, competitive advantage also affects marketing performance, then jointly product innovation and competitive advantage affect marketing performance. In addition, 88.2% of the effect of product innovation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. This is because the innovation of a product at Thai Tea Fremilt makes consumers curious, so they try new things at Thai Tea Fremilt that have never been tried before.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction on employee productivity, the employess of Titik Terang Konveksi Yogyakarta. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees. The sample of this study used the census method, so the research sample was determined as many as 45 employees covering all employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that had been filled in by the respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the test instrument spss version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on work productivity, there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on work productivity, there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on work productivity. And with the results of the f test (Goodness of fit) states that organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work productivity the employess of Titik Terang Konveksi Yogyakarta Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Word Productivity

Abstract

this study aims to determine how the level of organizational culture and motivation on job satisfaction in Tulung Klaten sub-district. The research model used is a quantitative descriptive research model, which means that the sample is taken based on a certain number in a population. In this study the population used is the entire population. There are 50 staff in the Tulung Klaten sub-district. The sample used is also 50 respondents consisting of echelon officials to administrative staff in the Tulung sub-district. The data processing method used is the SPSS version 23 application.The data used are multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, determination coefficient test and simultaneous f test. The results of this study state that there is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Employees of Tulung Klaten District, There is no significant effect on Motivation And Job Satisfaction of Employees of Tulung Klaten District and Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture and Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees of Tulung Klaten Subdistrict Keywords : Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT The most important asset for an organization is human resources so that every company or organization must work together optimally to produce quality products. Where the management is required to use a good management system and can be used as a tool to improve the performance of its employees. The formulation of the problem in this study was "Whether compensation, motivation, work stress and work environment have a partial or simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at CV Jembatan Hitam wholesalers". From these problems, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, work stress, work environment and employee performance at CV Jembatan Hitam. This research method was quantitative. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 40 respondents with saturated sample technique. The data obtained are then processed using SPSS version 22. Based on data analysis using SPSS, the conclusions in this study were that between compensation, motivation, work stress, and work environment only compensation, motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously compensation, motivation, work stress and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. Abstract

Rizky Pratama Saputra Npm. 17610083. 2021. “Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Era Pandemi Covid-19 pada Kelurahan Purwoasri Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro”. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Bambang Suhada,S.E.,M.Si. (2) Fitriani,S.E.,M.M. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Purwoasri Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro, dengan responden berjumlah 45 UMKM. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mix method) dengan metode sampel sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui uji parsial t dan uji simultan f serta koefisien determinan (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) sarana komunikasi terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kelurahan Purwoasri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, dari hasil uji t mendapatkan nilai sebesar thitung 3,197 > ttabel 2,019. (2) sarana promosi terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kelurahan Purwoasri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, dari hasil uji t mendapatkan nilai sebesar thitung 3,197 > ttabel 2,019. (3) sarana riset terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kelurahan Purwoasri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, dari hasil uji t mendapatkan nilai sebesar thitung 3,868 > ttabel 2,019.
