Abstract

The development of religion and morality in early childhood is the foundation for guidance and direction. However, the facts show that there are still many parents and educators who still need information about knowledge regarding how to form Islamic morals in early childhood. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to find concepts to shape religious character in early childhood. This study aims to examine the concept of moral formation in early childhood with the perspective of Islamic educational values. The type of research method used is literature. The results of this study are to find four that form the basis of the concept of forming Islamic morals in early childhood. First, providing guidance in a positive direction. Second, set an example of good behavior and ethics. Third, the habit of doing good deeds. Finally, parental supervision in controlling children towards Islamic educational values.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dan komunikasi seperti Internet telah membuka peluang baru untuk berdakwah. Pendekatan ini dilihat sebagai wadah penting untuk berkomunikasi antara da'i dan mad'u, memudahkan pendakwah menyampaikan mesej dan nasihat agama kepada anak muda. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial boleh mengakses pelbagai input yang berguna. Secara tidak langsung, ia boleh memberi kesan positif kepada politik, ekonomi, sosial dan kehidupan pendidikan dalam sesebuah negara. Namun begitu, platform ini masih dilihat sebagai satu cabaran untuk menyebarkan ilmu agama kepada masyarakat, kerana penggunaan Internet tidak dapat menyekat unsur-unsur negatif daripada penggunanya dengan begitu banyak. Pada masa yang sama, dakwah di era revolusi industri 4.0 juga menyaksikan cabaran dari sudut nilai Islam yang terhakis akibat kecanggihan teknologi atau ‘dunia tanpa sempadan', anak-anak kurang menghormati ibu bapa, dan ada yang berpandangan bahawa budaya menuntut ilmu kurang ketara kerana terdapatnya maklumat di internet dan media sosial. Oleh itu, artikel ini cuba untuk mengenal pasti gaya kepimpinan yang sesuai dalam menghadapi cabaran mad’u dalam era revolusi industri 4.0. Kajian yang dibuat dalam artikel ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif dengan menganalisis kandungan berkaitan tajuk yang dibuat. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa dalam mendepani cabaran mad’u dalam era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah perlu mengekalkan kesahihan maklumat tentang Islam, mempertahan keintelektualan dan kewibawaan pendakwah dan melahirkan pendakwah yang celik teknologi. Kesimpulannya, pendakwah perlu arif dengan teknologi baharu dan media sosial agar dapat mengikuti arus dan perkembangan semasa berdakwah dan bijak dalam menjawab persoalan-persoalan yang ditimbulkan oleh mad’u.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implications of applying ushul lughawiyah principles to understanding the verses of the Qur’an about the economy. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through the analysis of various literature related to ushul lughawiyah principles and verses of the Qur’an about economics. The results of the research show that the application of ushul lughawiyah principles in understanding the verses of the Qur’an about the economy has important implications for understanding the meaning and messages contained in these verses. The ushul lughawiyah rule helps in identifying the meanings contained in the verses of the Qur’an about the economy and explains how these verses can be applied in a modern economic context. Some of the rules of ushul lughawiyah that are relevant in this context include the rules of takrir al-ma’ani, the rules of al-taqsir, the rules of al-istishab, the rules of al-istihsan, and the rules of al-mafhum. Through the application of these principles, important meanings can be identified in the verses of the Qur’an about the economy, such as the importance of investing, avoiding usury, maintaining equality in trade, and doing good in business. In conclusion, the application of ushul lughawiyah rules has important implications for understanding the verses of the Qur’an about the economy. Abstract

Contracts are often a problem for workers. Which usually often occurs friction between parties from employers and workers due to its subordinative nature. The weak position of workers in work agreements means that many workers do not get their rights as they should as stipulated in Law no. 13 of 2003 regarding employment. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze how the work contract is based on an Islamic view. This study uses library research methods using reference sources from books and various journals and other scientific works which are certainly relevant to the theme. The results of this study are work contracts (outsourcing) according to Islam are the same as ijarah. This means that the relationship between the outsourcing company and its workers is established in the form of an ijarah. Because, the four schools of thought, Hanafiah, Syafi'iyah, Malikiyah, and Hanafiyah define the concept of ijarah by making the property of something beneficial for a certain time with a replacement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The perception of the Pontianak City Muslim community towards halal certification in food products; 2) The impact of halal certification on Muslim consumers decisions in buying food products. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. The primary data in this study are Muslim consumers from various sub-districts in Pontianak City. Secondary data was obtained from books, research journals, articles and documents related to this research. The results obtained from this study include: 1) The perceptions of Muslim consumers in Pontianak City who studied halal certification were very good. They already know the information regarding the halal certification issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Most Muslim consumers in the city of Pontianak state that halal certification of food products is very important. 2) The impact felt by Muslim consumers in the city of Pontianak after seeing halal certification for a food product includes feeling safe, calm, and not hesitating to consume the product because halal certification for a food product has gone through trials and a very long process to prove halal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the agricultural sector and harvest area on economic growth and how economic growth is in the perspective of Islamic economics. The data used are time series from 1998-2020 published by BPS. The results showed that the agricultural sector and harvest area had a negative and significant effect on economic growth in North Aceh Regency. Economic growth in Islam does not only focus on the welfare of the world but includes welfare in the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

The increasingly widespread changes in mentality and morality in students today are due to internal and external factors so that these students lack self-awareness when they commit bad deeds against those around them. This happens because of the lack of moral education to students. Therefore, moral education needs to be implemented in the education system to overcome this problem. What's more, teachers as parents of second students have an important role in the moral education of their students to create young people who have good morals.The purpose of this research is for educators to improve good and proper ethics as role models for their students to emulate in social life. This study uses a qualitative research method of library research (library research). The results of this study are that educators must train themselves to apply good ethics to their students because students will tend to imitate the behavior of their teachers. These ethics are like being fair, attractive, more democratic than autocratic, having a sense of humor, and being able to interact well with students both individually and in groups. In conclusion, the teacher is a leader for himself and for the students he teaches, so educators should be good role models for their students so that students who have good morals are formed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality factors that affect the interest of MSMEs using mudharabah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bekasi City. This study uses a survey method in the form of primary data by distributing questionnaires to customers who have micro, small, and medium businesses that use mudharabah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesian Bekasi City and the testing of this research uses descriptive analysis tests, validity, and reliability tests, while for the analysis tool using analytical tests. Multiple linear and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that together the service quality variables with indicators (compliance, tangibleness, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) have a positive and significant effect on the interest of MSME while the variable that most influences the interest of MSME is the service quality variable with empathy indicators.

Abstract

Waqf property given by the wakif as a form of worship can be used for various activities. However, the development of the waqf has not been carried out optimally. For this reason, the role of  nazhir is needed in developing waqf so that it can be managed and utilized for the welfare of the community. This research is a normative juridical research sourced from secondary data and uses documentation studies as a data collection tool. Nazhir has an important role in the development of waqf assets so that the benefits of waqf can reach the needs of the community. Nazhir as waqf manager, participate in maintaining and developing waqf property. Nazhir plays a role in empowering waqf assets and making maximum use of waqf assets, so that the benefits can reach the welfare needs of the community. The development of productive waqf is carried out in a directed and sustainable manner. The development of waqf assets is carried out in order to maximize the benefits of waqf in order to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

The role of ZISWAF is crucial in economic, social, cultural and educational growth in Indonesia. During the post-pandemic recovery period, as it is today, it is hoped that Muslims who have more assets can ease the burden on their brothers and sisters in the form of ZISWAF. ZISWAF distribution can be done through social communities, one of these social communities is the Save_Id community which is active in the spiritual, economic and social fields. This study aims to determine the role of the Save_Id social community in implementing the ZISWAF program in the people of Tegal Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation of activities were analyzed using a deductive method. The study results explain that the Save_Id social community plays an essential role in the welfare of people in need during a pandemic and post-pandemic by receiving and distributing ZISWAF funds through several social activities that have been carried out. This research also fosters a sense of public trust in the social community, encouragement to society to be more productive, and play an active role in improving Indonesia's post-pandemic economy.Keywords: Community Welfare, The Role of the Save_Id Community, ZISWAF
