The purpose of this study is to develop digital comic media based on the Canva application, in terms of the feasibility and benefits of learning media in the research learning process used in this study is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The development of this media used procedures from ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 1 class teacher and 15 students who were directly involved in the teaching and learning process every day. As well as 1 material expert and 1 media expert. Data collection was carried out by means of: observation, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. The results showed that the Canva Application-Based Digital Comics media was "Very Eligible" with details of the eligibility percentage obtained from media experts of 88% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", material experts of 84% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", Education practitioners (teachers) by 94% with the criteria of "Very Practical", education practitioners (students) by 92% with the criteria of "Very Practitioner", and student learning outcomes after using digital comic media based on the Canva application have increased with the acquisition of a post-test score of 87.5% with the criteria of "Effective". Therefore, it can be concluded that digital comic media based on the Canva application on theme 6 sub-theme 2 learning 2 on PPKn class III content at SDN 064017 Medan Perjuangan District is feasible to use in the process of teaching and learning activities

Increasing business innovation is the main key in facing increasingly fierce competition in the current era of globalisation and information technology. One factor that plays a key role in driving business innovation is entrepreneurship education. This study aims to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and the role of technology in driving business innovation. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that entrepreneurship education and the role of technology in fostering business innovation are two elements that are highly related and mutually supportive. Effective entrepreneurship education should include technology as an integral part of its curriculum, enabling students to understand how technology can be used in various aspects of business. With this understanding, they can develop practical skills, think creatively, collaborate and innovate with the support of technology, thus being better equipped to face challenges in an increasingly digital and competitive business world. The limitation of this research is that it is a literature review, so it does not involve primary data collection or field research. Therefore, the findings are descriptive and based on existing information in the literature accessed.

This study used a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods with a pre-experimental research design type one group pretest-posttest design. This study aims to determine the effect of reinforcement techniques on the of-task behavior of students of BNKP Gunungsitoli Private Vocational School. This research population is students at Christian Private Vocational School BNKP Gunungsitoli. The sample of the study was class XI-TKJ-1 whose number of students was 19 children. The average result of the pretest was 10.84, after the pretest was carried out then given treatment in the form of using reinforcenment to reduce off-task behavior, during the treatment there was a change, namely the student's off-task behavior decreased which can be seen from the posttest results where the average was 1.16. To test the significance by testing the accepted alternative hypothesis (Ha), it is known that the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05 which means that variable X influences Variable Y, it is stated that there is a change in off-task behavior before and after reinforcement techniques are given.

This study aims to determine the effect of attending skills of Guidance and Counseling teachers on student openness to participate in individual counseling service activities at SMP Negeri 1 Idanogawo. The results showed that there was a positive relationship and significance in the attending variable of BK teachers (X) to the variable of student openness (Y) class VIII – A at SMP Negeri 1 Idanogawo. Based on data analysis, it is known that the results of research data analysis confirmed that there is an influence of attending BK teachers on student openness and the contribution of variable X to Y is 41.0%, meaning that the influence of attending BK teachers on the openness of grade VIII – A students at SMP Negeri 1 Idanogawo. And the remaining 59% are subjects that affect openness that are not included in the research studied

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Cognitve Behavior Therapy (CBT) had in reducing the traumatic experience of Class VIII-A students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara. This study used a type of quantitative research-experiment with one group pretest-postest design. The data collection method uses questionnaires to determine students' traumatic experiences and observation data consisting of 3 observants to determine the match of statistical calculations with observation data. The pretest results of 26 students were obtained as many as 10 people experienced tarumatist experience and were determined as treatment subjects with a total of 227 gains. The results of the posttest calculation showed that there was a reduction in student trauma with an acquisition of as much as 80. Based on the calculation of the O1-O2 difference, a result of 36.75% was obtained on a score of 16-30 with the criterion of "sufficient" which means there was a reduction in students' traumatic experiences after being given treatment and observation data showed that 67% were on the criteria of affecting students' traumatic experiences. Thus, the conclusion of the results of this study is that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy influences reducing students' traumatic experiences.

Mindset Is a way of thinking that is formed from beliefs that affect one's behavior and attitude. Self-concept is a person's view of himself which includes a picture of himself, and the desired personality obtained from the results of experiences and interactions that include physical or psychological aspects. This study aims to determine the influence of Mindset on students' Self-concept. The method used in this study is a quantitative associative method by selecting a sample of 30 grade VIII-D students at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis using the correlation coefficient with the Product Moment formula and calculations using SPSS for windows data processing obtained results of 0.648 and the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square of 42.0%. The influence of variable X (Mindset influence) on variable Y (student self-concept) can be proven from the calculation results obtained from calculations using the t test. The result of the calculation of tcalculate is substituted by the magnitude of the ttable value. Where t_hitung=4.502 does not lie in the interval: 1.701≤t≤1.701, or in other words the value of tcount = 4.502 > 1.701 then declare Ho rejected and accept Ha accepted. So, the hypothesis that reads: "there is a significant influence between Mindset on Self-concept students" is accepted at a significant level of 5%.

The purpose of the study was to determine the positive and significant relationship between self-concept and career planning of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using observation techniques and questionnaires. The data was analyzed by parametric statistical methods i.e., multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sample number is 30 students and sampling is carried out randomly with cluster random sampling technique. Based on data analysis, the results of the t-test analysis are known that there is a positive and significant influence between self-concept variables and career planning variables. With a t-test calculation result of 14.454. While the table is 1.701 at a significant level of 5%, which means that there is a positive influence and significance between a variable of self-concept (X) and a variability of career planning (Y) class XI Fashion Design SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli

Higher education has a very important role in the development of society and the progress of a country. In the higher education environment, the role of lecturers or teachers is crucial in creating a quality learning experience for students. This study aims to examine how human resource management can play a role in improving lecturer performance in higher education. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The results of the study show that regular and continuous evaluation of human resource management strategies is an important stage in adjusting and improving the approach applied. This allows higher education institutions to continue to grow and ensure that their lecturers have maximum support in an effort to provide quality education and improve the institution's reputation

This study aims to determine the influence of BK teachers' personality attitudes on student satisfaction in Guidance and Counseling services held at SMA Negeri 1 GIdo. The research approach is a quantitative approach with an associative type. The sample of this study was class XI.IIS-1 students who had attended guidance and counseling at SMA Negeri 1 Gido totaling 35 students. The data collection tool used in this study was an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the attitude and personality of BK teachers jointly affect student satisfaction in Guidance and Counseling Services. The results of the hypothesis test, known R-Square value 0.474. This means that the attitude and personality of BK teachers affect student satisfaction in guidance and counseling services by 47.4%. This shows that simultaneously the attitude and personality of BK teachers have a significant effect on student satisfaction in guidance and counseling services. So that the more capable the attitude and the more personality of the BK teacher towards students, the higher the satisfaction of students in the Guidance and Counseling Service. The attitude of BK teachers has a positive effect so that the more capable the attitude of BK teachers will increase student satisfaction in Guidance and Counseling Services. The personality of the BK teacher has a positive effect so that the more capable the personality of the BK teacher will increase student satisfaction in the Guidance and Counseling Service

This study aims to determine the effect of the think pair and share model on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk. This study used quantitative research with an experimental research approach with a one group pretes-posttes research design model. The population of this study was all grade IV students at SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk, and the sample of this study was determined by population, namely all grade IV students of SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk, Lubuk Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency, totaling 35 students. Data collection is carried out by tests and documentation with data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests and T tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the average pretest score was 50 and the average posttest score was 71. There is a significant influence of Think Pair and Share (TPS) Model Learning in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Science Subjects. This is evidenced by calculations carried out using the t test showing that the tcount > ttable is (1 < 2.48). This means that there is an influence of the Think Pair and Share (TPS) learning model on student learning outcomes in Class IV science subjects SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk.
