Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh panjang entris terhadap keberhasilan sambung pucuk tanaman mangga. Penelitian dilakukan di Jalan Tanjung Raya 2 Gg. H Gani. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan, dari tanggal 11 januari 2014 sampai dengan tanggal 11 maret 2014.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri dari satu faktor yaitu panjang entris tanaman mangga, dengan 5 taraf perlakuan yakni : (1) a1(panjang entris 7cm); (2) a2(panjang entris 10cm); (3) a3(panjang entris 13cm); (4) a4(panjang entris 16cm); (5) a5(panjang entris 19cm) terdiri dari 5 ulangan, setiap perlakuan dengan 3 tanaman sampel. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini meliputi, persentase tanaman hidup (%), jumlah daun terbentuk (helai), pertumbuhan panjang entris (cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan panjang entris tidak memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap variabel pengamatan persentase keberhasilan sambungan (%), jumlah daun yang terbentuk (helai) dan pertambahan panjang entris (cm).   Kata kunci: Sambung Pucuk, Mangga, Panjang Entris

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis bokasi daun ketapang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil seledri pada tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 11 September 2016 sampai dengan 8 November 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu pemberian bokasi daun ketapang, setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 4 sampel tanaman,perlakuan tersebut adalah k1= 6 t/ha setara 221 g/polybag, k2= 8 t/ha setara 295 g/polybag, k3= 10 t/ha setara 369 g/polybag, k4= 12 t/ha setara 406 g/polybag, k5=14 t/ha setara  516 g/polybag Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), volume akar, berat segar tanaman (g),berat kering tanaman (g) dan kadar kehijauan daun (spad unit). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Pengaruh Bokasi Daun Ketapang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil Seledri pada Tanah Aluvial, pemberian bokasi daun ketapang 8 t/ha merupakan dosis yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil seledri pada tanah Aluvial Kata kunci : seledri, bokasi daun ketapang, tanah alluvial.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this research is to get the seaweed formulation as a pectin addition to papaya concentrate for resulting physicochemical and sensory characteristic of the best papaya jam. This research design used is Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of one factor threatment is the addtion of the concentration of seaweed powder that consist of nine standards treatment are a1=5 g, a2= 7 g, a3= 9 g, a4=11 g, a5= 13 g, a6= 15 g, a7= 17 g, a8= 19 g dan a9= 21 g. The variables measured were the physicochemical and sensory character. The addition of seaweed powder concentrate has a effect unreal to water content, vitamine C, jam pH and total dissolved solids. Based on the physicochemical and sensory test sheet concentration addition papaya jam jelly powder yields a value of 7 g treatment (NP) the best is 0.636 with a water content of 48.941%, vitamine C 58.667mg/100g, jam pH 3.877, total dissolved solids 49.266% and sensory character that plasticity (a little plasticity), 3.17, plasure 3.14 (like), taste 3.97 (too sweet and  acid), aroma 3.17 (its not papaya aroma) and appearance 2.31 (a little firm).   Keywords: powder seaweed, physicochemical, sensory, papaya jam sheet

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to increase the pH of peat soil with shellfish flour and sweet corn crop yield on peatland. This research was conducted from March 19 to May 27 2018. This research was located in Sepakat II, Jl Reformasi Southeast Pontianak Subdistrict, Bansir Laut sub-district, UNTAN. The method used is Completely Randomized Design consisted of 5 treatments, 5 replications and each replication there were 3 plant samples. The treatments were as follows: without treatment (p0), 2.7 kg / plot (p1), 4.5 kg / plot, (p2) 6.3 kg / plot (p3), and 8.1 kg / plot (p4) . The variables observed in this study were root volume (cm3), dry weight (g), chlorophyll leaf (sped unit), plant height (cm), weight of cob with skin (g), weight of cob without skin (g), length of cob (cm), and the diameter of the cob (cm). The results showed that the usage of shellfish flour can increase the pH of peat soil, growth and yield of sweet corn on peatlands. This study did not find the best dose of shellfish flour for the growth and yield of sweet corn crops on peat soil but the effective dose of shellfish flour was found in sweet corn plants which were given shells 2.7 kg / plot.Keyword :  shellfish flour, sweet corn, peat soil

Abstract

This study aimed to find the best dosage of chicken manure on the growth and yield of the purple long bean (Vigna sinensis L.) on the alluvial soil. The research was conducted at the research field of Agricultural Faculty Tanjungpura University Pontianak from April 19th - June 23th 2019. The Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in the experiment with 5 levels of chicken manure dosage and 5 replications respectively. The levels of chicken manure dosage were 400, 800, 1.200, 1.600 dan 2.000 grams/polybag consecutively. The observed variables were root volume, chlorophyll content of leaf, plant dry weight, the fruit number per plant, and fruit weight per plant. The results showed that the best dosage of chicken manure for growth and yield of purple long bean (Vigna sinensis L.) was 1.200 grams/polybags equivalent to 15% chicken manure of the soil weight.Keywords: Alluvial, chicken manure, purple long bean.

Abstract

The production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) needs to be improved. Potassium is an essential nutrient needed by shallots. The research aims to obtain the best dosage of KNO3 for red growth and yield in peat. The research was conducted in Rasau Jaya, Kubu Raya Regency. The study was carried out for 7 months. The design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 5 settings and 5 blocks, containing 6 plant samples. The five treatments were KNO3 (K) fertilizer dosage consisting of k1 = 0 g / plant, k2 = 3 g / plant, k3 = 6 g / plant, k4 = 9 g / plant and k5 = 12 g / plant. Observation variables were number of leaves per clump, tuber diameter per clump, number of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per clump and tuber dry weight per clump. The analysis of variance showed that tretments of dosage of KNO3 were significantly effected to all observation variables. The doseage of KNO3 of 9 g / plant is the best effect on growth and yield of shallots on peat.
