Abstract

The Research analysis of public savings on Rural Banks Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in East Kalimantan Region After The Guaranted Gevernment by The Bank Indonesia, to find out the effect of fundamental factors bank as measured using the CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning  and  Liquidity)  ratio to changes the amount of deposits and interest rates in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kalimantan Timur Region. CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning  and  Liquidity)  ratios consists of capital as measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), asset quality as measured by Non Performing Loan(NPL), management quality as measured by Non-interest Expenditures to Total Assets (NIETA), earnings as measured by Return on Assets(ROA), liquidity as measured by Cash to Assets(CTA). Research conducted in Kalimantan Timur Region  is also used to find out if there are differences in the behavior of market discipline at the time of a full guarantee, IDR100 million guarantee, and IDR 2 billion guarantee. The results showed while guaranteeing full there was no fundamental factors influential to changes in bank deposits and interest rates, The Nominal Deposit Guarantee by Bank Indonesia and CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning  and  Liquidity)  condition have an impact on the movement of public savings while the granting of IDR.100 million CAR(Capital Adequacy Ratio) and  CTA (Cash to Assets) have significant positive effect to changes deposits and significant negatife to interest rates, and than NIETA (Non-interest Expenditures to Total Assets) , has significant negative to changes deposits and significant positive to interest rates, IDR 2 billion guarantee CAR(Capital Adequacy Ratio)  and  ROA (Return On Assets) have positive effect to changes in deposits and significant negative to interest rates. Market discipline occurs at the time of the granting of IDR.2 billion  and is increasing at the moment of granting decrase to IDR.100 million , indicated by number of variables that has a significant effect to changes in deposit and interest rate. whereas when full guarantee market discipline does not occur.Keywords:Deposit guarantee, Interest rate, CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning  and  Liquidity), Deposits

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the elements of consumer behavior that is the attractiveness of advertising and the power of celebrity endorser which has a significant effect on brand image of Oppo brand handphone in Station Game Tenggarong Shop.From the analysis results can be obtained R Square correlation value of 0.148 or 14.8% which means that of the value of the variable contribution of advertising and celebrity endorser is weak.Influence celebrity endorser consisting of celebrity personality, famous and charisma effect on brand image, this can be seen from the value of t count variable of ad day attracted by 0,287 smaller than t table equal to 2,021 at 5% significant level, it is stated that hypothesis Which states the variable celebrity endorser significantly affect the brand image is rejected.Discussion of the first hypothesis of the proposal is the variable X2 ad attractiveness with interesting indicators, easy to remember and creative effect on brand image, it can be seen from the value of t arithmetic variable day draw advertising is 3.053 lebh large from 2.021 at 5% significant level, This states that the hypothesis that the variable of advertising attractiveness significantly affect the brand image is accepted. Keywords : Brand Image, Consumer behaviour,Advertising

Abstract:one of the businesses in Tenggarong is the Sinar Kumala Electronic, which is engaged in the sale of electronic goods such as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners and others. As for the items contained in the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop originating from the city of Samarinda, Surabaya and Jakarta.Data analysis tool that used to find out the cost of goods sold at the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop in Tenggarong by using inventory and sales data as well as repurchase of goods made. Abstract

Abstract :The aim of this research is to know whether Pshycal Evidance and Life Style Influence Simultaneously on Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong, to know whether Pshycal Evidance And Lifestyle Affects Partially To Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong and to know from both variables, which is the most dominant influence Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong. In the data analysis, in accordance with the object of research to determine the magnitude of the influence of Pshycal Evidance And Lifestyle to customer loyalty is with the model of multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. Result of calculation of test of F (simultaneous correlation / together), obtained F count bigger than F table (Fhitung 25,227> Ftabel 3,13), so it can be said physical evidence variable and lifestyle simultaneously (able to show its effect on customer loyalty. Then the first hypothesis that "the variable of physical evidence and lifestyle have influence simultaneously to customer loyalty at Chanel Distro In Tenggarong" accepted and proven correctness. From both result of partial correlation test seen physical physics variable value which is bigger than its influence of lifestyle variable, so variable physical evidences is the most dominant variable influence to customer loyalty. From the description, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis in this study "That the physical evidence variable has a dominant influence on customer loyalty in Chanel Distro In Tenggarong" received and proven true. Keywords: Physical Evidence, Lifestyle, Loyalty

Abstract:The problem of that the researchers observed at BAKPI University of Kutai Kartanegara was still pretty much a look of discontent of students will be given during this service both in terms of the problem of the Ministry administration and procedures procedures service at BAKPI as a complaint against the procedure that is convoluted, the absence of a settlement period of certainty, the requirement that the lack of transparency, and the attitude of staff BAKPI less responsive.From the discussion at length on the subject of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara requirements are in less good and less satisfying students. Visible results of IKM 60.71 value which means the quality of service the Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara overall less nice. Of the eight indicators that there are five indicators that still need to be improved terms of service, i.e. the time of service, managing information, managing behavior and the handling of the complaints advice to get good value for less, whereas the rest get aced i.e. procedure of service, type of product and service competence of implementors.So the hypothesis put forward in the previous chapters, namely "that the level of satisfaction of students against the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara was still below expectations". proven accepted. Keywords: Student Satisfaction

Abstract:            In the District of Kutai Kartanegara sector of business that has great potential to be harnessed, that is the traditional musical instrument crafts "Ardi Laras". This is a very great opportunity attempts, because we know the Kutai Kartanegara region has a very high art culture among others dances, music, theatre, Kroncong music community they need roads and musical instruments. The purpose of this research is to find the location of the position of Traditional musical instrument Crafts quadrant ' Ardi Laras ', and CSF analysis to find out the factors of traditional musical instrument crafts victories.Based on the results of the research of the development strategy of SWOT analysis has been performed on the Traditional musical instrument Crafts ' Ardi Laras ' position matrix on the strategy of aggressive on quadrant i. Then a strategy can be done that is to put forward the values of tradition, partnering with agencies and schools so that will add to the number of musical instrument production, improve product quality, and more enterprising introduce products.Further on the results of the analysis of the CSF (Crtical Success Factor) benchmark the success of Traditional musical instrument Crafts ' Ardi Laras’ is a.    Product safety of instrument design that made such timber should pay attention to the smooth so as not to injure the hand as well as the installation of a neat nails and other supporting materials.  b.    For durability of a product that must be considered is the raw material used must be strong and not easily broken when used. c.     The similarity of price with the quality of the product provided it means Crafting Traditional Instruments ' Ardi Laras' more attention to comfort, security, durability, and design the product so that the price offered did not disappoint the consumer.Keywords: traditional music instruments, strategies, SWOT, CSF.

Abstract:Human resources which are needed is cost factor due to central to providing services in an organization .Any methods and its aims the organization was created based on the range of vision for the benefit of man and in the implementation of the mission is managed by human beings .Be a man of the main factor of a strategic part of all activities of the organization .The purpose of this research is to know the deployment of an officer at offices of head of subdistricts sebulu in Kutai Kartanegara regency. Then the kind of research that is used is identification descriptive of by the use of of a quantitative approach where is trying in giving a snapshot of the outline or explanation of the an accurate assessment of the areas that can be analyzed in terms of interprestasy and a detailed explanation of existing data shows that in an unsystematic manner based on obyektivitas which appeared to be or as they always have so as to give a picture in on totally objective criteria about the actual state of things of an object that is analyzed in terms of .The results of the study viewed from the side of dimensions expertise be on a level either by the percentage 78,05% and the average score 3.90 dimensions skills are on a level either by the percentage 63,03% and the average score 62,59% dimensions the level of education be on a level either by the percentage 72,22% the average score 3,61 dimensions physically be on a level either by the percentage 62,34% and the average score 3,12 and dimension experience of being on a level either by the percentage 76,22% and the average score 3,81.All are at intervals class good. Keywords: Analysis of Employee Placement

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know whether there is a significant influence of cash turnover anda receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) and to analyze the dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong. The data used in this research is the financial report Employee Cooperation PDAM Tirta Mahakam namely profit and loss and balance sheet 2012-2016 period. Analyzer used is multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and coefficient of determination, t test and test f. The hypothesis is There is influence of cash turnover and receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Saving and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong and Variable receivable turnover have the ost dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Savings and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong.The result of research shows that simultaneously cash turnover variabels and receivableturnover no effect on SHU on unit business saving and loan Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong where the value of F arithmetic = 5,386 < F table = 19,000. The value of t test receivable turnover (X2) is 0,182 when compared with the test value of t cash turnover (X1) 0f 3,207 then cash turnover has an dominant influence on the rest of of business result.The number of R Square generated is 0,843, it shows that 84,3% of the remaining business result is influenced by cash turnover and receivable turnover. While the remaining 15,7% influenced by other factors or other variables beyond this study. Keyword: cash turnover, account receivable turnover, rest of business result

Abstract

Abstract :The main objective of this research is to find out if any kind of timber production in Wood Carving Studio has reached the maximum profit. A series of observations carried out on the object of research, namely Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong in which Companies will get the maximum benefit from the product combination product i.e. 2 Ventilation (X 2) with the number of optimal production by as much as 100 units and Nameplate (X 3) and the number of optimal production by as much as 75 units. Maximum benefits will achieved Rp 16,525,000,-. For the cost of ulin wood or slack 1 (S1) and the cost of paint or slack 3 (S3) each still costs as much as Rp meyisakan,-2.5 million and Rp 75,000,-this indicates that companies can save costs on slack slack 1 and 3 respectively as much as Rp 2.5 million, -and Idr 75,000,-or can aggregate to Rp 2,575,000,-for 3 months. Unlike for products that have the status of non basic or value of 0 (zero) this means that other products better not manufactured by the company because it does not generate the maximum profits. Then the hypothesis has been put forward previously stating "that the production of Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong has been at the optimum point thus generating maximum profits" is rejected and not proven to be true. Keyword: Optimisation Of The Profits (The Application Of The Linear Programming Simplex Method)Â
