Abstract

Employee job achievement is one of the important factors to know the overall performance of the institution is doing well, to improve employee job achievement is influenced by various factors. This research aims to find the effect of training, work experience and human resources competency on job achievement. Various obstacles factors to improve employee job achievement should be able to known by institution as a whole in improving employees job achievement. This method of study used samples of 73 civil servants at Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The data used is the data of the employees and institutions in the year 2020. For data processing, the author uses SPSS software version 26. As for the results of this study, demonstrated Training and Human Resources Competency has significant positive impact on Job Achievement, while Work Experience has no effect on Employee Job Achievement at Medan Aviation Polytechnic. Based on multiple linear regression test results, t test (partial) based on significance value 0.05, Training (X1) Sig value 0.031 0.05; Work Experience (X2) Sig 0550 0.05; and Human Resource Competency of Sig value 0.000 0.05. Based on t count value and t table value, Training (X1) of t count value 2,200 1,994; Work Experience (X2) value t count 0601 1,994 and Human Resource Competency of t count value 6,053 1,994. The test result F (simultaneous) based on the value of Sig 0.05, the calculation result of the independent variable (X) of the sig 0.000 value 0.05 states the independent variable (X) has a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (Y). F (simultaneous) test results are based on the f count and t table values, the independent variable (X) is simultaneously affected by the dependent variable (Y) with the value F 38.485 2.74. Based on great influence (%) independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y) large impact of the Independent (X) variable is 62.6%. And the rest is influenced by other variables that are not researched by the author. To improve job achievement of employees, Medan Aviation Polytechnic, need to increase the number of training and improve existing human resource competency, because these two variables have an influence on the job achievement of employees at Medan Aviation Polytechnic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get empirical evidence whether the work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction have an influence to the employees’ performance at PT. Fumindo Abdi Lestari-Medan. The sample of the study is 35 employees from population which is 40 employees at PT. Fumindo Abdi Lestari-Medan. The software program of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 2.00 is used to analyze data gained from questionnaire. The result shows that the work environment has a significant positive effect to the employees’ performance and job satisfaction as well at PT. Fumindo Abdi Lestari Medan with value of R2 equal to 0.925 or 92%. Hence, the model can be used for estimation activity or in decision of company to improve employees’ performance. Partially, the value of coefficient value of variables whose value is different from one to another is the working environment which is 0.953. While work discipline is 0.032 and Job satisfaction is that of 0.086 which is the value of the independent variable will affect the value of performance of change at times with the coefficient value

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of leadership on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang BulanThe sample in this research amounted to 31 employees. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The research result of this research explain that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This paper is part of the research that investigates the effect of trademark and product distribution on consumer purchasing decisions. The research was conducted at PT. Ria Tirta Makmur Medan and focused on selling Fren'O branded drinking water that is considered less well known in the market and has been a lot of complaining from consumers as indicated by previous research. This study is a quantitative and explanatory descriptive study involving 150 people as a population and 109 people as samples which is performed through the Slovin formula. The method of data collection is through the questioner as the main instrument, while interviews and documents are also used as a complement. Statistical data is processed through multiple regression analysis and the result of the research indicates that trademark and product distribution simultaneously have positive and significant influence to consumer purchasing decision. Partially variable of trademark (brand) and product distribution each has positive and significant influence to consumer purchasing decision, and simultaneously, trademark and product distribution variables give effective contribution equal to 76% to purchasing decision. In conclusion, simultaneously and partially trademark and product distribution significantly influence Fren'O drinking water purchase decision at PT. Ria Tirta Makmur-Medan.

Abstract

Sebagai asosiasi jasa konstruksi, GAPENSI menyelenggarakan program-program pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi anggota serta memberikan berbagai informasi terkini tentang produk, teknologi konstruksi dan peluang pasar untuk anggotanya.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1), gaya komunikasi (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai (Y)di BPD GAPENSI SUMUT.Dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel secara total sampling, maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang yaitu seluruh populasi.Sumber data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan menyebar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, gaya komunikasi, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan Fhitung 20.842 Ftabel  2.81 dan nilai signifikansi 0.05. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai di BPD GAPENSI SUMUT

Abstract

Every company must have a desire to be successful in marketing all products, both goods and services. This success can be achieved by setting the cost price correctly. Product is one element of the marketing mix in addition to the other three elements (price, distribution, and promotion). Marketing information system is a set of information elements that have been prepared, arranged systematically to become a complete data in order to fulfill / support the activities of the organization and managers in general. From the description above, the authors formulate the problem: "The influence of product quality and marketing information systems on increasing demand at PT Wahana Trans Lestari Medan". Based on the value of the F test, it is obtained that Fcount (Fh) = 16.945 this value is then consulted with Ftable, based on the dk of the numerator = k and dk of the denominator = (n-k-1). Then obtained F table = 3.30. These results indicate that the calculated F is greater than the F table, which is 16.945 3.30, so the multiple correlation coefficient tested is significant. It can be seen that the percentage of influence between the independent variable (x1) is product quality and the independent variable (x2) is the marketing information system with the dependent variable (y) on the increase in demand at PT. Wahana Trans Lestari Medan is 51.4% while 48.6% is influenced by other factors. It takes a certain section that specifically manages everything regarding information to serve the information needs of operating activities so that a truly effective specialization of the information section will be created. Plans for the development of an integrated marketing information system in the future need to be realized immediately and the existing computer capacity fully utilized, this can be beneficial for increasing market demand.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this study is how intrinsic motivation affects the employee's career planning. How to influence professional commitment to employee career planning. How to influence intrinsic motivation towards employee performance. How to influence the profession commitment to employee performance. How to influence the profession commitment to employee performance. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation towards employee career planning. To know and analyze the influence of professional commitment to employee career planning. To know and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation to employee performance. To know and analyze the influence of professional commitment to employee performance. To know and analyze the influence of professional commitment to employee performance. The samples in this study amounted to 82 employees. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and track analysis (path analysis).The results of this study explained that the direct influence of the intrinsic motivation variable towards employee career planning is 0.123. The direct influence of the profession commitment to career planning officers amounted to 0.338. Direct influence of intrinsic motivation variable to employee performance of 0.273. Direct influence of professional commitment variable to 0.518 employee performance. Direct influence of career planning variables to employee performance of 0.273. The indirect influence of the motivation variable is intrinsic to performance through employee career planning of 0.074. Effect of indirect variables of the profession commitment to performance through employee career planning of 0.141. The total effect of an intrinsic motivation for variable performance through employee career planning is 0.347. The total effect of a professional variable commitment to performance through employee career planning is 0.791.

Abstract

Formulation of problems in this study is how the influence of leadership on employee work motivation, how competency influences employee work motivation, how leadership influences employee performance, how competency influences employee performance and how work motivation affects employee performance in the Ministry of Religious Affairs North Padang Lawas Regency. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership on employee work motivation, the influence of competence on employee work motivation, the influence of leadership on employee performance, the influence of competence on employee performance and the influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Ministry of Religious Affairs North Padang Lawas Regency.This research is a descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, lists of questions and documentation studies. samples in the study amounted to all employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs North Padang Lawas Regency as many as 68 people. This study has three exogenous variables namely leadership (X1), competence (X2) and motivation (X3) and one endogenous variable namely employee performance (Y). Path analysis is used to look at the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables through other exogenous variables and measure the direct and indirect influence of a variable on other variables. After conducting normality and homogeneity test, this research was continued by doing path analysis.  There is a positive and significant influence between the leadership on the motivation at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Padang Lawas. Based on the results of the path analysis obtained a calculated t value of 2,052 at a significance of 0.044. There is a positive and significant influence between competencies on motivation at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Padang Lawas. Based on the results of the track analysis obtained a calculated t value of 2,872 at a significance of 0.006. There is a positive and significant influence between the leadership on the performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Padang Lawas. Based on the results of the track analysis obtained a calculated t value of 2,892 at a significance of 0.005. There is a positive and significant influence between competencies on performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Padang Lawas. Based on the results of the path analysis obtained a calculated t value of 3,332 at a significance of 0.001. Based on the results of the track analysis obtained t calculated value of 3,489 at a significance of 0.001, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation to the performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs North Padang Lawas..

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims at determining the effect of brand image and consumer behavior on the purchase decision at PT. Sinar Gemilang Perdana Mandiri Medan. This is a quantitative descriptive research with 300 costumers as population and 171 respondens as sample of the research. The Slovin technique is used to determine a number of samples while random sampling technique is for distribution of the quistionnaires to respondens.  The Multiple linier regression is used to analyze the data collection which the formula shows that Y = 5,887 + 0,338 X1 + 0,253 X2+ e. The results shows that the value of tcount on variable brand image (X1) of 7.171 with significance 0.000. Because 7.171 1.65392 and 0.000 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Partially, the brand image variable (X1) has a significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y) at PT. Sinar Gemilang Perdana Mandiri Medan. The value of tcount on consumer behavior variable (X2) is 4.933 with significance 0.000. Because 4.933 1.65392 and 0.000 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Partially, consumer behavior variable (X2) has a significant effect on purchase decision variable (Y) at PT.Sinar Gemilang Perdana Mandiri Medan. The value of Fcount (66.040) is greater than Ftable (3.05) and Sig. (0.000) is smaller than = 5% (0.05). This indicates that the research results reject H0 and accept H3 thus brand image (X1) and consumer behavior (X2) simultaneously have significant effect on purchase decision (Y) at PT.Sinar Gemilang Perdana Mandiri Medan. The result of determination coefficient test shows that 44% variation of purchase decision variable can be explained by variation of brand image variable and consumer behavior.
