Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of company size, and leverage against tax aggressiveness on automotive companies registered with IDX. So that the problems in this study do not extend, then this paper raises the topic of the burden of corporate size, and leverage against tax aggressiveness. This research is limited to automotive companies registered with IDX. In this study, the sampled companies are automotof sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is from 2015-2018. The population in this study amounted to 5 companies. To determine the sample size that can represent the population, the selection of samples using purposive sampling method, namely as many as 5 companies This research approach is an associative approach with quantitative data types. The testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of testing and analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of tax returns on tax aggressivity, leverage has no significant effect on tax aggression, and the influence of corporate size and leverage silmutan on tax aggression on automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The work infrastructure is provided by the company for its employees as working facilities. It is compulsory to the company to facilitate the employees to carry out their daily operational activities. The welfare is also one of the means given by the company to its employees aiming at maintaining and improving their physical and mental condition so that they can work better, more skill and productive. Based on this view the study was conducted to see further how the is the influence of facilities and welfare to the employees’ work motivation. This research was conducted at PT. East Jaya Coldstorage Medan using quantitative method involving a number of sample which is 67 people. The data obtained through questionnaire is analyzed through multiple linear regression approach. The result R Square for Y (employee work motivation) is 0.482, and it means that it is significant for variable Y (employee work motivation) and it is influenced by variable X1 (facility) and variable X2 (welfare). In other words, simultaneously the influence of facility (Xl) and welfare (X2) to variable Y (employee work motivation) is 48.2% and the rest is 51.8% determined by other variables beyond the contribution of this research. Similarly, based on partial analysis, it shows that t value which is obtained by 1,937 and this value is significant at a = 0,5% indicating that each variable (X1 and X2) gives effect to the independent variable (Y).

Abstract

PT. Dutagriya sarana Medan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Jasa SDM di Indonesia, merupakan pilihan yang tepat sebagai mitra bisnis dan memiliki reputasi untuk pengalaman dan telah mengelola ribuan pekerja di berbagai daerah di seluruh Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan juga harus ditingkatkan setiap hari. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, karyawan harus memiliki pengetahuan dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka, karyawan harus meningkatkan rutinitas sehari-hari di perusahaan, karyawan harus bergairah dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan mereka di perusahaan dan datang tepat waktu. Dalam hal ini, penelitian menghubungkan pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan semangat kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini adalah studi menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden dengan mengambil sampel 60 responden sebagai subyek studi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah validitas dan uji keandalan, tes normalitas, uji heterosyndiciditas, tes Multikolinearitas, beberapa analisis regresi linier, tes parsial (t test), tes simultan (f test) dan koefisien penentuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pengalaman kerja variabel dan semangat kerja secara simultan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Dutagriya sarana Medan dengan nilai f-Count f-Table ( 38,147 3,13) dengan nilai yang signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Pengalaman kerja variabel sebagian memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Dutagriya sarana Medan dengan nilai t-Count t-Table (6.001 2.002) dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Variabel moral sebagian memiliki efek positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan di PT. Dutagriya sarana Medan dengan nilai yang dihitung t-Table (5.556 2.002) dengan nilai yang signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai R Square adalah 0,572, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 57,2% dari variabel kinerja karyawan di PT. Dutagriya sarana Medan dapat dijelaskan dengan pengalaman kerja dan variabel moral kerja, sedangkan sisanya 42,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang dipelajari.

Abstract

This paper is to discuss about the influence of work facilities and work environment to employees’ work spirit at the company namely Sumatera Utara Bank (PT. SUMUT Bank) Medan. This research is a quantitative research and employing questionnaire as instrument in data collection. A number of samples are 30 persons who are employees of the Bank, and are 10 % of the population (300 persons). The phenomenon in this research indicates that inadequate work facility and work environment can decrease employee’s morale or work spirit, and hence, lacking of productivity, ineffective and less achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work facilities and work environment partially and simultaneously to employees’ morale or employees’ work spirit at PT. SUMUT Bank-Medan. The data analysis is using statistical approach such as multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determinant coefficient which are processed by using SPSS Version 20. The research result shows that multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 14,644 + 0,049 X1 + 0,640 X2. While, t test for work facility to employees’ work spirit is obtained equal to 0,021. This means that work facilities on employees’ work spirit is not significant, whereas, t test for work environment to employee’sspirit is obtained equal to 2,616. It means that the work environment to employees’ spirit is significant. The calculation of F test which is 4.217 indicating that work facilities and work environment give a positive and significant effect on employees’work spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The number of sampling in this study was 30 people. The sample is taken using total sampling where the sampling technique is the same as the population. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interview, documentation studies, and quantitative method. The resultshowed thet emotional intelligenceshas a positive and significant effect on employee perfomence, a emotional intelligence and Spiritual intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on emplayee performence.

Abstract

Problem of this study is how influence of   emotional maturity on employee’s performance. How influence of quality of  work life on employee’s performance. How influence of job motivation on employee’s performance. How influence    emotional maturity, quality of  work life and job motivation on employee’s performance.  The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of   emotional maturity on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of quality of  work life on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job motivation on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  emotional maturity, quality of  work life and job motivation on employee’s performance. Sample in the study is 48  employee’s. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study indicate  emotional maturity variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.  Quality of  work life variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.  Emotional maturity, quality of  work life and job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.

Abstract

What is influence of     quality of work life  on performance. What is influence of  job motivation on  performance. What is influence   emotional maturity,  emotional intellegence,   quality of work life  and   job motivation on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of emotional maturity on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of     emotional intellegence on  performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate   emotional maturity  has a positive and significant effect on performance.    Emotional intellegence has a positive and significant effect on performance.  Quality of work life   has a positive and significant effect on   performance.  Job motivation  has a positive and significant effect on performance. Emotional maturity,   emotional intellegence,   quality of work life  and job motivation  has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

 The study is to investigate the effect of fixed asset turnover, debt to total assets ratio and current ratio to return on assets both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative  explanatory descriptive. Pusposive sampling technique was used to generate sample from the population and it was involved 10 companies of Sub Sector Crude Petrolum and Natural Prod which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Period 2012-2017. The method of data collection was taken from relevant time series of Indonesia Stock Exchange documentation and it was analyzed by using multiple linear regression, test coefficient of determination, partial test and simultaneous test. Abstract

The Formulation of this research is how the leader of the policy of leadership, cynicism and quality of working life on the performance of The Main Officer Of The Navy XIII Tarakan in North Kalimantan, and the purpose of this research is to know and analyze the policy of leadership, cynicism and quality of work life on the performance of The Main Base Officers Of The Navy XIII Tarakan North Kalimantan . This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, inquiry lists and documentation studies. The samples in this study were as many as 96 employees. Variables are measured at Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The Results of the test in unison showed that the policy of leadership, cynicism and the quality of work life showed a very noticeable influence on the performance of the employee performance of the Navy XIII Tarakan North Kalimantan with a value of Fcount 37,914 Ftable 2.70 and significance value of 0.000b. Adjusted number of R Square by 0. 538 or (53.8%) indicates that the percentage of contributions influenced by independent variables (leadership policy, cynicism and quality of work life) on dependent variables (employee performance) of 53.8%. Partially, the leadership policy has a positive effect on the employee performance of The Navy XIII Tarakan North Kalimantan with a value of tcount ttable (6,447 1,984) and a significance value of 0. 000. Cynicism has a negative and insignificant effect on the employee performance of The Navy XIII Tarakan North Kalimantan with a value of tcount ttable (-5,315 1,984) and a significance value of 0. 000. The quality of working life has a positive and significant impact on employee performance of The Navy XIII Tarakan North Kalimantan with a value of tcount ttable (6,100 1,984) and a significance value of 0. 000. The highest value of a regression coefficient is leadership policy (X1) of 0. 467 or 46.7% and is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the main base officer of The Navy XIII Tarakan North Kalimantan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the problem how is the influence of work ability, employee maturity, loyalty and work discipline partially and concurrently on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat? Research objectives: To determine the effect of work ability, employee maturity, loyalty and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of work ability, employee maturity, loyalty and work discipline partially and jointly on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat Jalan Jalan Asrama No. 7-A, Medan, with a population of 88 people, and a study sample of 86 people. Based on the analysis results obtained work ability have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (4,813 1,989) at n = 86 at 95% significance level. Employee maturity has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Primary Tax Service Office of Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (1,646 1,989) at n = 86 at 95% significance level. Loyalty has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (0,382 1,989) at n = 86 with a significant level of 95%. Work discipline has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (4,112 1,989) at n = 86 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count F table (24,154 2,48) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work ability, employee maturity and loyalty on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.
