The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on the purchasing decisions of Ms Glow skincare products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. This type of research is associative with a sample of 62 students from the 2020 Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Ms Glow skincare products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. Brand image also has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Ms Glow skincare products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. By following the times, companies provide electronic services (e-service quality). E-service quality or electronic service can be defined as an interactive service offered by service providers, which aims to strengthen the relationship between consumers and service providers. The quality of service of a company is needed to meet the increasingly diverse needs of society. Therefore, entrepreneurs make new innovations to provide the best quality of service. One company that implements online-based service innovations is the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company PT PLN (Persero). PT PLN created a service model in the form of an application called PLN Mobile to make it easier for customers to meet their information needs and interactions with PLN.This study aims to determine the effect of E-quality of service on customer satisfaction of PLN mobile application users of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Perbaungan customers. The population of this study was 1,151 households of electricity meter users using the Slovin sampling formula, obtained a sample size of 43 samples who had downloaded the PLN mobile application in PlayStore. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS software version 20. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that E-Service Quality (Efficient and reliable service, Fullfilment, Security / trust, Site aesthetics, Responsiveness / contact, Ease of use) simultaneously has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at State Electric (PLN PERSERO) ULP Perbaungan. To find out the effect of communication on employee performance at State Electric (PLN PERSERO) ULP Perbaungan, to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance at the state electricity company (PLN PERSERO) ULP Perbaungan. The population and sample in this study were 69 people. Data collection technique use data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this research show that work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to determine whether leadership style and compensation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Cinta Maju Community Health Center in the Belangpegayon District. This research is of the associative type, with the population of the study being all employees of the Cinta Maju Community Health Center in the Belangpegayon District, totaling 40 employees. The sample used is saturated sampling, meaning all 40 individuals in the population are taken as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on hypothesis testing, the results of this study are as follows: leadership style influences employee performance, compensation influences employee performance, and leadership style and compensation together influence employee performance

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. How work stress affects employee performance. How emotional intelligence and job stress affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of flash sales and live streaming on impulsive buying and live streaming on Shopee e-commerce users and to determine the influence of flash sales, live streaming and impulsive buying on purchase intention on Shopee e-commerce users. The research population was undergraduate (S1) students from the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, class of 2020, totaling 160 people. Sampling in this study used probability sampling with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include data quality testing, validity and reliability testing. Based on the analysis results, flash sales have an effect on impulsive buying and purchase intention both simultaneously, partially and also have a significant effect. Live streaming has an effect on impulsive buying and purchase intention both simultaneously, partially and also has a significant effect. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of teacher competence and work motivation on teacher performance at Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational School. The population and sample in this study were 30 people. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that partially (t-test) Teacher Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers, and Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers. The results of simultaneous significant testing (F-test) of Teacher Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Teachers of Private Vocational Schools Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa. This research aims to determine how much influence training and the work environment partially have on the performance of PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Taman Adolina Perbaungan. This research method is quantitative and the sample determination in this study used the Slovin formula from 242 respondents to 71 respondents. The data sources use primary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations, and secondary data obtained from documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS version 22. The results of research using the t statistical test show that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained tcount ttable (4.171 1.667) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05 and the work environment variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), obtained by the value tcount ttable (4.078 1.667) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. The results of the F test on the training variable (X1) and work environment (X2) can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained Fcount Ftable(143.850 3.22) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05
