Abstract Economic actors have responsibility for profit, environment, and society. Previous research was conducted to develop the concept of Social Responsibility into an Islamic Social Responsibility (ISR). Sharia value was translated into the theme of the Islamic Social Responsibility. Total Assets, Third Party Funds and Equity in Sharia Banks are proxies from principals managed by management (agents). This study aims to reveal whether Total Assets, Third Party Funds and Equity affect disclosure of social responsibility with Islamic Social Responsibility approach to Islamic banks in Indonesia disclosed in the annual report of Islamic banks. The data used in this study was taken from the annual report of 9 Islamic banks from 2008-2016. The results of this study indicate that Total Assets, Third Party Funds and Equity, partially, affect the disclosure of Islamic Social Responsibility, and simultaneously, only Third Party Funds that influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Responsibility. The greater the Third Party Funds, the better the disclosure of Islamic Social Responsibility.

Abstract One of the effort in combating poverty and urban community created by the government is the community empowerment and development program those are, Program Pengembangan Kecamatan (PPK) or Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM). The PPK/PNPM expected to accelerate poverty eradication and sufficiency society based on the development by increasing public capacity, local government; and the provision of facilities and the social economy infrastructures. The research identifies the PPK/PNPM success both in the main economic indicators and the managerial skill. The success indicators program consist of: increasing revenue (income indicator), poverty reduction, efficiency in program deliver, and financial viability. The research obtained primary and secondary data. The primary data will be analyzed with quantitative analysis with Mann-Whitney u test, and the secondary data will be analyzed comparing with success indicators index.The reseach output indicates that average income indicator 10,59%, poverty reduction 9,48%, average efficiency in program delivery 10,59% and financial viability 11,51%. The managerial skill indicates have influenced to the succes of the program.

Student's satisfaction has important role in improving student's performance and the academic institution quality. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, an academic institutes shifted their traditional learning methods to online classes. In teaching SAP, which is prominent software for Enterprise Resource Planning, the student's satisfaction requires further attention because of the subject complexity; in terms of delivery mode and infrastructure requirements. Hence, this paper aims at examining the student's satisfaction for SAP courses during the outbreak. The examination includes relationship between factors that include instructor's dimension, environmental dimension, student trust and student satisfaction. A total of 332 responses were collected from students who were involved in SAP subjects and experienced the transition of traditional teaching to online teaching of the subject. The data was analyzed using SPSS for descriptive analysis and AMOS for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Internal consistency of the research instrument, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy and exploratory factor analysis revealed that the research instrument was suitable. The findings indicate that instruction dimension significantly affected environmental dimension, student trust and student satisfaction. Environmental dimension significantly affected student trust and student trust significantly affecting student satisfaction. Student trust is mediating the relationship between instruction dimension and environmental dimension toward student satisfaction. Moreover, the results show that instructor plays dominant role toward student trust and student satisfaction. The learning environment, which include interaction between students and lecturer, enhances the student to overcome difficulties while learning online. These findings are critical in understanding the students' satisfaction in online learning and contribute in improving the learning environment.

Justice is an important factor in improving employee performance. In its application, companies must apply good business ethics so that the relationship between justice and performance can increase. Several previous studies have discussed the relationship between fairness and performance, but still few have linked it to business ethics, especially Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on employee engagement moderated by Islamic work ethics at Ratu Samban University (UNRAS), Bengkulu. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, which is taking the entire population as a sample of the study. Based on the number of population then the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables namely distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, the dependent variable is the Employee Engagement, and the moderation variable is the work ethic of Islam. Data analysis in this study using hirearki regression analysis. The results of this study prove that Distributive Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Procedural Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Interactional Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Distributive Justice on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Procedural Justice on Employee Engagement and Islamic Work Ethics moderate the influence of Interactional Justice on Employee Engagement.

AbstractThe paper attempts to investigate the influences of proactive personality and organizational learning culture on career satisfaction through Leader-Member Exchange quality as a mediating variable. Questionnaire was used as data collection method. The population of this study was Financial Cooperative employees based on health assessment in province level of Semarang City and Regency in 2015. Data was taken from 61 respondents using multi-stage sampling. From the result, it was found that (1) proactive personality influences career satisfaction, (2) organizational learning culture influences career satisfaction, (3) proactive personality influences Leader-Member Exchange quality, (4) organizational learning culture influences Leader-Member Exchange quality, (5) Leader-Member Exchange quality influences career satisfaction, (6) proactive personality influences career satisfaction through Leader-Member Exchange quality as mediator variable, and (7) organizational learning culture influences career satisfaction with Leader-Member Exchange quality as mediator variable. Proactive personality and organizational learning culture influence career satisfaction through Leader-Member Exchange as a mediating variable.

ABTSRACTThrough leadership models offered by Locke et. al (1991) we can say that whether good or not the vision of leaders in the organization is highly dependent on whether good or not the motives and traits, knowledge, skill, and abilities owned leaders. Then, good or not the implementation of the vision by the leader depends on whether good or not the motives and traits, knowledge, skills, abilities, and the vision of the leaders. Strategic Leadership written by Davies (1991) states that the implementation of the vision by using strategic leadership, the meaning is much more complete than what has been written by Locke et. al. in the fourth stage of leadership. Thus, aspects of the implementation of the vision by Locke et al (1991) it is not complete implementation of the vision according to Davies (1991). With the considerations mentioned above, this article attempts to combine the leadership model of the Locke et. al and strategic leadership of the Davies. With this modification is expected to be an improvement model of leadership is more comprehensive and parsimony.

Profitability and dividend policy viewed with signaling theory has information content so that it can affect the value of the company. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation of dividend policy on the effect of profitability on the value of listed SOEs in the 2014-2018 period. Research samples of 13 companies were taken using a purposive sampling technique with several criteria according to research needs. The research method uses a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis tools and sobel tests. This study shows that partially profitability has a significant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy, while dividend policy does not affect firm value. this study also shows that dividend policy cannot mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of training (X1), leadership (X2), and motivation (X3) on dependent variable employee performance (Y). The population in this study are operational staff in PD BPR Bank Jogja in Yogyakarta. Most of the operational staff of PD BPR Bank Jogja is female and their ages range from 21 to 50 years. Lowest Education of operational staff is Diploma and some of them are Magister (S2). This company is growing as indicated by the increase in the number of staff from time to time. Determination of the number of samples using methods Slovin, samples taken 80. The sampling method using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, the sampling technique is based on the consideration that in accordance with the purpose of research. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. The results of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation classical assumption test show that there is no multicollinearity problems among the independent variables, there is no heteroscedasticity in regression models, and there is no autocorrelation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the training and motivation have a positive effect on performance, while the leadership has a negative effect on performance. T test results showed that the only variable motivation partially influence on performance, training and leadership variables were partially no effect on employee performance. The F test results showed that the variables of training, leadership, and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees.

AbstractOrganizational culture is a system values and beliefs that are shared by people who interact in an rganization that serves as an identity and as reference behavior to achieve organizatinal goals. One of the success factor of an organization goals is leadership, especially leadership style will determine the perfomance of an organization that is shown on the employees performance. This study tried to assess the relationship of organizational culture and leadership style influence on employee performance. The object of this study were employees in Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Perempuan, dan Keluaraga Berencana in Magelang district. The result in multiple regression analysis showed that organizational culture and the leadership style have significant positive effect on employee performance either partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test)

Abstract This study aims to examine the presence of insider trading in the form of information leakage (asymentric information) before the day of the release of the information. Information leaks can be seen from the movement of stock prices in accordance with the direction of information, before the information is released. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression to examine the effect of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Returns before the release date of the financial statements. By using 10 sample companies from the Consumer Goods Industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, it was found that there was a positive and significant relationship between Return on Assets and Stock Returns before the release of the financial statements.
