Abstract

  Abstract This study aimed to describe the learning outcome of students in the learning of Social Science by using Team Games Tournament in Class V State Elementary School 29 Pontianak Kota. The research method used is descriptive. Form of research is classroom action research. The sample was 31 students. Data were analyzed using direct observation. Data collectors are teacher observation sheet of learning ability in planning and implementing the learning process. This research was conducted three cycles, with the result; (1) The ability of teacher to prepare lesson plan first cycle  2.80, 3.21 second cycle, and the third cycle 3.59 increased 0,41 in second cycle and 0.38 in third cycle. (2) The ability of teacher in implementing the learning first cycle of 2.80, 3.39 of second cycle and third cycle 3.64 increased 0.59 in second cycle and 0.25 in third cycle. (3) The result of study of students in the first cycle of 68.06, 76.45 in second cycle and the third cycle 87.10 increased by 8.39 in second cycle and 10.65 in third cycle. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti dan menganalisis numeralia bahasa Melayu yang digunakan di Desa Nibung Kecamatan Selimbau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Aspek yang diteliti dan dianalisis dari numerali tersebut adalah bentuk, fungsi, serta makna numeralia bahasa Melayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik pancing dan teknik tatap semuka. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bentuk numeralia BMDKH terdiri atas numeralia monomorfemis dan polimorfemis. Fungsi numeralia BMDKH dalam satuan sintaksis dapat mengisi beberapa fungsi sintaksis antara lain berfungsi subjektif, berfungsi predikat, berfungsi objek, dan berfungsi keterangan. Makna numeralia BMDKH terdiri dari makna numeralia dengan prefiks ke- menyatakan makna kumpulan atau kolektif dan menyatakan makna urutan, makna numeralia dengan prefiks se- menyatakan kolektif atau kumpulan, makna numeralia dengan prefiks be- menyatakan kolektif atau kumpulan.   Kata Kunci: Numeralia Bahasa Melayu Dialek Kapuas Hulu   Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze numeralia Malay language used in the village Nibung Selimbau District of Kapuas Hulu. Aspects studied and analyzed from the numerali is the form, function and meaning numeralia Malay. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are fishing techniques and techniques semuka face. From the data obtained it can be concluded form BMDKH numeralia consists of numeralia monomorfemis and polimorfemis. BMDKH numeralia function in units of syntax can fill some syntactic function, among others, the subjective function, serves predicate, object function, and function information. Numeralia meaning BMDKH consists of a prefix meaning numeralia to-stated meaning or collective collection and express the meaning of the order, meaning numeralia with all prefixes declared collective or group, with a prefix meaning BE- numeralia states collectively or collection.   Key words: Number in mayal language of kapuas hulu

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap pada materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa siswa tidak mampu: 1) memberikan nama bagian tabung dan unsur-unsur kerucut. 2) mengingat rumus luas dan volume tabung, kerucut, dan bola. 3) menggunakan rumus luas dan volume tabung, kerucut, dan bola untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Hal ini disebabkan karena: a) siswa tidak pernah tertarik dengan bangun ruang sisi lengkung. b) guru tidak menggunakan alat peraga pada saat mengajar materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung. c) metode yang digunakan guru kurang bervariasi, guru hanya menjelaskan materi kemudian memberikan soal latihan. d) siswa tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru sehingga mengalami kesulitan memahami materi. e) jika menemui kesulitan saat mengerjakan soal, siswa lebih memilih diam tanpa berusaha untuk mencari tahu.   Kata Kunci: Kesulitan Belajar, Bangun Ruang, Sisi Lengkung Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the difficulties in learning and the factors that cause of it to the 9th Grade students  of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap on material with curved edge. The method used descriptive method.  The data collection technique is using the technique of triangulation. From the results of the research were obtained the information that the students are not be able to: 1) giving the name of tube sections and the elements of the cone. 2) remind the formula for the area and the volume of the tube, cone and the ball. 3) using the formula for the area and volume tubes, cones and balls to resolve the problem. This is because: a) students are never interested with curved edge. b) teachers are not using a props when teaching material with curved edge. c) the method which used by the teacher less varied, the teachers only explain the material and then provide practice questions. d) students do not pay attention to the teacher's explanations so they have difficulty to understanding the material. e) if they have a problems during work on the tasks, students prefer to silence without trying to find out the answers. Abstract

Abstract Background of this research was to review and to analyze the deixis in folklore series which was the result of transcription from spoken to written language. The aimed of this research to classify of types and functions deixis and to describe the relation between persona deixis and social deixis was Folklore Kalantika Series. The form of this research was qualitative  with descriptive method. The data in this research was the deixis every folklore. The Source of this research was four folklore in every Folklore Kalantika Series. The data collection technique in this research was using documentation. The instrument was take the data from deixis sentences, in particular of persona deixis sentences and social deixis sentences. Based on data analysis of the four stories in folklore Kalantika series, it can be concluded that deixis persona which often used is deixis persona third singular person in the form ‘-nya’, meanwhile on deixis social that often appeared is the form of ‘bapak’ which fuction as the diversification of somebody’s social level. There are connection between deixis persona with deixis social because some forms of deixis social are parts of deixis persona. This thing can be seen from the form of ‘bapak’ which fuction as social degree as seen from genetic relationship adressing and also it has referential for second person or part of deixis persona second singular. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi keinginan peneliti untuk menganalisis gerak pada Tari Besagu Ayu Suku Dayak Kantu’. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan struktur gerak tari Besagu Ayu dengan gambar agar jelas dan menganalisis gerak dan struktur gerak  tari Besagu Ayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan bentuk kualitatif, melalui pendekatan etnokoreologi. Data penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari para seniman sebagai narasumber. Analisis struktur gerak tari Besagu Ayu dengan empat ragam gerak yaitu gerak Pencak, gerak Sirang 1, gerak Sirang 2, dan gerak Ansing-ansing yang dianalisis berdasarkan motif gerak, frase gerak, kalimat gerak, dan gugus gerak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai materi ajar pelajaran Seni budaya dan Ketrampilan (seni tari) dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran imitasi gerak tari pada siswa SMP di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Struktur Gerak, Tari Besagu Ayu, Dayak Kantu’, Kapuas Hulu.   Abstract: The background of in this research is about researcher interest to know about uniqueness ofBesagu Ayu Dance Dayak Kantu’ Etnic. In this study used etnokoreology approach.Refrence of data in Besagu Ayu dance that exhibited by expert and some other artist who know the history of Besagu Ayu dance from the informant who understand about Besagu Ayu dance in Bika Hulu. Data of research is structure movement  Besagu Ayu dance in Bika Hulu that have relation with part of dance show, there arethe frist part, in the middle and in the last of dance show. Techniques of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation technique, the technique of data validity testing is extention observation and triangulation technique. Analysis technique is used analys and interpret koreography that have relation with the Structure Of Besagu Ayu Dance Dayak Kantu’ Etnic In Bika Hulu Village Kapuas Hulu District,make a disscusion analysis result with first supervisor and second supervisor than make a conclude the result of research so that we can get description about purpose of variety movement in Structure Of Besagu Ayu Dance Dayak Kantu’ Etnic In Bika Hulu Village Kapuas Hulu District. The result of this research are : 1) structure of koreo Besagu Ayu with three part there are the first part the middle and in the last of dance show.2) plane the result of researc whit curiculum as a teaching material of cultural art lesson (seni tari) with use imitation learning methode of dance in junior high school.Suggestion for the young generations : to keep preserve and to keeping culture especially in Kalimantan Barat, beacause the culture is a nation identity. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the learning outcome of students in the learning of Social Sciences by using Make a Match in class III State Elementary School 4Teluk Suak Bengkayang. The research method used is descriptive. Form of research is classroom action research. The sample was 20 students. Data were analyzed using direct observation. Data collector is observation sheet teachers in implementing the learning ability and pieces of learning outcomes of students. This research was conducted three cycles, with the result; (1) The ability of teachers to prepare lesson plan first cycle of 3.71, 3.86 second cycle, and the third cycle 3.86 increased 0.15 in the second cycle and keep 3.86 in third cycle. (2) The ability of teachers in implementing the learning first cycle of 3.07, 3.54 second cycle and the third cycle 3.85 increase 0.47 in the second cycle and 0.31 in the third cycle. (3) The results of study of students in the first cycle of 64.50, 76/50 in second cycle and the third cycle 90.00 increased by 12.00 in second Cycle  and 13.50 in third Cycle.Make a Match can improve learning outcomes of social science in grade III primary school 4 Teluk Suak Bengkayang. Abstract

Abstract This research occurs as writers’ pretension to find what are the values of character education in the novel Negeri di Ujung Tanduk by Tere Liye. The problems that will discuss in this research are truth value, responsibility value, intelligent value, care value, and teamwork value and implementation of character education’s values in Bahasa Indonesia lesson grade Senior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The approachement is Sosiology Literature approach. The data source is novel Negeri di Ujung Tanduk by Tere Liye, moreover the data in this research is the quotation from the novel itself. The result of this research is about value of character education which including in the novel concerning (1) truth value; (2) the value of responsibility; (3) the value of dilligence; (4) the value of care; (5) the value of teamwork; and (6) the plan of implementation of character education value to bahasa Indonesia lesson which is view from curriculum aspect, including the lesson objection, the selection of teaching material, and grade of appropriate reading become lesson material for students grade XII of senior high school. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out the effectiveness of Big Book in increasing students’ english early reading skills. The method used was a pre experimental design. The sample of this research was class B kindergarten of Rumah Matematika dan Sains. The tool of data collecting was oral reading test. T-test and effect size formula used to measure the effectiveness of the treatment. After the treatment, the students’ english early reading skills increased, they aware of the letter sounds, and they become familiar with the words . The data showed their score in letter sounds ,familiar word reading, and sentences reading increased. The findings showed that the t-test 27.879 was higher than the ttable (27.879 > 2.930). the effect size results was 1.39 (ES > 0.80) which was classified as high. Based on the results the use of big book was effective to increase students english early reading skills. Keywords : English Early Reading, Big book. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas media buku besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan awal membaca pada siswa taman kanak-kanak di Rumah Matematika dan Sains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan  pre experimental. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa taman kanak kanak kelas B di Rumah Matematika dan Sains. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah tes membaca lisan. Pengukuran tingkat efektifitas treatment dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji efek. Setelah diberikan perlakuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan awal membaca bahasa inggris pada siswa, siswa mengetahui bunyi dari huruf-huruf, dan mereka perlahan mengenali kata-kata dalam bacaan. Data menunjukkan hasil test pada bagian bunyi huruf, membaca kata, dan membaca kalimat, meningkat setelah diberi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji t 27.879 lebih tinggi dari ttable (27.879 > 2.930). Hasil uji besar efek 1.39 (ES > 0.80) dikategorikan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penggunaan buku besar efektif dalam meningkatkkan kemampuan awal membaca bahasa inggris pada siswa. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan awal membaca bahasa inggris, Buku besar.

Abstract

Abstrak. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini karena saat perdebatan berlangsung banyak produksi kalimat yang diujarkan seorang politisi merujuk kepada jenis tindak tutur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur komisif dalam debat Pilkada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini digunakan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa dalam debat Pilkada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015 terdapat 67 tindak tutur komisif dalam bentuk menawarkan atau mengusulkan, berjanji, dan bernazar. Tindak tutur komisif menawarkan atau mengusulkan dalam debat Pilkada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015 berjumlah 19 tuturan. Tindak tutur komisif berjanji dalam debat Pilkada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015 berjumlah 47 tuturan. Tindak tutur komisif bernazar dalam debat Pilkada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015 berjumlah 1 tuturan. Kata Kunci: Tuturan Komisif (Menawarkan, Berjanji, Bernazar), Debat Abstract. The background of this research because when the debate were going on, there are many utterances those are producted by the politicians that refers to the speech acts. The aim of this study was to describe commissive speech acts of Election Debate in Sambas Regency Year 2015. The method in this researchis qualitative research. Based on the results of data analysis that found in Sambas RegencyElection Debate in 2015, there are 67 commissivespeech acts that in the form of offer or propose, promised, and made the vow. The offer or propose commissive speech acts of Sambas Regency Election Debate in 2015 are amounted to 19 utterances. Promised commissive speech act of Sambas Regency Election Debate in 2015 are amounted to 47 utterances. The vow commissive speech actof Sambas Regency Election Debate in 2015is amounted to 1 utterance. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar peneliti di SMP Negeri 2 Monterado Kabupaten Bengkayang menemukan masalah rendahnya apresiasi siswa pembelajaran seni tari. Hal ini juga diperkuat dari hasil wawancara kepada beberapa siswa yang menyatakan bahwa, mereka kurang menyenangi materi seni tari karena sulit dipahami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan apresiasi siswa pada materi seni tari di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 2 Monterado Kabupaten Bengkayang. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) bertujuan untuk memperbaiki/ meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran dikelasnya. Dari hasil penelitian, Pembelajaran  melalui media audio visual dapat meningkatkan apresiasi siswa pada materi seni tari di Kelas VII A SMP Negeri 2 Monterado Kabupaten Bengkayang.   Kata kunci: media audio visual, appresiasi   Abstract: The background of this research was based on the researcher’s experience in SMPN 2 Monterado in Bengkayang regency found there was a problem about the low appreciation of students in learning dance art. Some students who have been interviewed says they are not really interested in learning dance aert because it is difficult to understand. The purpose of this research is to describe the learning process and increasing the student’s appreciation of dance art in class VII A SMPN 2 Monterado, Bengkayang regency. The form of this research is the classroom action research is the classroom action research which has purpose to increase the quality of learning process in the class. Base on the research result the learning process through audio visual media can increase the student’s appreciation toward dance art lesson in class students class VII A SMPN 2 Monterado, Bengkayang regency.   Keywords: audio visual media, appreciation
