This research aims to know the effect of workload and work environment on teacher work stress at SMAN 12 Enrekang. The population in this study were all 20 teachers at SMAN 12 Enrekang. Determining the saturated sample or the entire population is sampled. The method data collection was observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis were reliability, hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and R Square test with using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS version 24). The results of workload variable partially has a relationship with the regression coefficient which has a positive value of 0.587 and has an effect on work stress. This is evidenced by the value of t value (2.794) > t table (1.73961) significant value obtained 0.012 < 0.05. The work environment variable partially affects work stress, which has a negative value of 0.392. This is evidenced the value of t value (2.361) > (1.73961) with a significant obtained (0.030) < (0.05). Simultaneously of two independent variables have a significant effect on work stress. This is evidenced by the value of F value 9.249 > Ftable 3.590 with a significant level of (0.002) < (0.005).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Rumbia Di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan datanya adalah pembagian kuesioner, dengan 20 responden yang merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Camat Rumbia Di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat yaitu Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Koefisien regresi secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 0,956 ttabel sebesar 0,688 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 0,05 artinya Hipotesis Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan (X) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). dalam koefisien determinasi (R Square) 42% sedangkan sisanya 58% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Hal ini mengidentifikasi bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin kuantitatif, merupakan penelitian populasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karywan di Kantor Pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru dengan jumlah 37 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunaan analisis regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan dua metode yaitu uji signifikan dengan menggunakan bantuan olah data Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Satpol PP kabupaten Barru, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pengalaman kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai pada kanttor Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru, variabel pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada variabel pengalaman kerja yang menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada indikator tingkat pengatahuan dan keterampilan, hal tersebut dilihat dari sebagian besar pegawai yang mampu untuk saling menghargai sesama pegawai. Sedangkan pada variabel kinerja pegawai yang menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada indikator kuantitas dan kualitas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pembentukan portofolio optimal dengan menggunakan model Markowitz pada saham sektor basic materials di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham sektor basic materials berdasarkan pembagian IDX IC di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode April 2021 – Maret 2022 yaitu sebanyak 93 saham, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel adalah 71 saham. Analisi data dilakukan dengan tahapan model Markowitz yang dimulai dengan mengupulkan data harga saham per hari selama periode penelitian, menghitung return realisasi, expected return, varian, standar deviasi, kovarian, korelasi, sampai mendapatkan portofolio optimal dengan risiko dan expected returnnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pembentukan portofolio optimal dengan model Markowitz pada perusahaan sektor basic materials periode April 2021-Maret 2022 didapatkan ada 35 saham yang masuk dalam portofolio optimal dengan expected return 0,118% dan risiko 0,56%

The purpose of this study is to test whether the Reward and Punishment variables have an influence on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar. To find out which variable has the most influence on employee motivation. The research was conducted using a survey method, where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Erafone Artha Retaiindo Makassar, the sampling method used is saturated sample. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study show that there is an influence between rewards on employee motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 7.649 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. And the results of testing the hypothesis partially prove the effect of punishment on Employee Motivation. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value is 4.836 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between reward and punishment variables on employee motivation at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Makassar

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang konsumen rumah makan hidayat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, Observasi dan angket. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan (X1) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kosumen. Harga (X2) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kosumen. Serta secara simultan kedua variabel bebas tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Konsumen This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. The number of samples used were 50 consumers of Hidayat restaurants. Data collection was done by using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Study this use Approach descriptive. Population study this is whole passenger’s camp. Sangke Palangga in the harbour crossing Bira-Jampea-Labuan Bajo PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) branch Selayar a total of 14,736 people were taken from 2020 to with 2021 on period the covid-19 pandemic. And samples on study this is 100 people. Technique data collection carried out with share questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used is analysis multiple linear regression with use Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) version 13. The results of study this show that variable proof physical there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable reliability there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable power responsive there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable guarantee there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable empathy there is influence positive and s significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable proof physical, reliability, power response, guarantee and empathy there is influence positive and significant in a manner simultaneous to satisfaction passenger.

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The problem in this study is that the company's production decreases every year due to declining employee performance because there are still employees who neglect the responsibilities given by the company. The benefit of this research is to be taken into consideration by the company in identifying problems so that prevention and solving of these problems can be carried out. The type of research used is quantitative using a simple regression analysis method. The population and sample in this study are all employees at PT. pp. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District Bulukumba Regency which amounted to 40 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. so that it can be concluded that if the provision of incentives is given to employees appropriately, it will make employees more enthusiastic and active at work so that employee performance will also increase.

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of satisfaction and work discipline jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 63 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance, t count > t table where 3.434 > from t table of 1.671. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of t count > t table is where 5.056 > from T table of 1.671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the Makassar City National Land Agency. Therefore, if Satisfaction and Work Discipline are continuously improved, then of course performance will be more optimal.
