Abstract

The reaserch Regional Govermance Budget Analysis or (APBD) inKutai Kartanegara Regencyused data series Regional Govermance Revised Budget Analysis or (APBD-P) during 2010 until 2014. APBD-P was chosen becauseit has better accuracy prediction than the Regional Govermance Budget aproach or (APBD). The methods used descriptive analysis of APBD-P ratio. The results of RevenuesAnalysis showed that fiscal space conditions was diminishing,it’s mean flexibility of Kutai Kartanegara Regency to spending on activities priority was decreases. On the Government ExpendituresAnalysis, showed the Personnel Expenditure had increasing trend, especially since the Additional Income SupportPolicy (Kebijakan Tunjangan Tambahan Penghasilan) was appliedin2011. On the Financing analysis, deficit spending from many yearswas increasing although it’scovered byUnspent Funds At End Of Fiscal Years (Sisa Lebih Penggunaan Anggaran/SiLPA), it shows the weakness of the planning and implementation.Keywords: APBD, fiscal space, Personnel Expenditure

Abstract

This study was the result of the development of the research model based on the result of scientific exploration through literature review and observations on the object of research. A series of observations carried out on the object of research which is dealer companies CV. Semoga Jaya Branch Tenggarong who have employee turnover level, which reached presentations 58.33% in one year period, but the focus that made this research is on the aspect of intention or a tendency of employees to leave the company (turnover intention). To measure the symptoms above data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with organizational commitment independent variable(X1) and job satisfaction (X2). The results of such research is not discover the simultan relationships among variables with the calculated F value 0.058 and the value of F table 3,23. The next hypothesis is to identify the relationship partially through t test obtained the same results with no evidence of the hypothesis that by obtaining t value of 0.186 for the variable of organizational commitment (X1), and job satisfaction (X2) of -340. Then to regression equation generated through this research is Y = 3.378 + 0,028X1 - 0,076X2Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, turnover intention

Abstract

The present study aims to determine the influence of motivation and personality on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong and to determine and assess the most dominant variable effect on the OCB. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong the target population was teachers who works in SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong. The sample used for this study were 52 respondents to the techniques of data collection using questionnaires.Based on the results of research and data analysis, test the first hypothesis which states motivational effect on organizational citizenship behavior, acceptable. This is evidenced by the t value ? t table (2., 760 ? 2.008). Then the second hypothetical test that says personality affects organizational citizenship behavior is acceptable as evidenced by the t value ? t table (3.723 ? 2.008). As for the third hypothesis which stated motivation most dominant influence on OCB rejected. It is based on the calculation of correlations where the coefficients personality is 0.494 or 49.4% and the coefficient of motivation is 0.400 or 40% so that it can be explained that the most influential personalities of the Organizational citizenship behavior dominant.Keywords : Motivation, Personality dan Organizational Citizenhsip Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

The manufacture industry is one of the industries that produce springbad, furniture and its elements. The number of competitors with their product differentiation as well as the government policy to be the cause of this rivalry. PT. Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur is one of the companies that compete in this industry, so companies should create a strategy to win the competition in the market. The method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques with a purposive sample. This study aimed to analyze the competitive environment and the industry's best options strategies on PT. Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur using Generic Strategy from Michael E. Abstract

The main objective of this study was to find out what is the optimum amount of production to generate maximum profit contribution for the products produced by Ridho Utama glass and Aluminum shop in Tenggarong. A series of observations carried out on the object of research is  Ridho Utama glass and Aluminum shop in Tenggarong where the company is going to take maximum advantage of two combinations of product that the product stove door (A3) and the product of the wardrobe (A8) with the respective number of optimal production was 7, 1883 or rounded up to 7 units and 33.215 or rounded to 33 units to generate the maximum profit of Rp 65,314,580, - or with rounded figure was Rp 64.750.000, for the glass installation-time or process 3 (S3) and mounting rubber or poccess 4 (S4) respectively still leave time for 590.1001 minutes it indicates that the company can save time on the 3 and 4 respectively during 590.1001 minutes or can be totaled 1180.2002 or 19,67 hours for 3 months. Another case for products that have the status of non basic or value equal to 0 (zero) it means that other product is better not manufactured by the company because it does not produce the maximum profit. Abstract

The main issue in improving the quality of higer education is increased competence, professionalism of educators and eduational staff to achieve the vision and mission of university through educational qualification standards, increased competence and professionalism. So universities are required to improve the quality of education that is able to produce excellent graduates in integrating the sciences with the value of ketagwaan, based on the implementation of education in harmony with incentives good Univercity Governance, integrated with personality coaching and academic network development, expected to improve the quality of managerial and university governance based on accountability, transparancy and efficiency with the framework of improving the quality of education that contribute to the development of national  educattion and the realization of a hight competetive nation. The university of Kutai Kartanegara administration process related to the studens and the problems related to the administratative staff is study in this reseach. This reseach is intended to answer the problem ; first the level of student satisfaction to the university servics in terms of services expeywordienced with the expected service in accordance with the indicators of service quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the influence Store Atmosphere, Location Stores and diversity of products on Consumer Purchase Decision Eramart and determine which variables are the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions Eramart Timbau In Tenggarong.In data analysis, data analysis tools are used in accordance with the object of research to determine the amount of the Purchase Decision on Eramart is the model of multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 41 people. Based on the research results presented a summary as follows: 1.) From the calculation of F test shows that together X1, X2, X3 influence on purchase decisions (Y) as shown by F test (F test) amounted to 14.570 while F table at 4.078 then (F test) = 14.570> F table = 2.838 , then the hypothesis put forward unacceptable. To determine the suitability / accuracy of variable X to variable Y obtained R = 0.522 and determination coefficient R2 = 0.272, this figure shows the relationship was of variable X to variable Y. 2.) Store Atmosphere, Location Stores and diversity of products in simultants significantly influence purchase decisions on Eramart Timbau In Tenggarong, is evidenced by (F test) amounted to 14.570 larger than F table at 2.838. From the results of correlation can be seen that the variable Store Atmosphere partially no dominant influence on purchase decisions this is evidenced by t test -0.253 <t table 1,687. It can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study that the "Store atmosphere dominant influence on purchase decisions on Eramart Timbau In Tenggarong" rejected and not truth.Keywords: Effect of Store Atmosphere, Store Location, product diversity AndConsumer Purchase

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the interaction of socio economic characteristics in influencing patterns of food consumption by the typology of the area (rural and urban) and educational level of household head how the response changes in food consumption of households as a result of changes in prices and income (elasticity) that occurred in East Kalimantan Province.The analytical method used is descriptive and econometric analysis uses data Susenas 2015 with Linear Approximation of Almost Ideal Demand System models (LA / AIDS) were estimated by the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) through the procedure of Generalized Least Square (GLS). The author conducted data aggregation to overcome bias selectivity using instrumental variables to address the simultanity bias price, quality effect and quantity premium. It also conducted a restriction symmetry, homogenity and adding-up in order to function in accordance with the theory of demand.In general, commodity prices have a significant effect on the level of consumption of commodity groups, although there are some variables that are not significant. Revenues proxy for general expenses are all significantly influence the level of consumption of food commodity groups. Generally, socio economic characteristics influence significantly affect the level of consumption, although there are some that are not significant. In general, the age of  household head and the number of families does not significantly influence the level of household consumption. All commodity groups in general are normal goods and almost all commodity groups included in the category of necessities goods, except food groups of vegetables / fruits and cigarette groups are considered as luxury goods.Keywords: LA-AIDS,  Elasticity, Rural, Urban, Socio Economic Characteristic

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the influence of sense (senses), feel (feeling), think (way of thinking), act (habits) and relate (linkage) on customer loyalty in Raja Pisjo restaurant in Tenggarong. This study used quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. Number samples are 75 people with the retrieval method by means of random sampling. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F and t test. The results of test calculations obtained F count F is 44.295 while the value of F table obtained a value of 2.21, it can be said that the variable sense (senses), feel (feeling), think (way of thinking), act (habits) and relate (affinity) jointly able to show its effect on customer loyalty in raja pisjo restaurant in Tenggarong.Based on correlation tables show that variables relate (linkage) has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty in Raja Pisjo Restaurant in Tenggarong namely at 56.3% followed by the variable act (habit) of 50.7%, the variable feel (feeling) 43.7%, variable think (thinking) of 36.6% and a variable sense (senses) by 21.4%, so that the second hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty
