The fear of childbirth caused by pain can cause stress which causes excessive release of stress hormones resulting in smooth muscle tension and vasocontric blood vessels resulting in decreased uterine contractions, decreased uteroplacental circulation, reduced blood flow and oxygen to the uterus. One of the management of fear reduction is using birth balls. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of birth ball intervention on reducing fear in maternity mothers. This research is a type of intervention research with experimental quasy design. The location used for this research is at PMB Bd. Aisyah Mandalawangi-Pandeglang - Banten in May – June 2023. The sample used in this study was 33 respondents and was selected using purposive sampling. Statistical analysis using independent t test. The average fear score before the intervention was 62.76 and the average fear score after the birth ball intervention was 57.42. The results of the independent t test obtained Sig.2-tailed values of 0.015 < 0.05.

Nausea and vomiting are normal in pregnant women. However, this condition will change if sustained with a high quantity in a day, so it can disrupt nutritional balance, electrolyte fluids, and can affect the quality of pregnancy. Anti-nausea drugs sometimes can not work effectively when pregnant women continuously vomit, one of the nonpharmacological therapies. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of ginger drink plus lemongrass compared to lemon plus honey on reducing morning sickness symptoms in pregnant women. This research is a type of intervention research with experimental quasy design. The location used for this research is in the working area of the Bandung Health Center, Serang Regency, Banten Province in May – June 2023. The sample used in this study used a total sampling of 32 pregnant women. Sample selection with purposive sampling techniques. Statistical analysis using independent t test. The results of the independent t test for ginger + lemongrass were p value 0.028 < 0.05, while the test results for lemon honey were p value 0.048 < 0.05 it can be concluded that giving ginger and lemongrass water as well as lemon and honey has an effect in reducing morning sickness and is statistically significant

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a central and popular issue in the health sector because it is one of the supporters in implementing health programs that cannot be reached by the government. One program that really needs CSR collaboration is the issue of Nutrition Post for toddlers suffering from malnutrition or lack of nutrition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and significance of CSR programs on improving the nutritional status of toddlers. This study used a retrospective observational method, with case design and control. This research was conducted at UPT Puskesmas Anyar Serang-Banten from January to March 2023. This program is run together with non-government organizations, namely PT. Chandra Asri Cilegon. The sample in this study was 30 toddlers with a proportion of 1: 2, namely 10 toddlers receiving CSR programs suffering from malnutrition and 20 toddlers as a control group. In this study, an analysis of the results of the Nutrition Post CSR program will be carried out with chi square analysis. Based on the results of chi-square analysis, an odds ratio value (OR: 0.4; 95% Confident Interval 0.23 – 0.73; p value 0.001) is produced because p value 0.001 < 0.05.

Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is one of the risk factors that can increase mortality with a prevalence of about 82% when bleeding occurs. Information on how influential maternal characteristics are to the incidence of DIC in postpartum mothers will be very useful in detecting and performing care, however. Indonesian researchers are still lacking in conducting studies on the impact and influence of maternal characteristics with the incidence of DIC on postpartum mothers. The purpose of this meta-analysis was to find out what factors influence the incidence of DIC in postpartum mothers. Primary data is obtained by searching several indexing including: PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science, Springer Link and Cochrane Database. By using the search keywords "factor associated AND DIC", "characteristic AND DIC", " post partum AND DIC AND adjusted odds ratio", and "factors AND DIC AND adjusted odds ratio" . Inclusion criteria, including: Full paper article with observational study design from 2018-2023. Covid-19 infection and DIC gave Odds Ratio results (OR 2.32; 95% CI: 1.67 – 3.22; p value < 0.001). Hypertension and DIC Odds Ratio (OR 2.17; 95% CI: 0.84 – 5.58; p value < 0.11). and eclampsia and DIC give an Odds Ratio result (OR 24.64; 95% CI: 6.50– 93.39; p value < 0.001).

Fear of childbirth' (FOC) is defined as "intense anxiety that has interfered with the process, function and well-being during childbirth. This fear is caused by pain inflicted during labor, so finding ways to reduce pain will automatically decrease fear in labor. Nonpharmacological methods that can be used to reduce labor pain are birth ball therapy and counter pressure. The purpose of this study was to conduct a scientific analysis of the effectiveness of birth ball and counterpressure against reducing fear in the face of childbirth. This research is designed experimental quasy. This location is at the Bunda Aya Kragilan clinic, Serang-Banten in May-June 2023. In this study were 30 maternity mothers. The analysis used is an independent t test. The results of the independent t test obtained a Sig.2-tailed value of 0.002 for the birth ball and the results of the independent t test obtained a Sig.2-tailed value of 0.024. Birt balls and counterpressure are effective in reducing the fear of childbirth

In order to reduce the Mortality and Illness Rate in Toddlers (angka kematian balita /AKABA) in Indonesia, the Government implements the Integrated Management of Sick Toddlers ( manajemen terpadu balita sakit / MTBS) strategy. However, the implementation of MTBS has not been effective. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of MTBS at the location of midwife independent practice (PMB). This study was cross-sectional. The research location is in the working area of the Lebak Wangi Health Center from May to June 2023. The sample in this study was 30 midwives practice locations. Independent variables are facilities and infrastructure, midwives' education level about MTBS, midwives' age, and socialization of MTBS practices. The analysis to be used is multiple logistic regression with results in the form of aOR (adjusted odds ratio). The results of multivariate analysis on facilities and infrastructure factors that have a 3-fold influence on MTBS completeness and are statistically significant (aOR= 3.38; 95% CI= 1.34 to 646.9; p= 0.032 < 0.05) and MTBS socialization factors that have been followed by midwives also affect the completeness of MTBS up to 2.8 times compared to never getting MTBS socialization (aOR= 2.85; 95% CI= 1.15 to 257.6; p= 0.039 < 0.05).

The decrease in the age of menarche to a younger age (early menarche) occurs in children at the age of less than 12 years. Young women who are not prepared to face menarche will experience many fears and worries, one of which is pain experienced during the first menstruation. One of the factors that affect early menarche is nutritional status because it can trigger the formation of hormones that cause secondary sexual development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional status reflected in the comparison of body weight and age with the incidence of early menarche. This study is a type of observational study with a case-control type design. The location used for this research is at SDN Suradita (Suradita elementary school) in June 2023. The sample was based on the ideal proportion of cases and controls, which was 1:1 with 20 female students who had early menarche and 20 female students who had not menarche. The bivariate analysis used is the Chi-Square test. The results of the chi-square analysis resulted in an odds ratio value (OR: 4.3; 95% Confident Interval 1.15 – 16.32; p value 0.028) it can be concluded that a child suffering from obesity is more at risk of early menarche up to 4 times than adolescents who have ideal body weight and are statistically significant

In order to reduce the number of complications and morbidity, several developed and developing countries such as Indonesia began to apply methods that can reduce the risk of complications so that the length of hospitalization and the healing and mobilization process become faster known as the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Section (ERACS) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the secio operation method on the time of early mobilization start. This research design was of observational resrospective monitoring for 3 years. The location used for this research is in BPM Hj. Nurjanah ST and BPM Nurkholilah STr.Keb Pematang Village, Pematang District, Serang Regency. This research was conducted in May 2023. The samples used in this study used a total sampling of 43 samples. The analysis used is by linear regression test. The conventional secio group (Non ERACS) the average time needed for mobilization was 6.5 hours while in the ERACS secio group the average mobilization time was 2 hours faster which was 4 hours. The results of linear regression analysis obtained p values of 0.003 < 0.05 which means that the ERACS cesarean cesarean method can accelerate mobilization time in patients and is statistically significant.
