Abstract

Local wisdom in each region is very important in strengthening national identity. This is especially when associated with the challenges and problems of the nation in the current global era. Higher education institutions with their resources play a strategic role in strengthening this national identity. Decree of the Director General of Higher Education Number 84/E/KPT/2020 and several other state and government regulations are public policies related to this. This study aims to analyze the profile, context, and substance of government policies regarding Citizenship courses in relation to the existence of local wisdom to strengthen national identity.This study uses normative juridical methods, and literature studies, by examining the substance of government regulations and analyzing various relevant documents. The results of the study show that there are government regulations which are public policies related to local wisdom which are very important for strengthening national identity. The integration of local wisdom themes into Citizenship courses is very strategic so that students avoid being uprooted from the roots of the nation's culture. Government officials at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), university leaders, lecturers in charge of Citizenship courses, cultural activists and local wisdom, and other education stakeholders are policy actors. The threat of the erosion of identity as a nation among students is a policy issue. Kemendikbudristek, universities and institutions outside the government that care about the issue of strengthening national identity are policy institutions. The public's hope that students as part of the young generation with a strong national identity is the policy environment. Abstract

Application-based public services in Indonesia have experienced rapid development, but are also accompanied by challenges in the regulatory framework that is not yet comprehensive. Problems such as lack of specifications in regulations, personal data protection, and accessibility are obstacles to the delivery of quality public services. This study aims to analyze the regulatory framework for application-based public services in Indonesia and identify factors that influence service quality. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data were obtained from various sources of literature, laws and regulations, and official documents related to application-based public services in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the regulatory framework for application-based public services in Indonesia still has several weaknesses, including the lack of specific specifications in regulations, ambiguity in personal data protection, and lack of standardization and interoperability in applications. In order to realize quality application-based public services, it is necessary to improve the regulatory framework to be more comprehensive, specific, and focused on community needs. Increasing accessibility, personal data protection, standardization, and application interoperability are the keys to creating effective, efficient, and quality public services.   Keywords: Public Service; Regulation; Service Quality

Abstract

The Community-Based Water and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) plays an important role in improving the quality of life of rural communities by increasing access to clean drinking water and adequate sanitation facilities. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the program on community health, identify challenges in sustainable management, and provide recommendations for optimizing program implementation. The research method involves secondary data analysis and participatory surveys, involving beneficiary communities as the main respondents. The results of the study showed a significant increase in access to clean water, a decrease in the incidence of water-borne diseases, and the adoption of better hygiene practices. In addition, the program has succeeded in increasing community participation, thereby fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility for the infrastructure built. However, this study also identified a number of challenges that affect the sustainability of the program, including limited human resources and funding, and lack of adequate training and technical assistance for infrastructure management. To overcome these challenges, this study recommends the need for ongoing support in the form of training, resource allocation, and strengthening community institutional capacity. Overall, the conclusion that can be drawn is that PAMSIMAS has provided significant social, economic, and health benefits, and is an effective model for community-based water and sanitation management. These findings provide important contributions to the formulation of policies that support sustainable development goals in Indonesia.   Keywords: Evaluation; PAMSIMAS; Quality; Service

Abstract

This research is motivated by Lampung Governor Regulation Number 6 of 2023 concerning Motor Vehicle Tax Relief and Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fees which aims to increase PAD from the PKB and BBNKB sectors, synchronize motor vehicle ownership data, update, integrate and synchronize motor vehicle ownership data before the implementation of the provisions of Article 74 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation and help ease the burden on the community in paying delinquent motor vehicle taxes. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Lampung Province Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Program Year 2023 and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Lampung Province Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Program Year 2023. The method used in the research is qualitative method, data and information from informants obtained through observation, interviews and documentation to the direct research location. The study evaluates the Lampung Province Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Program Year 2023 case study at SAMSAT Mall Chandra Tanjung Karang, with a research focus on Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Responsiveness and Accuracy. Based on the results of research conducted at SAMSAT Mall Chandra Tanjung Karang, the Evaluation of the Lampung Province Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Program in 2023 based on the Effectiveness indicator has been effective in helping increase PAD revenue for Lampung Province and easing the burden on the public to pay taxes, while for the Sufficiency indicator there is a decrease in the number of vehicles so that data synchronization becomes less effective. And during the implementation of the Relief Program, there were service constraints, socialization constraints and sanction enforcement constraints.   Keywords: Evaluation; Program; Tax; Vehicle

Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative research. This research aims to determine the effect of modern archives management on the work efficiency of employees at the Lampung Province Forestry Service Office. This research uses primary data which collects data using a questionnaire. In this research, researchers used quantitative analysis, simple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 26.0. The population in this study was all employees of the Lampung Province Forestry Service Office, totaling 70. The results of the research obtained using the t test showed that modern archives management had a positive and significant effect on employee work efficiency values, with the results of hypothesis testing where tcount (8,176) > ttable (1,995). In the coefficient of determination test, the data obtained was 49,6% which could be explained by modern archives management, while the remaining 50,4% could be explained by the influence of other variables not examined by the author.   Keywords: Archives; Efficiency; Employee; Management

Abstract

Sesuai dengan prinsip Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa maka posisi agama menjadi roh atau spirit dari keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Dengan diterimanya Pancasila sebagai dasar negara secara tegas dijelaskan bahwa Indonesia bukan negara yang berdasarkan suatu agama dan bukan pula negara yang memisahkan agama dan negara melainkan Negara Pancasila yang mengakui dan mensakralkan keberadaan agama, bukan hanya Islam namun termasuk Kristen, Budha, Hindu dan Khong Hu Cu sebagai agama resmi Bangsa Indonesia. Relasi negara dan agama di bangun atas dasar check and balance dan simbiosis mutualistis dimana agama memberikan nilai spiritual dan kerohanian di dalam tatanan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dan negara menfasilitasi dan menjamin kehidupan keagamaan.

Abstract

Tujuan pelayanan KB adalah meningkatkan jumlah peserta KB atas kesadaran dan tanggung jawab, membina peserta KB aktif dalam rangka kelembagaan dan pembudayaan NKKBS, mencapai sasaran penurunan tingkat kelahiran dan menngkatkan menciptakan Keluarga kecil sejahtera melalui mengendalian pertumbuhan penduduk. Penelitian tentang upaya peningkatan pelayanan Penyuluh Lapangan Keluarga berencana (PLKB) berupa Faktor – faktor penghambat peningkatan pelayanan Penyluh Lapangan Keuarga Berencana (PLKB) berupa kurangnya informasi kepada calon peserta KB ,sarana dan prasaranan pendukung penyuluhan yang kurang memadai serta tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap program Keluarga Berencana. Penyampaian informasi tentang KB dan melakukan edukasi mengenai program Keluarga Berencana serta penggunaan alat kontrasepsi kepada Pasangan Usia Subur yang ada di Kecamatan Tanjung Seneng dengan menggunakan sarana komunikasi langsung atau komunikasi tatap muka dengan membuat acara penyuluhan yang dibuat dengan acara yang sesuai dengan minat masyarakat setempat agar lebih dapat menarik minat serta perhatian dari pasangan usia subur di kecamatan Tanjung Seneng. Kata Kunci: Keluarga Berencana ( KB )

Abstract

Kinerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam mencegah dan menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial adalah dengan melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja yaitu, Efektifitas, efisiensi, kualitas, produktivitas, Kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan Inovasi. Dengan melakukan analisis Indikator Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Dinas Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam Mencegah dan menyelesaikan perselisishan hubungan industrial tersebut. Pihak Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi bagian Hubungan Industrial Seksi Penyelesaian Hubungan Industrial dapat menyusun rencana kerja dan program yang lebih baik dan terus meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pencegahan dan penyelesaian hubungan industrial oleh Dinas Tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi Kab. Lampung Selatan ini memiliki dampak terhadap stabilitas kerja baik pihak perusahaan dan pihak pekerja. Yang dapat dilihat selama tiga tahun terakhir 2017-2019 berhasil menyelesaian berbagai macam kasus perselisihan di lingkungan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Pencegahan dan penyelesaian hubungan industrial Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi telah membantu menyelesaian konflik para pekerja dengan perusahaan, sehingga membantu mewujudkan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dan menurunkan tingkat pengangguran. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Transmigrasi, Hubungan Industrial

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Akuntabilitas dan Transparasi dalam Pelayanan Publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mesuji. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan data diambil dengan wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan KTP, AKTA, dan KK di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mesuji Kecamatan Raya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut tercermin dari jawaban dalam wawancara dan observasi penelitian baik kepada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mesuji atau masyarakat yang mengatakan baik terhadap beberapa indikator yang terkandung di dalam prinsip akuntabilitas. Transparansi dalam pelayanan pengurusan KTP, AKTA, dan KK di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mesuji terbukti terlaksana dengan baik. Hal tersebut tercermin dari jawaban dalam wawancara penelitian baik kepada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mesuji atau masyarakat tentang keterbukaan dalam Pelayanan kepengurusan KTP, AKTA, dan KK. Abstract

Birokrasi secara umum dapat dibedakan atas tiga bidang, yaitu kelembagaan, prosedur atau tata laksana, dan sumber daya manusia, maka perwujudan reformasi birokrasi juga seharusnya melalui pendekatan dari tiga bidang tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan administrasi publik sebagai pelaksana pemerintahan (birokrasi pemerintahan), maka semua unsur birokrat perlu mengkreasi fungsi dan tugasnya dengan ide-ide yang inovatif dalam rangka profesionalitas terhadap pemberian dan penyediaan layanan publik. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap esensi publik, baik secara etimologi, pembedaan antara publik dan privat, barang-barang publik maupun perspektif-perspektif publik. Dengan begitu akan adanya sebuah formulasi kolaborasi birokrasi yang, profesional antara prinsip keadilan sosial, efisiensi, prinsip ekonomi dan nilai-nilainya. Kata Kunci: Reformasi, Birokrasi
