Abstract

Amorphous Silicon type solar panels, which had a bad reputation in the past, are now considered very reliable, with several significant advantages over Mono Crystalline and Polycrystalline solar panels. Research on the effectiveness of the capture power of Amorphous Silicon compared to Silicon Crystalline solar panels types is still not much done. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of solar radiation on the capture power of polycrystalline and amorphous solar panels. This research method includes solar panel installation, measurement of solar radiation, measurement of the resulting current and voltage, data analysis, discussion, and conclusions. The independent variables of the study were the resulting current and voltage, and the type of solar panels (Polycrystalline and Amorphous). The dependent variable of this research are actual power and efficiency. The results showed that the greater the solar radiation, the higher the actual power and efficiency produced by the solar panels. Polycrystalline type solar panels are capable of producing higher average actual power and average efficiency, namely 86.83 W and 11.92%, compared to amorphous solar panels, namely 43.88 W and 6.01%. Abstract

Talking about the world of education was certainly not be separated from the facilities and infrastructure that available in schools. So, it can be achieve an optimal and maximum learning process. Educational facilities and infrastructure in a school are very supportive of the development and construction of a superior and quality educational institution. In today's modern era, all educational institutions are competing to complement existing educational facilities and infrastructure in order to support a good and optimal learning process, especially during pandemic Covid-19. Educational institutions or schools as much as possible provide good and quality learning supported by educational facilities or facilities and infrastructure to support learning during the Covid-19 pandemic without reducing the quality of the learning process itself.. This research aims to determine the extent of management of educational facilities or facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process during the Covis-19 pandemic at SMA Plus As-Salaam Bandung. This research was conducted by means of interviews or observations about the implementation of educational facility management in supporting the learning process at SMA Plus As-Salaam which is located at the Cibaduyut canal road, Dayeuh Kolot sub-district, Bandung Regency, West Java. Abstract

- The aim of this study was to know the influence of teachers’ leadership and motivation, to know the learning outcomes on learning social science. This research was quantitative with regression linear. The researchers taken 30 students from class XI IPS (social science) 1 Year 2020/2021 at MA Yahisha Cihampelas Bandung. The result show that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted, namely there is an influence of Teachers' Leadership and Motivation on the Social Science Learning Outcomes of Class XI IPS 1 Students 2020/2021 at MA Yahisha Cihampelas Bandung. With a high level of significance. In other words, Teachers' Leadership and motivation can be used as a method to improve student learning outcomes, in this case, Social Science lessons in the teaching and learning process. Abstract

The article was to analyze the effect of teaching style and teacher’s creativity for improving the student’s achievement at Christian Vocational School of Tagari Rantepao. This research was quantitative with an expost facto research. The sample was 94 teachers at Christian Vocational High School of Tagari Rantepao. Data obtained through research instruments by questionnaires which given directly. An analyzing data was correlation and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application version 25. The result showed that, teaching style has significant effect on student’s achievement at Christian Vocational School of Tagari Rantepao. It can be seen from the result of data analysis where the tvalue 4,699 > ttable 2,000. The significant effect of teaching style on student’s achievement as 68,1%. Moreover, multiple linear regression analysis showed that teacher’s creativity also has significant effect on student’s achievement at Christian Vocational School of Tagari. It can be proved from the result of data analysis where the tvalue 3,051 > ttable 2,000. The significant effect of teacher’s creativity on student’s achievement as 37,2%. Teaching style (X1) and teacher’s creativity (X2) can explain student’s achievement. The result of data analysis also showed that Fcount 41,34 > Ftable 3,15. The determination coefficient as 0,579 means 57,9% the effect of teaching style and teacher’s creativity on student’s achievement at Christian Vocational School of Tagari Rantepao. Abstract

This article was to analyze the effect of teacher competence on students’ development character at SMA Kristen Barana, to analyze the effect of teachers’ emotional intelligence on the students’ development character at SMA Kristen Barana and to analyze the effect of teacher competence and teachers 'emotional intelligence simultaneously on students’ development character at SMA Kristen Barana. The researchers used quantitative method in the form of multiple regression. The data were obtained through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of teacher's competence testing on student character development, it was known that there was a significant effect of teacher's competence on students’ development character as indicated by the results of the t test where tcount = 5.857 was greater than ttable = 2.040. Based on the results of testing the teacher's emotional intelligence on students development character, it was known that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on students development character as indicated by the results of the t test where tcount= 3.920 was greater than ttable = 2.040. The results of multiple regression analysis show that there was an effect of teacher's competence and teacher's emotional intelligence on students’ development character at SMA Kristen Barana. It can be seen from the results of data analysis where Fcount > Ftable, Fcount is 17.860 and Ftable was 3.30. The coefficient of determination was 0.535, meaning that 53.5% of the teachers’ competence and teachers emotional intelligence variables together have an effect on the student development character variables.
