Abstract

Sufism is purifying the heart from dealing with other beings, abandoning natural qualities, suppressing human qualities, avoiding physical temptations, taking on various spiritual qualities, reminding oneself of the natural sciences, truly believing in God and following the prophetic law. Muhammad, PBUH. Meanwhile, Al-Qusyairi stated that Sufism is taking the essence and giving up everything that creatures have.Al Kattani said that Sufism is morals, that is, leaving bad things behind and being decorated with the main things. Sufism emphasizes the state of mind and soul as well as outward behavior in worshiping submission to Allah Almighty. Other understandings of Sufism seem to seek knowledge of reality, enlightenment, or gnosis (ma'rifat). Meanwhile, the way to reach ma'rifat to Allah SWT. in Sufism it is called tarekat which means the way to Allah SWT. Meanwhile, people who take the tarekat to reach Allah SWT. called salik and likened to a traveler. Therefore, the tarekat is an integral part of Sufism activities that develops a distinctive educational system in which inner issues are the most dominant activity. In subsequent developments, the word Sufism can also be interpreted specifically as a spiritual path (tarekat). This is essentially a practical method of guiding a person in a particular way of thinking, feeling and acting. Then came a Sufi figure named Al-Ghazali, he saw the conflict wanted to immediately reduce the conflict. Al-Ghazali only fully accepts Sufism based on the Koran and hadith and aims at a simple life, purification of the soul and moral cultivation. On the other hand, he gave sharp criticism to philosophers, such as the Mu'tazilah and Batiniyah. And finally Al-Ghazali succeeded in introducing the principles of moderate Sufism. So that in this century philosophical Sufism began to sink. The history of the development of philosophical Sufism reappeared in the 6th century Hijriyah. Keyword: Development, Thought, Philosopy

Abstract

Covid 19 has impact on the world economy without exception for Indonesia. Banks have the most important role in the economy and have also felt a huge impact with the corona virus that broke out at the end of 2019. This caused the economic sector, including banking, to think about how to survive the conditions of Covid 19 which were hitting. Islamic banking establishes new policies in order to continue to exist in this very worrying condition. This type of research is a library research with qualitative data analysis. The results showed that there was a decline in several aspects experienced by Islamic banking, including an increase in the NPF, decrease in customers applying for financing and decrease in demand for Islamic bank products. For this reason, Islamic banks decided to establish a new strategy in facing the new normal during the pandemic. Several strategies that must be carried out in order to survive in this new normal era include restructuring financing, spurring growth by selecting businesses that are still developing, digitizing banking services, providing assistance to UMKM players, and making innovations both in terms of services and products. Keywords: Islamic banking strategy, new normal era, covid 19.

Abstract

The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 22. The linear regression results are Y = 3.505 - 0.092X1 + 0.819X2. From the t test of the mudharabah financing variable, it produces tcount -0.356 ttable 2.0047 and a significance value of 0.732 0.05. Then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no influence of the mudharabah financing variable (X1) on the return on equity (Y) variable.Musyarakah financing resulted in tcount 3.179 ttable 2.0047 and a significance value of 0.002 0.05. So Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant positive influence on the variable of musyarakah financing (X2) on the return on equity (Y).F test obtained Fcount 143.348 Ftable 3.16 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, Indonesians are required to be educated, meaning they are required to master various things and abilities. To be able to provide and improve abilities is to go to school or enter an educational institution. But unfortunately not all Indonesians can enjoy this education due to limited financial capacity. This is a serious problem in the development of the world of education in Indonesia. In order to fulfill the citizens' rights as mentioned above, the Central Government and Regional Governments are obliged to provide services and facilities and ensure the implementation of this education without any discrimination. The Central Government and Regional Governments are obliged to guarantee the availability of funds to provide education for every citizen, at least for citizens aged seven to fifteen years. One of the goals of the government of the Republic of Indonesia which is stated in the fourth paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, namely protecting the entire Indonesian nation and all Indonesian blood, advancing public welfare, educating the nation's life and participating in implementing world order based on independence, eternal peace and social justice (in bold and underlined by the author). The consequence that must be borne by the state by including the word "the intellectual life of the nation" is that the state, in this case the government, must have a high commitment in the provision and implementation of proper and quality education in order to produce quality and moral Indonesian human resources. The nine-year compulsory education program has turned out to be only good on paper, but has problems in its implementation. Although the government has provided school operational assistance (BOS) for basic education, in practice there are still schools that collect various fees which of course are burdensome for parents, especially for poor families.Keyword: Education Financing, Taxation System, Education Taxation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the urgency of education and literacy of waqf in the Musthofawiyah Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding schools are one of the official institutions of Islamic education in Indonesia, as a place to study religious knowledge in understanding Islamic law in kaffah. Waqf as Islamic law is also studied at the pesantren but the problems encountered are education and literacy of waqf is very minimal, even almost It is not understood by the Santri except only understanding the general definition and the law alone, there is no contemporary waqf literacy as material in exploring the history, benefits and developments of success in managing waqf in accordance with the mandate of the law. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. And as for the results of this study is that education and literacy of waqf in the Mustofawiyah Islamic boarding school is very minimal, because the material of waqf is only obtained during additional recitation outside the classroom. Teachers do not understand the development of contemporary waqf, Santri do not get waqf literacy in the library as reading material in understanding contemporary waqf. The impact of the lack of knowledge of waqf is that there is no awareness of waqf and the willingness to do waqf, so that in Musthofawiyah there is no waqf movement. In this case, with the birth of the Indonesian Waqf Movement (GERAKIN), it is hoped that there will be cooperation with boarding school in the development of waqf education and literacy and become one of the curricula in the pesantren so that what the government hopes for the community to understand waqf departs from these students as social beings who will be in direct contact with the community through their preaching, in this case education and literacy of waqf is very important in Islamic boarding school to support the program of the Indonesian waqf body and the implementation of the boarding school as an official institution to carry out the mandate of the law on waqf. Keywords: Education Urgency, Waqf literacy in Islamic boarding schools
