Completeness of filling in a medical record is very important because medical records are written evidence, especially on a medical resume sheet. Medical Resume are often used for the benefit of BPJS claims, other insurance, and currently, claims of the covid-19 patient require a complete medical resume. As the result of the research conducted there are several problems regarding the completeness of the medical resume: 1). Reporting is done manually by checking one by one paper-based medical record, 2). Report that has not been made for 2 years, 3). There are many incomplete medical resumes. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive, and a data collection technique used is observation. To overcome the problems that occur regarding the completeness of medical resumes at RSIA Humana Prima Bandung, the author has a solution by making a Medical Resume Complete Information System Design using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2010 as database. The development method used is the waterfall method.

Taletan Ijo is an online shop that sells fruit seeds. In carrying out its business processes, he utilizes a sales information system. The system is used to manage sales data. If the data is not used, it will lead to accumulation of data but lack of information. Taletan ijo uses the manual method in its product marketing strategy so that the strategy used is not quite right. Stored sales transaction data can be used as a reference in making marketing strategies such as making product sales packages. This study uses data mining methods, namely associations with a priori algorithms to process transaction data into information that can help support decisions in determining marketing strategies. The results of the study show that the lift ratio test results obtained are 3.2 which indicates that the value is valid with a minimum number of transactions of 10 and a confidence value of 80.

Most game s are used as a means of entertainment, but can also function as a means of training, education and simulation. In the field of education, educational game s can be applied by adopting educational materials to be informed in an interesting way to users. To provide a challenge to the user, the concept of level and scoring is applied in the game . The type of game made is a quiz-based educational game . Elements of educational game s made in the form of text, images, sounds and videos regarding knowledge about the classification of vertebrate and invertebrate animals. The data and answers used in the quiz are also displayed in a random way. The randomization process uses a random generator that applies the concept of Multiplicative Congruential Random Number Generator (CRNG). The use of this generator is intended so that users get different questions and answer compositions at each level. This is so that the user does not get bored quickly and the game becomes more interesting to play. So that the user indirectly conducts learning activities because the information conveyed is in the form of knowledge that is packaged in the form of a game.

Current technological developments make it easier for people to share information and carry out communication activities through instant messaging applications using multimedia features in the form of audio and video. Technology has been able to contribute and facilitate humans in a positive sense, but it can also be misused to carry out negative activities. In solving crime problems using instant messages, investigators need to carry out digital forensics, including on mobile devices such as smartphones. This study aims to obtain digital evidence of online drug sales scenarios via Facebook messenger and WhatsApp using four forensic tools, namely Belkasoft, Oxygen, MOBILedit, and Magnet Axiom. The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is used as a framework with stages, namely identification, solution, testing, evaluation, and reporting of results. out of the four tools, MOBILedit cannot recover deleted audio and video while the other three tools can recover deleted audio and video.

The development of mobile device technology, especially Android applications, is growing very significantly. The focus of this research is how to build a mobile-based BTS (Base Transceiver Station) tower maintenance system. This system was built to simplify and speed up the documentation and reporting process for BTS tower maintenance, thereby minimizing loss and duplication of documentation files when performing maintenance. This system is built using the Java programming language with a Firebase database. The system development method used is Extreme Programming. System testing using ISO 25010 testing using three testing aspects, with the results: 100% functionality aspect, 89.00% usability, and 5.4% CPU usage performance efficiency. Tests were carried out on 5 Android Mobile devices with different specifications. From the results of testing on respondents using a Likert measurement scale, it was obtained an average of 94.5%. Based on this, it can be concluded that the system is very good/very feasible to use and provides solutions to the problems faced.

The design of an outpatient visit information system is a form of need for the hospital system which is believed to provide convenience for medical record officers in analyzing outpatient visit data. I hope that with the outpatient information system it can be easier to access data and store data. The outpatient visit system is not computerized and officers need to re-enter visit data to manage patient visit data and this is quite time-consuming which causes the information produced to be slow, less accurate and irrelevant. For this reason, researchers evaluate the existing work system at the hospital order to improve good system governance. Researchers use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 determining the program. The results in this system are that initial introduction to prospective system users, a performance evaluation is carried out to anticipate changes information needs the future and is more thorough in lending and storing medical record files.

The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology makes its use even more widespread in various fields. IoT is a series of technologies that are combined to create a device that can be controlled remotely via the internet. In this study, IoT technology is applied to control and monitor hydroponic plants using one of the IoT devices, the NodeMCU ESP32. The purpose of this research is to create an automatic nutrition system for hydroponic plants by utilizing various sensors and monitoring the development of hydroponic plants remotely via the internet to see the performance of IoT technology in controlling and monitoring. The results of this study indicate that the application of IoT technology can precisely provide nutrients to hydroponic plants according to the specified time and can transmit data accurately and in real-time via the internet and displayed on web applications that can be accessed from anywhere.

This study aimed to design and create an outpatient medical record retention information system at The X Hospital. The results of research conducted, found several problems faced by the health center. It’s hard to find active and inactive medical record data, so the medical record data that are retained or inactive is unknown. The research method used is a qualitative approach that is supported by data collection techniques, using observation, interviews, and library research. The development method used is the waterfall method assisted by the design of Data Flow Diagrams. This system is based on a desktop that uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language and uses the Microsoft Office Access 2013 database. Based on the problems above, the writer tries to give some suggestions, including (1) the Need development of information systems technology that the author will design. (2) Integration of health information systems to obtain efficient and effective performance.

In carrying out its activities, PT. Regency Motor is assisted by employees who have a good work ethic. PT. Regency Motor selected the best employees who would later be given prizes as a result of the employee's hard work. This selection process often experiences several problems such as the calculation of employee criterion values that often experience similarities between one another. The best employee selection process involves all employees working at PT. Regency Motor. This process has several assessment stages which can take a long time in calculating the value of each employee. In these processes it is not uncommon for errors to occur in both the input of employee values and in the process of calculating those values. Therefore in this study the author tries to try to help the company to determine the best employees by using the Technique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method more effectively, because the TOPSIS method is one of the best alternatives that is able to produce employee data with using six criteria, namely discipline, loyalty, attitude, attendance, expertise and years of service, the final calculation result is obtained to determine the best employee obtained with the prefence value at the highest value, Alex Ryan with a value of 0.7592812

This study aims to build a web-based geographic information system for food material and foodstuffs UMKMs in Makassar City to disseminate geographic information that can be accessed anytime and from anywhere. The system is designed using a sequential waterfall method. Data sourced from the Makassar City Cooperatives and UKMs Office, field surveys, and interviews with UMKM owners. This system were developed to assist the government in providing information to the public about the location and distribution of UMKMs and other related information in dealing with the new normal, because it can visualize the distribution in Makassar City well. The system has been successfully developed through public testing, the average values ​​of which are user objectives (4.18), information quality (4.13), and System Quality (4.12).
