Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the dose ashes best MycoVir biological fertilizer on the growth and yield soybean on peat soil. Research conducted at the Jl. Reformasi Gg. Rencana Untan Kelurahan Bansir Laut Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara, of date of June 1, 2018 until August 21, 2018. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) that consists of five treatment namely, without biological fertilizer (p0), biological fertilizer ash 5 g/polybag (p1), biological fertilizer ash 15 g/polybag (p2), biological fertilizer ash 25 g/polybag (p3), and biological fertilizer ash 35 g/polybag (p4). Observation variables in this study include : root volume (cm3), plant dry weight (g), effective root nodules (bintil), plant height (cm), day to flowering (hst), number of plods of plant (buah), number of seed of plant (buah), wight of seeds of plant (g), dry wight of 100 seeds (g). Biofertilizer showed an increase in yield variables, namely the number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, and weight of 100 seeds per plant so that the efficiency of the MycoVir biological fertilizer was shown at a dose of 5 g / polybag. Keywords: Biological Fertilizer, Peat Soil, Soybean

Abstract

Peat soil has a very low pH so it is unsuitable to be used as a planting medium. Efforts to increase the pH of peat soils can be through the provision of dry sludge resulting from clean water treatment. This study shows to determine the effect of dry sludge clean water treatment on the growth and yield of radish on peat soil, knowing the best dose of dry sludge for the growth and yield of radish on peat soil and to determine the Pb content in white radish plants. This research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of 5 treatments and 4 replications, each treatment consisting of 3 samples, so that there were 60 plants. The treatment in question is: p1 = 15% dry sludge equivalent to 1,2 kg/polybag, p2 = 30% dry sludge equivalent to 2,4 kg/polybag, p3 = 45% dry sludge equivalent to 3,6 kg/polybag, p4 = 60% dry sludge equivalent to 4.8 kg/polybag, p5 = 60% dry sludge equivalent to 6 kg/polybag. Variables observed were the number of leaves, the wet weight of the upper part of the plant, the dry weight of the upper part of the plant, the wet weight of tubers, the dry weight of tubers, the length of tubers, the diameter of tubers, the content of Pb at the top and radish tuber. The result of this study indicate that the dose of dry sludge resulting from clean water treatment can increase the wet weight of white radish tuber. This study did not get the best dose of dry sludge for growth and yield of white radish, but a 45% dose was an effective dose to produce growth dan yield of better white radish. Pb content in the upper part of the plant is below the maximum threshold, while the Pb content in white radish tuber is above the maximum threshold allowed according to SNI 7378-2009.  Keywords: dry sludge from the treatment of clean water, radish, peat soil

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan suatu komitmen berkelanjutan di dunia bisnis untuk bertanggung jawab atas dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dan mencegah agar dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan tidak merugikan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Profil anggota penerima program corporate social responsibility (CSR) terhadap pengembangan koperasi perkebunan kelapa sawit PT Minamas Plantation di Kecamatan Marau Kabupaten Ketapang merupakan suatu dasar penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat serta melihat kondisi lingkungan masyarakat disekitar perusahaan perkebunan PT Minamas Plantation. Program CSR yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu bidang ekonomi dengan koperasi sebagai inti dari suatu program untuk menciptakan perekonomian masyarakat disekitar berdirinya perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei digunakan terhadap 75 responden menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (Simpel Random Sampling) dengan pertimbangan untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan data dan untuk hasil pengujian yang lebih baik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan menggunakan analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM).

Abstract

Trichoderma spp is a cosmopolitan ground fungus. Trichoderma is a soil saprophyte fungus is advantageous for plants. Several species of Trichoderma indicate having the ability as a bio-fertilizer so as to help plant growth. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Faculty of Agriculture Faculty of University of Tanjungpura Pontianak for 7 months. The exploration is done from rhizosphere rice tidal rice which is considered fertile, less fertile and irrigation channel. Isolation using dilution casting method. Dilution rate is 10-1,10-2,10-3,10-4. Each Trichoderma isolate is tested for its ability as a biological fertilizer such as dissolving phosphate, dissolving potassium, degrading cellulose, producing IAA. Isolates classified as superior tested hypovirulen seed cucumber. Exploration results obtained by 38 isolates Trichoderma spp. Based on solvent test of phosphate isolate TRTS6 has the highest potential with solvent index of 72%. In subsequent tests Trichoderma was not found to dissolve K, degrade cellulose or produce IAA. Trichoderma spp species found from exploratory results include T. harzianum, T. auoreoviride, T. hamatum, T. psudokoningii T. koningii, T. koningii sp. Calculation of Disease Severity Index (DSI) in hypovirulent test 5 potential isolates inoculated on cucumber plant showed 0% value. Type of Trichoderma harzianum (TSTS6) is a recommended as a fungus that can be used as a bilogical fertilizer in dissolving phospate. Key words: Cosmopolitan, exploration, saprofit fungi, Trichoderma.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             This study aims to determine the effect of giving cow’s rumen contents and looking for the best dose for growth and harvest of mustard greens on alluvial soil. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and five repetition, each repetition consist of the three plant samples. The intended treatments is k1 : 400 g/polybag, k2 : 800 g/polybag, k3 : 1200 g/polybag, k4 : 1600 g/polybag and k5 : 2000 g/polybag. The results of the analysis of the diversity by giving various dose of cow’s rumen contents gave no significant effect on almost all variables observed, specifically root volume, total leaf area, dry plant weigh, number of leaves and fresh plant weigh, but significantly affected the number of chlorophyll. This study found no best dosage for cow’s rumen contents for growth and the harvest of mustard greens on alluvial soil but the dosage of cow’s rumen contents which is effective for growth and harvest of mustard green on alluvial soil is indicated by the allocation of cow’s rumen contents at a dose of 400 g/polybag. Keywords : Alluvial, Bocation, Cow’s Rumen, mustard green

Abstract

ABSTARACTEfforts to multiply pineapple plants to date have not been many that use buds that come from the crown (Crown), seeds that come from this crown can produce more than one bud. the crown require hormones for optimal growth, one of which is by using superior plant hormones that play a role in stimulating the growth of pineapple seeds from the crown. The aim of this study was to find the best concentration of ZPT for the growth of pineapple seedlings from the crown on peat land. This research was carried out in a farm owned by a farmer, Jl. Parit Haji Mukhsin 2, with a study period of 3 months starting from 15 2018 January to 15 April 2018. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 6 levels of ghost hormone treatment and each treatment there were 4 replications, each replication there were 3 samples. The treatment in question is h0 = without giving superior plant hormones, h1 = superior plant hormone concentration 3 ml / l, h2 = 5 ml / l superior plant hormone concentration, h3 = 7 ml / l superior plant hormone concentration, h4 = plant hormone concentration 9 ml / l superiority, and h5 = 11 ml / l superior plant hormone concentration. The variables observed in this study were height increase in plants, increase in the number of leaves, chlorophyll leaves, dry leaves and leaf area. The administration of superior plant hormones 11 ml / l can to increase the growth of the variable number of leaves and dry weight of the plant.Keywords:Black Plant Hormone, Peat Land, Pineapple

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh formulasi nutrisi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil selada dengan sistem hidroponik NFT pada media air gambut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di  Kebun Kampong Hidroponik yang berlokasi di Jalan Sungai Raya Dalam KM 4 Pontianak Tenggara Kota Pontianak.            Waktu penelitian dari tanggal 23 Juli 2018-5 Agustus 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ragam satu arah dengan satu faktor yaitu formulasi nutrisi, yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dengan 20 sampel tanaman. Sehingga terdapat 100 satuan percobaan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian adalah A = rasio NPK 3:1:4,5 dengan  N-total 250,03 ppm, B = rasio NPK 3:1:4,5 dengan N-total 295,78 ppm,    C = rasio NPK 4:1:5 dengan N-total 243,3 ppm, D = rasio NPK 4:1:5 dengan N-total 298,26 ppm, E = rasio NPK 5:1:8 dengan N-total 250,56 ppm.Variabel yang diamati adalah jumlah daun (helai), tinggi tanaman (cm), volume akar (cm³), berat segar total (g), berat segar tajuk (g), dan berat kering tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa formulasi nutrisi berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Rasio NPK 4:1:5 dan N-Total sebesar    298,26  ppm yaitu formulasi nutrisi D memberikan rerata perlakuan terbaik terhadap semua variabel pengamatan.Kata Kunci : Hidroponik, Formulasi Nutrisi, Selada, Gambut

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to increase the pH of peat soil with shellfish flour and sweet corn crop yield on peatland. This research was conducted from March 19 to May 27 2018. This research was located in Sepakat II, Jl Reformasi Southeast Pontianak Subdistrict, Bansir Laut sub-district, UNTAN. The method used is Completely Randomized Design consisted of 5 treatments, 5 replications and each replication there were 3 plant samples. The treatments were as follows: without treatment (p0), 2.7 kg / plot (p1), 4.5 kg / plot, (p2) 6.3 kg / plot (p3), and 8.1 kg / plot (p4) . The variables observed in this study were root volume (cm3), dry weight (g), chlorophyll leaf (sped unit), plant height (cm), weight of cob with skin (g), weight of cob without skin (g), length of cob (cm), and the diameter of the cob (cm). The results showed that the usage of shellfish flour can increase the pH of peat soil, growth and yield of sweet corn on peatlands. This study did not find the best dose of shellfish flour for the growth and yield of sweet corn crops on peat soil but the effective dose of shellfish flour was found in sweet corn plants which were given shells 2.7 kg / plot.Keyword :  shellfish flour, sweet corn, peat soil

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelas dan sub kelas kesesuaian lahan rawa lebak, mengetahui status kesuburan tanah rawa lebak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dan tanaman padi sawah di Desa Sungai Daka dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pembatas untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dan padi sawah pada lahan rawa lebak sehingga didapat rekomendasi langkah budidaya yang tepat untuk optimalisasi penggunaan lahan serta rekomendasi pemupukan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah survey lapangan parameter keadaan lingkungan yang diamati di lapangan meliputi; iklim, bentuk wilayah dan topografi, batuan permukaan dan singkapan, tata guna lahan dan vegetasi, tipe luapan air, erosi dan bahaya banjir dan tinggi genangan air tanah. Sifat fisika tanah meliputi; warna tanah, karatan, tekstur, struktur, konsistensi, kedalaman efektif, kedalaman sulfidik. Sifat kimia tanah meliputi; pH, KTK, KB, C-Organik, N-total, P, K, Ca, Mg, Kejenuhan Al.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada lokasi penelitian terdapat 1 satuan peta tanah (SPT) yaitu Typic hydraquents yang  mempunyai kelas kesesuaian lahan aktual N-oa dan kelas kesesuaian lahan potensial S2 untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dan kesesuaian lahan aktual S3-nr dan potensial S2-nr untuk padi sawah, dengan luas lahan 60 ha dari luas keseluruhan lokasi penelitian.Rekomendasi pengelolaan terdiri dari rekomendasi perbaikan drainase, pengapuran dan rekomendasi pemupukan. Perbaikan drainase dilakukan karena lokasi penelitian memiliki drainase sangat terhambat dengan tinggi genangan 9-42 cm. Tanah pada lokasi penelitian termasuk kedalam kriteria masam dengan pH 4,25. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengapuran dan pemupukan. Perhitungan dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis labolatorium kimia dan kesuburan tanah dan berdasarkan kadar Al-dd pada tanah atas permukaan. Pupuk yang digunakan Urea dengan dosis 284,94kg/ha, Sp 36 dengan dosis 237,94 kg/ha dan pupuk Kcl dengan dosis 241,8 kg/ha. Kapur yang digunakan adalah kapur dolomit [CaMg(CO3)2] dengan dosis 737 kg/Ha. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kesesuaian Lahan, Kelapa Sawit, Padi Sawah, Rawa Lebak.

Abstract

This study aimed to increase the the texture of ultisol with the compost of aloevera’s stem and the results of Eleutherine americana Merr on ultisol. This study began from March 23 to July 12, 2018, The research was carried out on Parit H. Hussein II street, Mutiara Gading D19. The method used in the Completely Randomized Design consisted of 5 treatments, 5 replications and each replication there were 4 plant samples. The treatment is as follows: (l1) 400g / polybag, (l2) 800g / Polybag, (l3) 1200g / polybag, (l4) 1600g / polybag and (l5) 2000g / polybag. The variables observed in this study were the number of leaves per clump (strands), number of tillers per clump (tuber), number of bulbs per clump (tubers), fresh weight of bulbs per plant (g), and dry weight of plants (g). The results showed that giving aloevera’s stem compost could improve ultisol texture, growth and yield of onion plants on ultisol. This study found no best dosage of aloe vera midrib for growth and yield of Eleutherine americana Merr plants on ultisol, but an effective dosage of aloe vera midrib was found on the Eleutherine americana Merr plant which was given a dose of 800 g / polybag.
