Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rendemen finir kayu sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) dan kayu jabon (Anthocephalus chinensis) dari hutan tanaman rakyat yang digunakan dalam proses pengolahan kayu lapis, pada bagian pengupasan log (rotary) di industri kayu lapis PT. Surya Satrya Timur Banjarmasin.Data yang diambil dari hasil pengukuran, perhitungan dan pengamatan langsung pada objek penelitian, yang meliputi diameter log, volume log dan ketebalan finir. Jumlah sampel untuk masing – masing jenis log 30 sampel dengan ketebalan finir 2,7 mm, sehingga jumlah sampel seluruhnya 60 sampel dan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi eksponensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata rendemen jabon lebih tinggi 47,17% daripada rata-rata rendemen jabon 42.83%.Analisis regresi eksponensial kayu sengon dan kayu jabon sama-sama tidak linier antara diameter mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya rendemen, hal ini di karenakan pengaruh diameter hanya sebesar 46% sampai 47,1% terhadap rendemen, dan 52,9% dipengaruhi hal lain, seperti keadaan fisik log dan sifat fisinya berupa (kadar air, kerapatan, berat jenis dan lain-lain).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency percentage of production machinery in wood carpet industry at Sarikaya Sega Utama Company. Primary data collection obtained by observation about the stage of production flow from the production machine work and a short interview to the company employees on the production process whereas, secondary data is obtained by studying the study of libraries from several related references. The research Data uses the OEE method analysis (Overal Equipment Effectiveness) and is analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and graph calculations. The results of the study showed that the use of machines in Sarikaya Sega Utama Company has not fulfilled the effective standard value, the highest value only obtained at 45,83% in several stages such as panel splitter and molder machine. As for the side cutting machine get a value of 25,00% whereas, the lowest value is on the sandingmachine, spray color and spray varnish is 12,50%. While the value of efficiency also has not reached from the standard values. The efficient value of the panel cleat is 47,16% and molder machine 47,02%. As for Hot Press machine 25,00% and side cut machine 25,15% whereas, the smallest efficiency value of sanding machine, spray color and spray varnish is 12,50%Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis presentase efektivitas dan efisiensi mesin produksi pada industri wood carpet di PT Sarikaya Sega Utama. Pengumpulan data primer didapatkan dengan cara observasi mengenai tahapan alur produksi dari kerja mesin produksi dan wawancara singkat terhadap karyawan perusahaan mengenai proses produksi sedangkan, data sekunder diperoleh dengan mempelajari studi pustaka dari beberapa referensi terkait. Data penelitian menggunakan analisis metode OEE (Overal equipment effectiveness) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif berupa tabel dan grafik perhitungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penggunaan mesin di PT Sarikaya Sega Utama belum memenuhi nilai standar efektif, nilai tertinggi hanya didapat pada angka 45,83% pada beberapa tahap seperti mesin pembelah panel dan molder. Adapun untuk mesin potong sisi mendapatkan nilai 25,00% sedangkan, nilai terendah berada pada mesin sanding, spray warna dan spray pernis yaitu 12,50%. Sementara nilai efisiensi juga belum mencapai dari nilai standar. Nilai efisien dari mesin pembelah panel yaitu 47,16% dan mesin molder 47,02%. Adapun untuk mesin hot press 25,00% dan mesin potong sisi 25,15% sedangkan, nilai efisiensi terkecil dari mesin sanding, spray warna dan spray pernis yaitu 12,50%

Abstract

Farmers have been  practicing traditional agroforestry for a long time. One of the agroforestry managers in dukuh is located in Pengaron Sub-district, South Kalimantan, which is a combination of fruit plants and empon-empon plants called dukuh. The study aims to analyze performance based on aspects of productivity, sustainability, fairness and efficiency. The benefits of providing information and input to be taken into consideration by forest management agencies and local governments in conducting dukuh development. The results of the Performance Study showed that Kertak Empat Village and Ati'im Village were very good with scores of 303 in Kertak Empat Village and 283 in Ati'im Village. Dukuh performance scores in the Kertak Empat Village are higher because the efforts made by Ati'im Village are still more intensive than the Kertak Empat dukuh, however the performance of the dukuh is equally good.Keywords: agroforestry, dukuh, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the inauguration of a mountain hill protected forest area and identify land cover in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The results of the study showed that the area of the protected mountainside of the panti hill had changed because at the time of the implementation of the boundary arrangement in the field there were rights of third parties in the form of settlements so that the area was excluded from the area. The attitude of the community around the forest area agrees and welcomes the existence of protected forest areas. Closure of land in the form of dry land agriculture mixed with bushes, plantations, oil palm, shrubs and rubber.Keywords: Boundaries; forest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat dan faktor penyebab perubahan penutupan lahan berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan di Kecamatan Aranio di dalam TAHURA Sultan Adam. Manfaat dari penelitian diharapkan menjadi informasi kepada masyarakat dan instansi terkait tentang penyebab perubahan penutupan lahan. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dengan purposive sampling sebesar 10% dari jumlah Kepala Keluarga (KK). Analisa data menggunakan metode chi aquare dengan metode pengolahan data adalah GIS dan Tabel. Hasil penelitian dibuat secara tabulasi, berdasarkan pembagian tingkat pendidikan dan faktor penyebab perubahan lahan untuk responden dengan tingkat pendidikan SD 37,17%, faktor bencana alam dan 21,79%, lapangan pekerjaan sebagai penyebab perubahan perubahan penutupan lahan. Namun secara statistik, pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap faktor penyebab perubahan penutupan lahan tidak signifikan, dimana nilai X2 hitung yaitu 5.26 lebih rendah dibandingkan nilai tabel yaitu 21.03. Sedangkan hasil analisa perubahan lahan dengan software GIS terdapat perubahan lahan. Perubahan lahan areal berhutan cenderung bertambah luas, hal ini terjadinya perbedaan karena responden hanya melihat perubahan disekitar desa mereka, hasil analisa GIS dapat meliputi areal seluruh Kecamatan Aranio.

Abstract

Land cover can affect the physical properties of soil related to the pace, volume and capacity of infiltration on a land. The purpose of this research is to know the pace of infiltration and to analyze the large capacity and volume of infiltration on several different land cover in Sub DAS Bati-Bati DAS Maluka. Data collection required is primary data and secondary data. The research method is purposive sampling means the retrieval of infiltration data, laying of infiltrometer tools and soil sampling with the ring samples in the area that can be considered to represent all areas research. The pace of infiltration will be faster on land cover which is overgrown by vegetation such as plantation than only land cover of reeds and shrub. The highest infiltration pace is at a plantation of 84.86 mm, while the lowest in the reeds land cover is 74.67 mm. The infiltration pace is influenced by the physical properties of the soil, when the physical properties of the soil will also increase the infiltration pace. The infiltration capacity is directly proportional to the volume of infiltration, the highest value is on the land cover of the shrub with an average infiltration capacity of 198.1 mm/hr and volume infiltration 125.17 mm3. Lowest value in reeds land cover with average infiltration capacity of 157.58 mm/hr and volume infiltration 114.69 mm3. At Plantation land cover the average value of infiltration capacity is 185.88 mm/hr and the volume of infiltration is 121.58 mm3Tutupan lahan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap sifat fisik tanah yang berhubungan dengan laju, kapasitas dan volume infiltrasi pada suatu lahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui laju infiltrasi serta menganalisis besar volume dan kapasitas infiltrasi pada beberapa tutupan lahan yang berbeda di Sub DAS Bati-Bati DAS Maluka. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling artinya pengambilan data infiltrasi, peletakan alat infiltrometer dan pengambilan sampel tanah dengan ring sample diarea yang dianggap dapat mewakili seluruh areal yang diteliti. Laju infiltrasi akan semakin cepat pada tutupan lahan yang banyak ditumbuhi oleh vegetasi seperti perkebunan daripada hanya tutupan lahan alang-alang dan semak belukar. Laju infiltrasi paling tinggi ialah pada perkebunan sebesar 84,86 mm, sedangkan paling rendah pada tutupan lahan alang-alang sebesar 74,67 mm. Laju infiltrasi dipengaruhi oleh sifat fisik tanah, saat sifat fisik tanah bagus maka laju infiltrasi juga semakin meningkat. Kapasitas infiltrasi berbanding lurus dengan volume infiltrasi, nilai tertinggi ialah pada tutupan lahan semak belukar dengan rata-rata kapasitas infiltrasi 198,1 mm/jam dan volume infiltrasi 125,17 mm3. Nilai terendah pada tutupan lahan alang-alang dengan rata-rata kapasitas infiltrasi 157,58 mm/jam dan volume infiltrasi 114,69 mm3. Pada tutupan lahan perkebunan nilai rata-rata kapasitas infiltrasi ialah 185,88 mm/jam dan volume infiltrasi sebesar 121,58 mm3.

Abstract

Felling is an activity for harvesting trees that has met the proper criteria for felling in a forest area. The harvesting of wood was the first step of a logging activity beginning with an activity done to cut wood the stump is efficient and safe. The objective of this study is to establish the amount of time needed in logging and knowing of productivity and performance in the logging activity to flat tophography and italic tophography. The benefits of this study are to be able to provide the company with information and to take into consideration the policy of logging activities in industrial plant forests. The research method used is the mathematical analysis method by means of adding up all work time components carried out during group logging activities according to flat tophography and italic tophography by using productivity and work performance formulas. The result of this study shows that the average amount of time required for acacia felling (acacia mangium) in topography was 0,04 trees/hours or 2,17 minutes/trees. Topography 25% tilted by 0,06 trees/hours or 3,49 minutes/trees and effective working time that is a flat topography of 2,06 hours with a percentage of working time 90,71 % and worktime ineffective by 9,29 percent.  Tilted topography measures 3,32 hours with a total worktime effective 91,31 % and worktime ineffective by 8,69 %. The highest productivity is that 3,57 m3/hours and flat tophography by 1,75 m3/hours. Highest performance of labor is 130,52 m3/hours in flat topography and obliging topography 119 m3/hours. Should be able to monitor chain saws regularly to maximize work time in logging. Keyword: Logging; time logging; productivity work; job performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop creativity in making Minatur Papuan traditional houses (Honai and Kariwari) and to analyze economically if these products are made into the home industry. The materials used in making miniature traditional houses mostly come from the surrounding environment and the costs incurred for making them are cheap. These materials include bamboo, used plywood, used biscuit cans, dried banana leaves, galam tree bark and grass grass. The tools used also have a relatively long service life depending on the quality of the goods and the cost of shrinkage is small. The difference between these two miniatures can be seen in the pictures of each of these miniature houses. This miniature honai is round, the roof is conical. This honai house is located in the Beliem valley. Kariwari is the home of the repentance tribe located on the coast of Yotefa Bay and Lake Sentani Jayapura. This Kariwari house is in the form of an octagonal linmas, the Kariwari traditional house is above sea water. Kariwari houses are for both men and women. The traditional house of the tobati tribe Kariwari is one of the houses that has become the symbol of the Persipura Jayapura logo. Utilization of the waste cycle can be marketed by creating the value of an item that was not previously valuable into a valuable item. The development of creativity in making miniature Papuan traditional houses (honai and Kariwari) will increase people's income if these products are made into home industries.Keywords: Papua; Traditional House; Waste

Abstract

ABSTRACT.  This  study  aims  to  determine  the  productivity  and contribution  of woven  purun (Lepironia articulatta Domin) to the income of the community. The method used by observation in central woven craft purun and interview method based on questionnaires on the respondents woven craftsmen purun respondents taken 100% of the number of craftsmen made crafts there are two that is woven mat mats and respondents craftsman mat woven there are 8 people and craftsman woven hat 14 person. Productivity of mats ranges from 0.085 pieces / hour, to 0.101 pieces per hour. The highest productivity of  the respondents was 0.101  fruit/hour,  the  lowest was 0.085 fruit/hour. The productivity of hat making ranges from 1,035 pieces / hour, to 1,364 pieces/hour.  The  highest  productivity  of  Fajarianti  1,364  respondents/hour,  the  lowest  of Asniah 1,035 respondents per hour. Net income making mats ranging from IDR 2,300,000.00 to IDR 2,863,500.00.  The  highest  income  of  respondents  Marsiah  IDR 2.863.500,00  per  year lowest  respondents Dariah IDR 2.300.000,00 per year. Net  income of hat making ranges  from IDR2.180.854,00  to  IDR 3,512,760.00.  The  highest  income respondents  Fajarianti  IDR 3.512.760,00  per  year, the lowest income respondents Salamiah IDR 2,180,354.00 per year.  The contribution of woven mats decreased an average of 30.30%. The highest respondent Laila Hastuti is 36.28%, the lowest respondent  is Arniah 26.44%, the average contribution of the hat is 30.01%. Highest respondent Aisyah is 45.37%, the lowest responder Salamiah is 18.51%  Keywords: purun; productivity; income  ABSTRAK. Metode yang digunakan  observasi  di  sentral  kerajinan  anyaman  purun  dan  metode  wawancara  berdasar kuesioner  pada  responden  pengrajin  anyaman  purun  responden  diambil  100%  dari  jumlah pengrajin jenis kerajinan yang dibuat ada dua yaitu kerajinan anyaman tikar dan topi responden pengrajin  anyaman  tikar  ada  8  orang  dan  pengrajin  anyaman  topi  14  orang.  Produktivitas pembuatan tikar berkisar antara 0,085 buah/jam, sampai 0,101 buah/jam. Produktivitas tertinggi responden Arniah 0,101 buah/jam,  terendah Dariah 0,085 buah/jam. Produktivitas pembuatan topi  berkisar  1,035  buah/jam,  sampai  1,364  buah/jam.  Produktivitas  tertinggi  responden Fajarianti  1,364  buah/jam,  terendah  Responden  Asniah  1,035  buah/jam.  Pendapatan  bersih pembuatan  tikar  berkisar  antara  Rp.2.300.000,00  sampai  Rp.2.863.500,00.  Pendapatan tertinggi  responden  Marsiah  Rp.2.863.500,00  pertahun  terendah  responden Dariah  Rp.2.300.000,00  pertahun.  Pendapatan  bersih  pembuatan  topi  berkisar  antara  Rp  2.180.854,00 sampai  Rp.  3.512.760,00.  Pendapatan  tertinggi  responden  Fajarianti  Rp.  3.512.760,00 pertahun,  pendapatan  terendah  responden  Salamiah  Rp.  2.180.354,00  pertahun.  Kontribusi anyaman  tikar  purun  rata-rata  30,30%.  Tertinggi  responden  Laila  Hastuti  sebesar  36,28%, terendah responden Arniah 26,44%, kontribusi topi purun rata-rata 30,01%.Tertinggi responden Aisyah sebesar 45,37% , terendah  responden Salamiah sebesar 18,51%.  Kata kunci : purun; produktivitas; pendapatan

Abstract

Sengon laut (paraserianthes falcataria) is a type of dry land plant and began to be introduced in wetland area, therefore it is necessary to examine the development of its growth. The aim of this study was to evaluation of growth sengon laut at planted in swamp soil. the study method used a completely randomized design  with 3 treatments based on water level (TMA) of the mounds namely (TMA = 30 cm; TMA 50 cm and TMA = 65 cm) and replication of 80, so that the total plant is 240 plants. Measurement of growth on plant height and diameter, analysis of data using variance analysis with Sigmaplot version 12. Observations show that treatment with differences in water level to high growth and the diameter difference was very significant (P <0.001). The results of the real difference test showed that the treatment with a water level 30 cm deep gave the best growth in height and diameter. The higher the ridges, the better the growth of sengon laut plantsSengon laut (paraserianthes falcataria) merupakan jenis tanaman lahan kering dan mulai di introduce kan pada areal lahan basah, oleh karena itu perlu untuk diteliti mengenai perkembangan pertumbuhannya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan tanaman sengon laut yang ditanam pada tanah rawa, penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan sebanyak 3 perlakuan berdasarkan tinggi muka air (TMA) terhadap guludan yaitu (TMA=30 cm; TMA 50 cm dan TMA=65 cm) dan ulangan sebanyak 80 sehingga total tanaman sebnayak 240 tanaman, pengukuran pertumbuhan terhadap tinggi dan diameter tanaman, analisis data menggunakan analisis varian dengan bantuan program Sigmaplot versi 12. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan perbedaan tinggi muka air terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi dan diameter perbedaan yang sangat signifikan ( P < 0,001). Hasil uji beda nyata menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan tinggi muka air sedalam 30 cm memberikan pertumbuhan tinggi dan diameter terbaik.
