Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Prevention Costs, Assessment Costs, Internal Failure Costs and External Failure Costs on Profitability. In this study the population used is the ceramic, porcelain and glass sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling method that is determined through certain criteria by the researcher. Based on predetermined sample criteria, a sample of 6 companies was obtained. This research was conducted with a period of 5 years, so that the total sample of this study was 30 samples. This study uses secondary data using the company's annual financial statements. The data is taken from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS Version 20. The results of the t-test study show that the variable cost of prevention has a significant negative effect on profitability in porcelain ceramic sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the BEI, the appraisal cost variable has a significant positive effect on profitability on the porcelain ceramic sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on BEI, the variable cost of internal failure has an effect has a significant positive effect on profitability in the porcelain ceramic sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Bei, and the external failure cost variable has no significant effect on the profitability of the porcelain ceramic sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Bei. The results of the overall variable F test show that prevention costs, appraisal costs, internal failure costs, and external failure costs have a significant effect on profitability in porcelain ceramic sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the BEI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of E-Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Shopee (study on FEB UISU students, Management Study Program class of 2020). The population of this study were 160 FEB UISU management study program students using the Slovin sampling formula, obtained a sample size of 62 samples and allocated to each stratum using the proportional random sampling formula. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that E-Service Quality (Efficiency, Reliability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, Contact Communication) simultaneously has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how compensation affects employee performance. How does motivation affect employee performance. How compensation and motivation affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 37 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence training and the work environment partially have on the performance of PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Taman Adolina Perbaungan. This research method is quantitative and the sample determination in this study used the Slovin formula from 242 respondents to 71 respondents. The data sources use primary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations, and secondary data obtained from documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS version 22. The results of research using the t statistical test show that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained tcount ttable (4.171 1.667) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05 and the work environment variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), obtained by the value tcount ttable (4.078 1.667) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. The results of the F test on the training variable (X1) and work environment (X2) can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained Fcount Ftable(143.850 3.22) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dampak dari manajemen talenta, kompensasi kerja, dan kondisi lingkungan terhadap produktivitas para karyawan di PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk. Ruang lingkup dari studi ini mencakup aspek-aspek kompensasi kerja, serta dinamika lingkungan kerja yang memengaruhi prestasi individu di PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk. Pertanyaan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap apakah variabel-variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan ini. Hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel (X) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap variabel (Y). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sensus sampling, melibatkan 40 individu sebagai sampel. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, pendekatan kombinasi antara penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan diimplementasikan. Untuk analisis data, metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda, didukung oleh program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) V23. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel (X) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap variabel (Y). Faktor etika kerja memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap produktivitas karyawan (nilai-t 1,401, signifikansi < 0,05). Penghargaan atas pekerjaan juga memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan (nilai-t 0,3540, signifikansi < 0,05). Begitu juga, lingkungan kerja juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan (nilai-t 0,3670, signifikansi < 0,05). Hasil uji F menunjukkan angka F sebesar 82,89, melebihi nilai kritis F-tabel 2,87. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,975 mengindikasikan bahwa variabel (X) menjelaskan sekitar 97,5% variasi pada variabel (Y). Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel independen (X) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Melalui temuan ini, peneliti merekomendasikan agar manajemen perusahaan melakukan evaluasi ulang terhadap sistem penghargaan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik karyawan serta elemen-elemen non-moneter, sebagai langkah untuk meningkatkan motivasi produktivitas karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran teknik pemasaran daring dalam membantu pencapaian ekspor UMKM melalui teknik deskriptif kualitatif yang terutama didasarkan pada kajian pustaka. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran daring, yang terdiri dari media sosial, e-commerce, dan search engine optimization (SEO), secara drastis melengkapi daya saing UMKM di pasar global. Teknik-teknik ini memungkinkan UMKM untuk memperluas jaringan pasar dengan biaya rendah, meningkatkan visibilitas produk, dan menjangkau konsumen internasional dengan tepat. Namun, implementasi yang sukses memerlukan literasi digital yang lebih maju, dukungan infrastruktur, dan peraturan pemerintah yang mendukung digitalisasi UMKM. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan strategis bagi UMKM, pemerintah, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk membangun lingkungan digital yang membantu pertumbuhan ekspor UMKM, yang berkontribusi lebih drastis terhadap perekonomian Nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and product quality on purchasing decisions for Skintific products at TikTokShop Medan. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted on 200 respondents who had purchased Skintific products through TikTokShop. Data were collected through an online questionnaire covering the variables of live streaming, product quality, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to evaluate the relationship between variables and test the research model. The results showed that both live streaming and product quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Live streaming was found to have a stronger impact, indicating the importance of real-time interaction and product demonstration in influencing consumer decisions. Product quality was also shown to be an important factor, emphasizing that consumers still consider the intrinsic aspects of the product even in the context of online shopping

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah terdapat pengaruh simultan penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero) ULP Perbaungan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero) ULP Perbaungan. Untuk mengetahui penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero) ULP Perbaungan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun secara parsial hanya pengalaman kerja yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
