Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of halal labels, brand image, and reference groups on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions on skincare products in the Shopee marketplace, either partially or simultaneously. Using descriptive quantitative methods, with a sample of 100, through a questionnaire and using SPSS 25 to analyze. The results of the research show that: 1) Halal labels have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 34.5%; 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 37.4%; 3) Halal label has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 30.4%; 4) Halal label, brand image, and reference group have an influence on purchasing decisions with an R square value of 55.3%. Halal label, brand images, and reference groups have an impact on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions on skincare products in the Shopee marketplace, either partially or simultaneously. In this case, it means that all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

Wadi'ah in principle is to help the custodian, and the party entrusted with his position as a helping party. Therefore, the nature of wadi'ah is trust. In the book I'anatut Thalibin by Ad Dimyathy it is explained that wadi'ah is: "A contract that aims to protect a property." In carrying out wadi'ah practices, customer funds deposited in Islamic financial institutions are guaranteed safe, and Islamic financial institutions are required to bear all risks that occur in customer funds. Wadi'ah in Islamic financial institutions is not the wadiah described in fiqh books. Wadi'ah that is currently practiced is more relevant to the law of receivables, because the Financial Institutions use customer money in various projects. The existence of the authority to use the goods, own the results and bear the damage or loss is the main difference between wadi'ah and dain (debts). Thus, if these three characters have been embedded in the wadi'ah contract, then in fact and legally this contract turns into a debt and credit contract and not a wadi'ah contract.

Abstract

Debt and receivables of gold replaced with cash is a loan agreement, where the recipient of the loan borrows gold from the lender and the payment benchmark is cash. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice system of gold debt and receivables being replaced with cash and the Islamic economics view of gold being replaced with money. This research design is a qualitative research. The research subjects are the majority of people who are tied to the gold debt case. Methods of collecting data with interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis with qualitative descriptive. Based on the research, it can be stated that in practice gold debt in the Village of Larangan Sorjan, Kec. Klampis Kab. Bangkalan in payment using cash and without being limited to maturity by muqridh, while if viewed from Islamic economic law, it has fulfilled the pillars of debt and receivables and the terms of debt and receivables and in Islam this practice is allowed with predetermined conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the assessment of the soundness of banks at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, PT BTPN, and PT MayBank Syariah using the RGEC method. This research uses descriptive quantitative research that leads to a comparative study. The type of sample used in this study is purposive sampling, the type of judgment sampling is selected using certain considerations that are adjusted to the research objectives or problems developed. The results of calculations using the RGEC method show that PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2016 to 2020 fluctuated, from the predicate very healthy to the predicate healthy and back again to the predicate very healthy. At PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah from 2016 to 2020 fluctuated from predicate healthy to predicate healthy enough and back again to predicate healthy. And at PT Bank BTPN from 2016 to 2020 able to maintain its rating which is very healthy. Whereas at PT MayBank Syariah from 2016 to 2020 fluctuated from very healthy predicate to healthy predicate and back again to the predicate very healthy. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that there is a comparison of the level of health assessment between PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, PT BTPN, and MayBank Syariah with the RGEC method for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the fundraisang strategy and distribution of zakat, infaq, and alms funds at the Amil Zakat Institute Sidogiri Banyuwangi branch and find out what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the fundraisang strategy and distribution of zakat funds. infaq, and alms at the Amil Zakat Institute Sidogiri Banyuwangi branch. This research is in the form of field research with qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The source of research data comes from primary data and secondary data. The data analysis tool uses an interactive analysis model. The results of this study are 1) The fundraising strategy at LAZ Sidogiri Banyuwangi branch is carried out by funding prospective donors. then a withdrawal agreement was made by FO LAZ Sidogiri Banyuwangi branch with donors. The ZIS fund distribution strategy at LAZ Sidogiri Banyuwangi branch follows the branch leadership meeting every year with a consumptive and productive distribution mechanism. 2) The supporting factors of the ZIS fundraisang and distribution strategy at LAZ Sidogiri are communication, and Sidogiri branding. The inhibiting factors are HR, Accountability, and the very heavy policy of Law No.23 of 2011. The conclusion of this study is, LAZ Sidogiri as an institution that serves as an institution that collects and manages zakat, infaq, and alms funds, in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2011 Article 11.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how the implementation of murabahah financing in BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Pesanggaran Banyuwangi Regency. 2) to find out the factors causing the problematic financing of BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Pesanggaran Banyuwangi Regency. 3) to find out the Settlement strategy carried out by BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Pesanggaran in overcoming the problematic financing. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Primary data sources in the form of interviews. Data collection techniques observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive model. The object of this study is the strategy for handling problematic murabahah financing / often known as bad credit in murabahah financing of Islamic financial institutions. Meanwhile, the research subjects were the head of the BMT and two members of the AOP. The results explain that the financing procedures applied in BMT-UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran Head of Banyuwangi Regency on the practice of murabahah financing can be said to have been good, because in its implementation everyone who wants to become a murabahah financing customer at BMT-UGT Nusantara Pesanggaran Head of Banyuwangi Regency, must meet the applicable requirements and procedures, the factors that influence cause financing problems, namely the existence of internal and external factors, the strategy for handling problematic murabahah financing at BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Pesanggaran Banyuwangi Regency uses a rescheduling strategy (re-scheduling), reconditioning (requirements), and the last step if it does not work is the execution step (seizure of collateral). ). The conclusion based on the data above is that the performance of BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Pesanggaran in dealing with problematic murābaḥah financing is in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain the impact of price and social media advertising on Randang Paku Pangkito customers' loyalty in Dharmasraya Regency. Descriptive quantitative study is what we're doing here. The participants in this study are Randang Paku Rangkito consumers. On the Chocran formula was used to determine the number of research samples. A total of 100 individuals were chosen using the purposive sampling method. The information used was gathered by the distribution of questionnaires with predefined questions to Randang Paku Rangkito customers. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21 is the analysis method employed. The study's findings demonstrate that: (1) Instagram social media promotion has a favorable and significant impact on Price has a positive and substantial impact on both consumer loyalty and (2) price has a positive and significant impact on both consumer loyalty and (3) promotion through social media platforms like Instagram.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust, Islamic Service Quality and Islamic Marketing Ethics on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwangi. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study amounted to 240 respondents who are customers of BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwang. Hypothesis testing using the T test or partially shows that trust, Islamic service quality and Islamic marketing ethics have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And through the F test it is known that trust, Islamic service quality and Islamic marketing ethics together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwangi. So from the research that the researchers did, it can be concluded that trust, Islamic service quality and Islamic marketing ethics have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Genteng Banyuwangi either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

If the procedures in the transaction process have not been fulfilled, it will affect the perfection of the transaction. If it is still injured, then there is a legal disability. In the sale and purchase agreement, if the handover cannot be carried out, then the sale and purchase law is invalid, if the handover has not been carried out, then the sale and purchase is not perfect, if the handover method is wrong, then there is a legal defect. Handover in buying and selling in modern times has developments that are far different from the handover that occurred in the past, although the handover method as practiced by people in the past is also still found. In the past, handover in buying and selling was only done manually or handover directly or by yadan bi yadin, whereas in today's online era it is common for handovers to occur via delivery services and payments via transfer to an account. The implementation practice is clearly different, but whether the legal influence has a different effect. This paper discusses the handover of ma'qud alaih and its legal implications and focuses more on the technicalities of payment by transfer.

Abstract

Bitcoin is one of several digital currencies that first appeared in 2008 which was introduced by Satoshi Nakamoto as a currency based on cryptography. Bitcoin is a payment network based on peer-to-peer technology. Peer-to-peer network is a network that acts as a server as well as a client. Every Bitcoin transaction is stored in the database of the Bitcoin network. When a transaction occurs with Bitcoin, buyers and sellers will automatically be recorded in the Bitcoin database network. Bitcoin has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage of Bitcoin is that it is safe because every currency transaction is governed by a cryptography algorithm so that there is no possibility for counterfeiting currency balances. The drawback is that the Bitcoin system is anonymous, making Bitcoin vulnerable to cybercrime, if Bitcoin is lost, you cannot be insured because Bitcoin is not bound by any institution or law. Bitcoin as a means of payment transactions. This is because Bitcoin does not meet several elements and criteria as a valid currency, especially in the principles of Islamic Economics. In the context of digital money, there is no underlying, that is, assets are used as the basis for transactions. In this case, two things can be concluded. First, digital money is not currency. Second, there is an element of ambiguity (Gharar). n this case Bitcoin has no Underlying Assets, prices do not represent Underlying Assets, prices are out of control and the function of this digital currency has developed from being a medium of exchange to an investment commodity.
