Jurnal Ilmiah Rehabilitasi Sosial (ISSN 2685-6743; EISSN 2685-6751) diterbitkan sebagai sarana bagi peneliti, praktisi, mahasiswa, dan dosen dalam mempublikasikan hasil penelitian dan model praktik rehabilitasi sosial. Rehabilitasi sosial adalah pemulihan kemampuan berfungsi sosial, yang mencakup aspek-aspek : terpenuhinya kebutuhan secara memadai sesuai dengan aspek-aspek perkembangan, kemampuan memecahkan masalah, kemampuan melaksanakan peranan-peranan sosial dan pengembangan potensi diri dalam penanganan Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS). Rehabilitasi sosial adalah salah satu fungsi dari sistem pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial, yang diartikan sebagai penyembuhan bagi penyandang masalah sosial. Fungsi ini banyak dilaksanakan dalam pekerjaan sosial klinis. (Supiadi et.all, 2004). Jurnal Ilmiah Rehabilitasi Sosial diterbitkan oleh Politeknik Kesejahteraan Sosial (Poltekesos) Bandung, diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun.

Abstract

Parenting is a form of interaction or a picture of parental attitudes and behaviour towards children by giving attention to children and providing direction so that children can achieve the things they want or achieve their developmental tasks. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The determination of data sources in this study was carried out using a census sampling technique (saturated sampling). The purpose of this study was to determine the form of family parenting in the aspects of supervision or control, communication, and disciplining children with intellectual disabilities in Samata Village, Somba Opu District. The family parenting style for children with intellectual disabilities is quite good in terms of supervision and control. However, the family experienced obstacles in the aspects of communication and discipline. Parents find it difficult to build communication with children with intellectual disabilities because of the condition of children with intellectual disabilities who stammer when speaking and are not even able to speak. In the disciplinary aspect, two informants did not carry out disciplinary action because they were confused about applying schedules and rules to children with intellectual disabilities so that it was often seen that children with intellectual disabilities behaved according to good or their wish. Referring to these problems, the researcher proposes a program to increase family knowledge and skills in implementing it Good Parenting to children with intellectual disabilities through Educational Group.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine, explain, and analyze the role of social workers in the elderly social rehabilitation assistance program (ATENSI-LU), especially the role of social workers in implementing the stages of the service process and providing assistance to the elderly. This research design is descriptive-qualitative research. The informants were social workers, the elderly, and the head of the institution (supervisor of social workers). The data collection techniques used were focus group discussions, interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data validity used tests of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The role of social workers in the ATENSI-LU program is quite good, because they have been able to carry out eleven roles, namely as: Enabler, Broker, Advocate, Mediator, Negotiator, Educator, Initiator, Empowerer, Coordinator, Researcher, and Group facilitator, but there are two roles that have not been implemented, namely the role of Activist and Public speaker. This is because social workers depend on the assignment of the head of the institution and budget availability. Social workers lack the courage to innovate and be creative in making policy improvements to improve the quality of services and assistance, and fulfill the needs and rights of the elderly. Social workers assume that the task of informing the problems and needs of the elderly is the task of the head of the institution. The role of social workers still needs to be improved because: (1) Not all types of social worker roles can be implemented, (2) Social workers have not been able to carry out each role optimally, (3) Social workers focus more on administration to reduce inspection findings, and (4) The program is implemented by all employees, making it less professional. To improve the role of social workers then: (1) Social workers need to better master the program, be more sensitive and concerned about receiving complaints from the elderly, and fight for the fulfillment of the needs and rights of the elderly. (2) STPL Bekasi needs to establish cooperation to improve and develop the capacity of social workers. (3) The Ministry of Social Affairs needs to socialize the program, coordinate, and improve and develop the capacity of social workers.

Abstract

The research entitled Assistance for Victims of Sexual Violence at the Samahita Bersama Kita Foundation Bandung is research that will fully explain and describe the psychosocial assistance provided by the Samahita Bersama Kita Foundation Bandung in dealing with victims of sexual violence so that they can return to their social functions and help victims of sexual violence in their lives. fulfill their rights, as well as the development of assistance provided by the Samahita Foundation from time to time. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using documentation studies and literature studies. The results of this research found that psychosocial assistance acts as a friend to tell stories to victims, so that victims have a safe and comfortable space in telling stories about cases that occurred and help victims restore their social functioning. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan (1) Mengetahui bentuk bahasa tabu yang digunakan oleh siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan; (2) Upaya pencegahan penggunaan bahasa tabu siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan; dan (3) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa-siswi di Panti Asuhan Al-Mizan menggunakan bahasa tabu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, metode ini yaitu wawacara tidak langsung menggunakan google form dengan tahapan-tahapan mengumpulkan data, menyeleksi data, mendeskripsikan keseluruhan data, dan menganalisis data yang ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu  (1) Bentuk bahasa tabu yang digunakan oleh siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan meliputi beberapa penggolongan jenis-jenis Bahasa tabu atau pisuhan yaitu nama binatang, kata-kata vulgar untuk cabul yang berkaitan dengan anggota tubuh, kelemahan seseorang, hujatan agar celaka, dan berbuat keji; (2) Upaya pencegahan penggunaan bahasa tabu siswa-siswi panti asuhan Al-Mizan adalah memberikan contoh yang baik, memberikan pemahaman mengenai kata-kata yang baik dan benar, memberikan penghargaan dan pujian, memberikan alternatif kata-kata yang lebih sopan, dan menjaga lingkungan yang sehat; dan (3) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa-siswi di Panti Asuhan Al-Mizan menggunakan bahasa tabu adalah pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, kurangnya pengawasan dari orang tua, rasa ingin mencoba, dan dorongan untuk mencari perhatian.
