Abstract

Dewasa ini dunia bisnis memiliki persaingan cukup ketat, sehingga berbagai strategi dilakukan oleh para pengusaha untuk memasarkan produknya dengan tepat. Produk yang ada dipasaran cukup beragam, mendorong konsumen atau pelanggan lebih cerdas memahami produk yang jadi incaran, dengan harapan dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya sesuai dengan apa yang dipersepsikan oleh konsumen. Hal ini menyebabkan konsumen mudah berganti – ganti merek. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh prior experience (pengalaman sebelumnya), product knowledge ( pengetahuan tentang produk ), dan media search terhadap switching behavior dalam pembelian sabun pencuci pakaian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ibu rumah tangga perumahan kinijaya Kedung Mundu Semarang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel prior experience, product knowledge, media search berpengaruh pada switching behavior secara signifikan. Kata Kunci : pengalaman sebelumnya, pengetahuan produk, pencarian media, dan perilaku beralih.

Abstract

The objective of this.empirical study.is to examine.and to analyze the effect of Product Variety and capitalization of banks on the relation of financial performance, with the usage of internet of things and mobile banking as moderating variables. This research is also used to look further the significance of technology and modernization of the banking sector on its financial success, therefore this research hopefully will inspire and encourage firms in the banking industry to implement and integrate technology into their products line-up. The samples used in this research is the banking sector firms registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) and published their annual reports from period of 2017 to 2019. This research uses multiple regression analysis as hypothesis testing method. The result of this empirical study are (1) Product variet dan capitalization of banks do not have positive effect on financial performance. (2) Capitalization of banks have positive and significant effect on financial performance. (3) Internet of things do not moderate positively on the overall of product variety and capitalization of banks. (4) Mobile banking do not moderate positively on the overall of product variety and capitalization of banks.

Abstract

The thesis titled relationship capital with the level of the net income in the district KPRI GIAT Kutoarjo. In this report the authors conducted research on the matter is there a realationship between the amount of the capital gain on KPRI entrirpising business district Kutoarjo as for research purpose will achieved if the correlation is significant or not In this study te authors use two-way hypothesis that the alternative hypothesis that suggested a link between the capital gains rate SHU, the null hypothesis states there is no relationship between the level of capital gain SHU. As for the method that I used in this study is the method of literature, method of observation, interview methods, methods of documentation and data analysis method Obtained from the calculation of the t test t=2,794 and t table and the table = 4,303 so that it can be said that there is no relationship between acquisition of the remaining wguity in the operatin result KPRI GIAT Kutoarjo enterprising district That the hypothesis that states there is a relationship between the capital and the acquisition of the nest income district KPRI enterprising Kutoarjo was rejected due to the acquisition of SHU isnot from capital but from the services of the members of the cooperative Key words: capital, net income

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and commitmentto organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) either partially or simultaneously on the employees of PO. Efficiency inKebumen with sample of the research are 47 employees. The sampling technique in this study used populationsamples. Analyzer used in this research by using multiple regression analysis and data processed with statistic toolSPPS 23.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence and employee engagement variables partially significanteffect on organizational citizenship behavior, it shows that testing hypothesis one and hypothesis two resultsaccepted. While for the commitment variable has no effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, it shows fortesting the third hypothesis is rejected. While the test results simultaneously the results of the fourth hypothesis testingshowed acceptable.

Abstract

Usage of Information Technology (IT) in the governance of secondary schools, especially vocational Bhakti Mulia Pare has not fully own architecture and use of certain framework, the use of IT is currently only to satisfy a need for a part or division terntentu. Enterprise architecture planning aims to align business strategy and technology strategy of an organization. To align the blueprint dibutuhak an information system. TOGAF is a framework that can assist in analyzing an information system blueprint. Abstract

PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is a automotive manufacture company in the sport and matic motorcycle. AHM marketing efforts through product, price and advertising appeal. They have creative and attractive advertising to get consumers attention. Pricing also is in conformity with the quality of its products. In this study, primary data used to determine the marketing mix effect against student perceptions about the use of honda matic Motorcycles. The data collection method used the interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Then, the authors gave questionnaires to 60 respondents students from Politeknik Sawunggalih Aji and treated using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 20. The analytical results obtained that the marketing mix Influence on students perceptions about product, price and advertising appeal of motorcycles matic Honda. Expressed the value of F count 20.817, with a significance value of 0.000. Product negative effect amounted to - 0.196 against the perception of students. The price (0.621) positive effect on the perception of the students, while the appeal of adverts positive effect of 0.381 on the perception of the students to use matic Honda. For R Square of 0.576, which means that 57.6% variable perception can be explained by product, price and appeal of advertising, while the remaining 42.4% can be explained by other variables that are not used in this study, such as the socio-cultural factors. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Umur Perusahaan terhadap tingkat Underpricing. Underpricing merupakan fenomena di mana harga saham saat penawaran umum perdana lebih rendah daripada harga penutupan saham di pasar sekunder pada hari pertama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2018 sebanyak 109 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Underpricing, Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing, dan umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing. Secara simultan Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Underpricing sebesar 14,5% dan sisanya 85,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Belanja Modal terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 105 laporan realisasi APBD serta PDRB Harga Konstan di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Belanja Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid, very instrumental in everyday life. In the development of Blast Computama currently still using the manual system in recording sales transactions and service, which is still using thestock book to record inventory and still use the notes to record sales and service transactions. With the above problemshow to design sales information system, on Blast Computama. Based on the above problem formulation, the purpose of research is to build a sales information system that is useful tofacilitate the recording of inventory and sales and service transactions. In designing and building sales informationsystems, required data required. How to get the data by interview, observation, literature study and system requirementanalysis needed. The design of the system performed to produce a sales and service applications on Blast Computama in accordance withthe needs of the company. Outputs from the sales system are inventory recording, sales and service memos, sales andservice report.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dari pemimpin transformasional dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi dalam organisasi sehingga tidak mempengaruhi terhadap penurunan kinerja karyawan. Dengan metode analisis deskriptif menyebutkan bahwa seseorang yang bekerja dibawah tekanan akan berdampak terhadap job stress dan negative emotions. Kedua hal ini sebagai mediasi yang berpeluang menyebabkan terjadinya konflik. Konflik seharusnya dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan secara langsung sehingga tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dibutuhkan peran dari pemimpin transformasional sebagai moderasi antara konflik dan job performance untuk menjaga kestabilan kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi.
