Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Bakso Lotus Jembar yang bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi bisnis Bakso Lotus Jembar yang memiliki rencana untuk mengembangkan bisnis lebih lanjut apakah dapat layak untuk merealisasikan rencana tersebut atau tidak layak dan perlu ada peningkatan dalam semua aspek studi kelayakan bisnis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode yang merupakan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Bakso Lotus Jembar, pemilik dan karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan untuk konsumen Bakso Lotus Jembar adalah sejumlah 95 orang konsumen, untuk mewawancarai pemilik menggunakan sampling jenuh dan stratified random sampling kepada karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aspek yang sudah layak adalah aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek keuangan, aspek teknis dan operasi, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial dan budaya. Selanjutnya ada aspek yang tidak layak yaitu aspek hukum dan politik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara keseluruhan Bakso Lotus Jembar sudah dapat dikatakan layak dengan beberapa rekomendasi yang harus diperbaiki. Hal utama yang harus diperbaiki adalah aspek hukum dan politik karena kedua aspek ini masih belum layak untuk dikembangkan. Bakso Lotus Jembar masih perlu menyelesaikan kewajiban terkait dengan pembentukan izin usaha. Lebih lanjut ke aspek - aspek lain yang bisa dikatakan dikembangkan.

This study aims to determine the effect of menu innovation on consumer satisfaction in McDonaldâ€™s City of Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by using a descriptive and verification approach. The sampling used refers to the results of the implementation of non-probability sampling techniques, namely by approaching consumers as many as 400 respondents who have visited McDonald's in Bandung and tried the innovation menu during the research period. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis, because in this study using two variables namely the menu innovation variable as the X variable and customer satisfaction as the Y variable. The results of the analysis that the authors get about the Innovation Menu on Consumer Satisfaction at McDonald's has a positive influence either partially or simultaneously with a magnitude of 77.1% on customer satisfaction. Seeing these results, then McDonald's has to do deepening, development, evaluation, and increasing customer satisfaction in making menu innovations so as to increase the value of customer satisfaction.

Suis Butcher adalah salah satu steak house yang berada di kota Bandung yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1984. Suis Butcher mengalami penurunan omzet penjualan, hal tersebut membuat petingnya perumusan strategi yang tepat bagi. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen strategi di Suis Butcher (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor strategi eksternal yang merupakan peluang dan ancaman di Suis Butcher, (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor strategi internal yang merupakan kekuatan dan kelemahan di Suis Butcher, (3) mengetahui strategi peningkatan penjualan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Suis Butcher berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai lingkungan perusahaan yang terdiri atas kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan matriks IFAS, matriks EFAS, matriks IE, diagram kartesius, matriks SWOT dam QSPM. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat sembilan alternatif strataegi yang dapat diterapkan Suis Butcher dengan strategi utama yaitu Memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi untuk meningkatkan promosi dengan total skor 5,97.

Organoleptic And Nutritional Quality Of Wani Fruit (Mangifera Caesia) Sorbet Trisdayanti, Ni Putu Eka

Sorbet is one kind of the desserts. Based on the many new variants of sorbet, an idea emerged to make a sorbet with a new variant that has ingredients and benefits that are good for health. In this study focuses on sorbets will be made with the basic ingredients of wani fruit (Mangifera caesia) as its basic ingredient, considering that there has been no research that has processed sorbets with wani fruit (Mangifera caesia) as the base ingredient (Mangifera caesia). In addition, the use of wani fruit (Mangifera caesia) is still limited for fresh consumption, whereas wani fruit (Mangifera caesia) has the potential to be used as a processed product. The author processed the wani fruit (Mangifera caesia) into sorbet, then tested the quality (organoleptic and nutritional). Experiments and organoleptic tests of wani fruit sorbet (Mangifera caesia) were carried out at the Politeknik Pariwisata Bali Bali Tourism Polytechnic campus, and for nutrition tests were carried out at Prodia Food Health Laboratory. The organoleptic results of wani fruit sorbet (Mangifera caesia) are good in terms of taste, aroma, texture, and color, and for the its nutritional content, of wani fruit sorbet (Mangifera caesia) namely consist of 33.1%, of carbohydrates 33.1%, 0.475% of Crude Protein 0.475%, 0.330% of total ash / ash 0.330%, 0.5% of total fat / fat 0.5%, and 65.6% ofÂ water content

Evaluate the feasibility has been widely known by the public, especially peoplewho are engaged in the business world. This experiment aims to determine thefeasibility evaluation overview Sunda and Oriental Restaurants in Bandung, which inÂ terms of feasibility operasional.Evaluasi aspects needed to see a picture of decent atuÂ not like a business to run.The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. Methods of datacollection is done by conducting interviews and observations. Sampling techniqueÂ used is nonprobability. Data analysis technique used is the SWOT matrix with IEÂ matrix analysis, IFAS and EFAS. Based on the research results, obtained that pictureÂ business viability in Bandung Restaurant Sangkuriang declared eligible.Results of internal and external factors in the operation were at high levels. Theoperational aspects of the matter Weight gain by 3.13 SWOT Matrix internal factorsÂ and external factors, which means 3,07 Sangkuriang Bandung Restaurant is eligibleÂ to run.

Tren peningkatan jumlah pengunjung tiap tahun RM. Nasi BancakanÂ berpotensi untuk lebih berkembang, namun masalahnya daya tarik wisata rumahÂ makan Nasi Bancakan belum begitu dikenal masyarakat luas karena pengunjungÂ masih didominasi dari kota Bandung dan Jakarta. Dimana berpengaruh denganÂ persentase peningkatan jumlah pengunjung yang relatif menurun. Hasil penelitianÂ yang dilakukan melalui analisis SWOT, yang menggunakan Matriks EFE, MatriksÂ IFE, Matriks SWOT, dan Matriks IE.Â Berdasarkan analisis SWOT dihasilkan skor total rata-rata tertimbang IFEsebesar 2,94 artinya posisi internal RM. Nasi Bancakan memiliki posisi yang kuatÂ terhadap kekuatan dan kelemahan yang ada. Dengan skor total rata-rata tertimbangÂ EFE sebesar 2,90 yang menunjukkan bahwa RM. Consumers' Consciousness of Halal Certified UMKM Snack Food Products in Bandung City Winesti, Cucu; Ningsih, Caria

This research was motivated by the majority of Muslim consumers in Bandung. This of course affects the demand and supply of halal food products. This is in line with the development of SME snacks that are increasingly rife. This study aims to determine the relationship of halal consumer awareness factors to halal SME certified snack products in Bandung. Five factors that have been tested are religious beliefs, the role of halal certification, exposure information, health reasons, and self-identity. This research uses quantitative methods and survey research uses a questionnaire as an instrument with 100 reapondents. The targeted population is consumers who have never consumed halal-certified SME snack products in Bandung. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The results of this study are, partial factors that influence consumer awareness of halal-certified SME snack products in Bandung, there are five factors that have a significant influence on religious beliefs, the role of halal certification, exposure information, health reasons, and self-identity and simultaneously the fifth factors that influence consumer awareness of halal SME certified snack products in Bandung have a significant influence. The continuum view of the halal consumer awareness line is very high. It is expected for further research to test orthher factors that have not been examined in this study because of the influence of the studied variables by 58.7%, while the remaining 41.3% of company variables have not been examined in this study

Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Serta Dampaknya pada Kinerja Karyawan di Suis Butcher Setiabudhi Bandung Putri, Eva Silviyana; Sudono, Agus; Masharyono, Masharyono

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang paling penting dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang rendah merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering kali terjadi pada suatu perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang rendah merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di Suis Butcher Setiabudhi Bandung yang disebabkan karena banyaknya ketidakdisiplinan Â karyawan. Fenomena tersebut harus ditangani karena karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran kompensasi, (2) gambaran motivasi kerja karyawan, (3) gambaran kinerja karyawan, (4) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, (5) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional method dengan teknik sampling nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 29 responden. Teknik analisas data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 22.0 for windows. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kompensasi dalam kategori sesuai, motivasi kerja dalam kategoriÂ tinggi, kinerja karyawan dalam kategori tinggi, kompensasi mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disarankan dalam segi kompensasi dapat meningkatkan kompensasi tidak langsung yaitu pada pemberian tunjangan untuk karyawan. Dalam segi motivasi kerja disarankan dapat meningkatkan kembali kebutuhan harga diri untuk para karyawan yaitu dengan pemberian reward kepada karyawan berprestasi. Sehingga diharapkan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja perlu diperhatikan lebih lanjut oleh organisasi dalam menunjang peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Traditional Fish Gangan: An Icon of Gastronomic Tourism from Belitung Island Pratiwi, Yunisti

This study aims to develop a gastronomic tourism object in Belitung Island which has been known by its marine tourism. Traditional food namely fish Gangan is the object that will be examined and promoted as an icon of gastronomic tourism from Belitung Island. The method applied in this study is descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation as the research instruments. Â By conducting this research, it is expected that the fish gagan may become a culinary tourism icon of Belitung island which can attracts touristsâ€™ interest to visit the place. So that this product will give additional value for Belitung island as an attractive and sustainable tourism place.
