Abstract

The household consisting of husband and wife is the most ancient realm of patriarchal practice. The position of women in the household, which is always interpreted as a servant and generally places women in a disadvantageous position in the family. Especially if patriarchal strength in the family leads to violence against women. If one pulls back the persistent behavior of violence against women in the household, it can occur as an effect of the strong theological narratives about hadiths with patriarchal nuances, which are often interpreted by placing women as passive beings or objects in the family. So this paper aims to explore the actual position of women in the household according to Islam, by reviewing patriarchal hadiths and then reading them from the perspective of mubadalah. This research uses the library research method, concerning several hadiths that are considered patriarchal, then analyzes them using the perspective of mubadalah, to find patterns of mutual relations that should appear in the household. If in the classical interpretation, patriarchal hadiths are interpreted only based on the textual hadith, so they tend to put male pronouns as subjects and women as objects, but through the mubadalah approach, the authors found that men and women in the household could be in the subject position. as well as objects. So that it is not only women who are always seen as objects who must obey serving, but men can also obey by treating their wives with respect and kindness.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Stock Price of Companies Listed in IDX30 Banking Sub-Sector Period 2017-2021. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are in Index 30 during the period 2017–2021. This research used purposive sampling in choosing financials sector companies with sub-sector banks. The result shows that partially DPR, PBV and EPS can affect the stock price. PER was not affecting Stock price.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education play environment design management is expected to design an early childhood education play environment well with the aim of educational achievement in the school environment. The Early Childhood Education play environment needs to be arranged in such a way that this will have a major impact on the growth and development of early childhood so that children have the readiness to continue to the next education, the precise arrangement of indoor and outdoor display set plans. Although the activity of designing indoor and outdoor appearances. The fantasy world of early childhood has a major influence on the optimal development of religious and moral values, language, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical motor. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the design of the play environment of early childhood education in RA Babussalam and RA Raudhatul Jannah. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, documentation research and triangulation. The results of this study show that the management of early childhood education environment design both indoor and outdoor in RA Babussalam and RA Raudhatul Hasanah is still not carried out properly. Because it adjusts the condition of the school with a building that is not so spacious. Therefore, not all facilities have been realized. However, the functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising are carried out by the institution. The utilization of indoor and outdoor facilities at RA Babussalam and RA Raudhatul Hasanah is quite maximal. Where the learning process always utilizes existing facilities. That way also maintain and take good care of the facilities that have been owned.

Abstract

As an important instrument in managing the modern economy, monetary policy is a key to success in stabilizing the country's economy. Where through the Central Bank, this policy regulates the supply and circulation of money in a country in such a way by designing financial variables such as the level of money supply and interest rates. The goal to be obtained is to maintain the stability of the value of money from various external and internal factors. Stability in the value of money is a reflection of stable prices which in turn can influence the achievement of a country's development goals such as meeting basic needs, equitable distribution, broad opportunities for employment, optimizing real economic growth and achieving economic stability. In principle, the goal of monetary policy in Islam is the same as conventional, namely the stability of currency values which leads to increased economic growth. However, the stability of currency values is intended to be carried out in ways that are in accordance with Allah's commands in the Qur'an. The frame of reference in monetary policy in the Islamic economy is the availability in terms of money stock, in addition to the objective it must be able to guarantee monetary developments that are not excessive but sufficient to make the most of the capacity of the economy in providing goods and services for the welfare of society as a whole.

Abstract

Hilal observation has already undergone a very significant development of techniques. From daytime observations, up to the uses of various instruments that can support the success of observations. One of the routine activities carried out by the Falak Science Observatory of Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra is daytime hilal observation.  The hilal observation conducted by OIF UMSU uses an infrared filter instrument that can transmit light at infrared wavelengths and filter light at other wavelengths. This research tries to compare the contrast of daylight hilal images taken using filters and not using filters.The results obtained from the experiments carried out resulted in a contrast value using an infrared filter is 129% using Weber contrast analysis, and 4% using Michelson contrast analysis.

Abstract

A good and appropriate PAI teacher strategy can certainly provide changes to student morals. On the contrary, the strategy of bad and inappropriate PAI teachers can be the cause of the failure of Islamic education in fostering student morals in schools so far, because many students are lacking or still low in morals. This is due to the failure to instill and cultivate morals. The formation of morals through various educational institutions and through various methods continues to be developed, as will later be developed through habituation methods. This shows that morals do need to be fostered, and this guidance has resulted in the formation of Muslim individuals who have a noble character, obey Allah and His Messenger, respect for parents, love for fellow creatures of Allah. But on the contrary, if the morals of the child are not fostered, problems will arise such as naughty children who always disturb society etc. Using the habituation method has a very big influence on the personal formation of MAS Amaliah Sunggal students, because habituation in education is the most influential method for children. The child first sees, hears and socializes with his parents. In this case the educator becomes the best example in the view of the child. What is the behavior of the parents will be imitated by him. We as educators should exemplify good deeds to our students, if we exemplify the ugly then our students will model the ugly but if we exemplify the good then our students will follow the example of the good

Abstract

This article discusses conceptual research on the implementation of sexual violence education in early childhood and Islamic Views on sexual crimes. The number of cases of sexual violence against minors is very concerning at this time. The number of incidents of violence or sexual abuse against children increases significantly every year. This is because parents' awareness of education about the negative impact of sexual violence in early childhood is still low, which is caused by factors such as lack of knowledge about sex education, which is still considere taboo, ignorance of proper educational methods, and sexual awareness that is inconsistent with knowledge. If this is not anticipated and resolved immediately, this nation will be on the verge of collapse because the next generation will be castrated spiritually and intellectually. In sexual education, parents have played a role in the development and future of children, achieving religious and social norms as well as good and responsible behavior. Providing early childhood sexuality education through exposure to gender identity from the perspective of Islamic education It is important for children to begin to understand issues related to sexuality in order to avoid the risk of sexual harassment.

Abstract

In quality improvement as well the quality of education, the role of professional teachers is needed to educate the life of the nation. The majority of TikTok application users in Indonesia themselves are millennial, school-age children, or commonly known as generation Z, especially students at SD Negeri Bhayangkara Yogyakarta. With this TikTok application, many people use the TikTok application, especially children who are still in school, especially students at SD Negeri Bhayangkara Yogyakarta, they use it at home. In using it, many students of SD Negeri Bhayangkara Yogyakarta were not positive, such as speaking, bad behavior in each video content. With this in mind, it is necessary to collaborate between schools, Islamic Religious Education Teachers, class teachers and parents of students, so that in the future in using the TikTok application, it is hoped that Islamic Religious Education teachers can utilize this TikTok application for learning Islamic Religious Education to students, so that students can display their skills and creativity in making videos using the TikTok application, such as making videos related to the Asmaul Husna theme where students memorize Asmaul Husna using the tick tok application. The type of research conducted was qualitative research using library research. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the patterns and methods of Islamic Religious Education learning carried out using the TikTok application. This TikTok application is used as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education. TikTok, which is a new social media that is quite popular with the public, has good potential to be used in teaching Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the spiritual ability of the community in accordance with Islamic religious teachings still need attention, especially from academic circles. This is because of the weak spiritual consciousness of people today who are now experiencing a new order that is always rapidly changing. Providing and improving spiritual values in students and students is one of the important researches carried out, because this spiritual ability is able to reduce the ability of the intellect if in carrying out the life of this intelligent mind is tested with life problems. The role of remembrance as spiritual education becomes increasingly important when many people are affected by the busy mapping of the world which is now rapidly changing so that very little spiritual knowledge is obtained from parents, neighbors, or study institutions. Places of recitation, mosques and especially surau have begun to empty. Religious leaders and ustad and ustajah have done a lot of motivation in the form of studies to the people but have not positioned a significant situation. Therefore, the author tries to highlight by practicing dhikr through surau and mosques as a means of spiritual enlightenment.The activity of Remembrance is doing the work of remembering Allah and forgetting anything other than Allah when in remembrance. So the implications of such remembrance include remembering, paying attention, and feeling that he is always being watched by God and even has a broad influence on the soul and consciousness which is then actualized in patterns of thought and behavior. And it can be said that dhikr is a spiritual consciousness in the soul that is integrated with the Islamic way of thinking and acting according to Islamic Shari'a, whether someone is standing, sitting, lying down, or not. This awareness is central to every action of a Muslim.

Abstract

The concept of Ad Din covers all aspects of life, including the economy. In the context of Islamic economics, Ad Din refers to Islamic principles that govern the economic behavior of individuals and society. Ad Din principles in Islamic economics include concepts such as ownership, production, distribution, and consumption. In Ad Din, ownership is viewed as a divine mandate from Allah SWT that must be used wisely.Therefore, Islamic economics encourages ownership based on the principles of justice, balance, and social responsibility. Production in Ad Din must be done in a good and correct way. Therefore, concepts such as balance, sustainability, and quality are considered very important in production in an Islamic economy. Distribution in Ad Din must be done in a fair and equitable manner, and everyone must have an equal opportunity to acquire wealth. Consumption in Ad Din must also be done in a good and correct way. Excessive and wasteful consumption is considered not beneficial to individuals or society. Therefore, Islamic economics encourages consumption based on important needs and interests. In conclusion, the concept of Ad Din in Islamic economics provides a strong moral foundation for individual and societal economic behavior. This concept governs ownership, production, distribution, and consumption and promotes the principles of fairness, balance, sustainability, and social responsibility.
