Abstract

OCB is often interpreted as behavior that exceeds formal obligations (extra roles) that are not related to direct compensation. However, some permanent employees of the Medan Puskesmas Bromo seemed to be united with their work, even though they were in accordance with their educational background. Some important factors that can increase OCB include commitment, competence, and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of commitment, competence, and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were permanent employees of Puskesmas Bromo totaling 35people and the sample of this study was a saturated sample (census). Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed first that commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, secondly that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, thirdly that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, fourthly that commitment, competence and Organizational culture has a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of the  Employee Medan Puskesman Bromo

Abstract

The ability of company in maximizing human resources will have an impact on increasing employee motivation in working. Work motivation is a willingness to achieve organizational goals that are influenced by the ability of the business to satisfy some individual needs or a psychological process that takes place in the interaction between different personalities-different to meet the needs as a human. This process produces a drive of willpower and a desire to act through decisions. The formulation of this research problem is the influence of Self Actualization and Employee Placement, either partially or simultaneously to the Motivation Employees in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The population of this study is all employees who work in the company. The samples taken in this study were 86 people. Data were collected using observations and questionnaires. The data were tested by using the validity and reliability test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, ujit t, F test, and coefficient of determination. This study concludes that based on partial and simultaneous test results, self actualization and employee placement affect the motivation. The ability of self-actualization and employee placement in explaining motivation is 93.3% while the rest of 6.7% is explained by other factors not included in this research model.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya tingkat penjualan KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) binaan BDC Kota Medan karena kurangannya pelatihan dan pengembangan usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh KSM binaan BDC Kota Medan yang berjumlah 126 KSM dan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 40 KSM yang dijadikan responden (25%) dari populasi. Data diperoleh melalui data KSM, data perpustakaan dan literatur-literatur. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan penulis melalui wawancara (interview), penyebaran kuisioner  dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi secara simultan atas pelatihan dan pengembangan usaha secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) binaan BDC kota Medan, yaitu dengan nilai Fhitung Ftabel (18,536 3,240 ). Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel bebas pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) binaan BDC kota Medan yaitu dengan nilai thitung ttabel (4,6321,687). Sementara variabel bebas pengembangan usaha berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan yaitu dengan nilai thitung ttabel (2,9421,687).

Abstract

This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) that aims to remind the ability to solve the problem of Pythagoras Dalil material through problem solving learning model in grade VIII-4 students of SMP Negeri 1 Sei Bingai Year 2017-2018. The subjects in this study were grade VIII-4 students in the 2017-2018 school year totaling 36 students. Male and female students as many as 19 students and 17 students. This research was conducted as many as 2 cycles. Each cycle is held as many as 2 meetings. This research uses qualitative research method with research model from Kemmis and Taggart, where the research design consists of planning activities, implementation (action), observation (observe), and reflection (reflection). Research data sources are primary data (observation and documentation) and secondary data (Pustaka studies). Data collection techniques using observation techniques and documentation with data collection instruments are test instruments of essay questions and observation sheets of student and teacher activities. The results of the data analysis showed that through the use of problem solving learning models, the ability to solve the story of grade VIII-4 students of SMP Negeri 1 Sei Bingai has improved in each cycle. In the initial cycle, the students who received the "Excellent" category and the "Good" category were all 12 students (34%). Then in cycle I increased, students with the category "Excellent" and category "Good" were all 31 students (86%) up to cycle II, the students who received the "Excellent" category and the "Good" category were all 33 students (92%). Based on these acquisitions, it can be concluded that the use of problem solving learning models can improve the ability to solve student story problems in the subjects of mathematics material Dalil Pythagoras.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan in 2015 to 2017 using Du Pont's analysis.By using the Du Pont analysis method, it can find out: 1) the development of Net Profit Margin from 2015-2017, 2) the development of Total Asset Turn Over from 2015-2017, 3) the development of Return on Investment from 2015-2017. The analysis of Du Pont System analyzes health which includes the level of efficiency of asset use and measuring the level of profit on the sale of products produced by PT. Perkeunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan.Financial performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, which is measured by ROI analysis using the Du Pont System method, is still not good. This can be seen from the assessment of the Du Pont System elements, namely NPM which is not efficient for three years, namely 2015 with 33% NPM, TATO 0.40 times, ROI 13.2%, 2016 NPM 15%, TATO 0, 13 times, ROI of 1.95%, 2017 results of NPM 20%, TATO 0.12 times, ROI of 2.4%. And the ROI value that always goes up and down where the value of ROI in 2016 has decreased from the value of 2015, then in 2017 has increased.

Abstract

The problems is influence influence between work environment, work stress and motivation on the performance of janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi. Where proposed three independent variables and one independent variable, namely the work environment (X1), work stress (X2) and motivation (X3) and performance (Y1) as the dependent variable. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work environment, work stress and motivation on the performance of janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi. The study was  a quantitative study using survey methods. Subjects were study were janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi with 100 respondents. Validity and Reliability is performed to see validity of the study questionnaire was valid or not. T test performed to determine whether the independent variable partially has a significant influence on the dependent variable and the F test is performed to determine whether the independent variable simultaneously has a significant influence on the dependent variable. The results showed :  (1) Work environment variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi by 0.506 or 50.60%, (2) Work stress variables had a positive but not significant effect on the performance of janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi by 0.169 or 16.90%, (3) the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi by 0.364 or 36.40%  and (4) the variable of work environment, work stress and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance janitors at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Dairi by 60.90%, while the remaining 39.10% is influenced by other factors not examined

Abstract

The problems in this research are: How is the influence of communication, supervision and discipline partially and concurrently on the productivity of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat? Research objectives: To determine the effect of communication, supervision and discipline partially and simultaneously on the productivity of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat. The hypothesis proposed is: There is a significant effect of communication, supervision and discipline partially and jointly on the productivity of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat Jalan Ahmad Yani Rantau Prapat 21415, with a population of 124 people, and a study sample of 95 people. Based on the analysis results obtained communication have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (3,162 1,661) at n = 95 at 95% significance level. Supervision has a positif and significant effect on the productivity of employees work of the Primary Tax Service Office of Rantau Prapat, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (2,613 1,661) at n = 95 at 95% significance level. Discipline has a positif and significant effect on the productivity of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat, this is supported by an analysis of t count -table (5,190 1,661) at n = 95 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count F table (37,813 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of communication, supervision and discipline on the productivity of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Rantau Prapat . Abstract

The increase in the price of subsidized fuel oil by Rp 2,000 per liter can increase inflation to a higher level. This issue was responded by telecommunication entrpreneurs such as PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) which perceives that this condition can affect their financial performance as additional cost and this can reduce profits.To support future expansion and strategy, Indosat Ooredoo will continue to increase the number of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) to improve services to customers. The total number of Indosat Ooredoo BTSs at the end of 2017 was 61,357, the number of Indosat Ooredoo cellular customers in 2017 reached 110.2 million, but Indosat's revenue decreased from 15 trillion to 11 trillion in 2018. Nevertheless this study is to investigate whether the number of customers and the number of networks give influence to inflation in Indonesia. This study uses microeconomics theory and management relate to inflation, customers and investment. The method was a quantitative approach using secondary and numerical data in the form of a time series; journal, previous research results and other relevant reading resources to this study. The dependent variable is inflation while the independent variables are the number of customers and the number of investation of Base Transceiver Stations/Network Investment.  This study uses Eviews 10 while the results of this study that the number of customers as well as network investment respectively has a negative and insignificant influences to inflation.  The increase in the price of subsidized fuel oil by Rp 2,000 per liter can increase inflation to a higher level. Abstract

The superiority of a nation is no longer based on natural resources alone, but on the excellence of human resources, one of which is educators who are able to answer challenges very quickly. Education is basically an effort to develop human resources, although efforts to develop human resources are not only carried out through education, especially formal education or schools, but until now, education is still seen as a means and vehicle for developing human resources that is carried out systematically , programmatic, and tiered. Discipline is an attitude, behavior and actions that are in accordance with company regulations both written and unwritten. The regulation in question includes absenteeism, slow entry, and quick return of employees. So this is an indisciplinary attitude that needs to be addressed properly by the management (School). Many interpret this discipline when employees always come and go home on time. That opinion is only one of the demands of management. Therefore, discipline can be interpreted as written or unwritten behavior. From the results of the identification of the problems above, the following problems can be formulated: How does Discipline influence Teacher Satisfaction in SMPN I Payet's Aceh Tamiang District. Performance = 10.868 C +, 227 X1 +, 090 X2 +, 402 X3 Based on the results of the equation, the following explanation can be described: Constant value of 10.868 means that if the overall value of the variable (SinismeX1, Emotional IntelligenceX2, Work StressX3) increases respectively of 1a, the value of Performance (Y) will rise to 10.868. The value of the Cynic coefficient of 0.227 means that if the value of Cynicism increases by 1a, the value of performance will also increase by 0.227. Positive coefficient value means that Cynicism has a positive influence on Performance. The value of the Emotional Intelligence coefficient of 0.090 means that if the Emotional Intelligence value increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.090. A positive coefficient value means that Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on Performance. The value of the Job Stress coefficient of 0.402 means that if the value of Job Stress rises by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.402. A positive coefficient value gives the meaning that Job Stress gives a positive influence on Performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Does the training have a positive and significant effect on performance. Does the HR audit have a positive and significant effect on performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on performance. To find out and analyze training on performance. To find out and analyze the human resources audit on performance. The sample in this study amounted to 97 employees. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study explain that the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Training variables have a positive and significant effect on performance. HR audit variables have a positive and significant effect on performance.
