Abstract

Rating is a way or method to obtain information in any form that can be used as a basis for decision making. Ratings of a tourist object is often a standard for tourists to determine tourist destinations. Ratings made by tourists indicate the level of satisfaction with the services provided by each tourist attraction that has been visited. This study aims to determine and analyze the level of tourist satisfaction, especially in the city of Binjai using the C4.5 algorithm. Algorithm C4.5 is a technique in data mining to classify data with the concept of a decision tree. The data used to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction is data collected from respondents using an application built on the Android platform. Respondents who collected as many as 30 people were tourists who visited the Binjai City tourist attraction. The results of this study indicate that tourists are satisfied with the Cleanliness indicator which is indicated by the highest gain value of 0.283. While the lowest indicator is obtained in the parking variable with a gain value of 0.085. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that it can become a reference for evaluating the services provided to increase tourist satisfaction

Abstract

Kendang or Gendang is a music instrument that form of a long wood, bladdery inside and the hole is covered up with leather to be beaten. Kendang has been known by the Indonesian people since the seventh century and the Sundanese people (West Java) only knew about Kendang around 1584. Kendang has now been used as a means of musical arts education at various school levels, from elementary school up to university. In learning musical arts at school, students are required to know and to play all gamelan instruments. Due to limited tools, the learning process is only by conveying the material without being accompanied by the instrument technique. The impact, students only guess the sound produced by the Kendang without understanding theoretically how the technique to produce sound colors on the Kendang instrument is. This research aims to build an Augmented Reality application to introduce the basic techniques of playing kendang by displaying 3D Kendang animations. The method used to develop system is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method. The RUP stages include inception, elaboration, construction and transition. UML diagrams are used at the elaboration stage to design the Augmented Reality application that will be created. The Sobel method is used at the construction stage. The result of this research is an Augmented Reality application that displays information about basic kendang techniques with 3D objects. Based on the result of UAT (User Acceptance Test), it shows that this application is accepted by users with a percentage value of 77.2%.

Abstract

In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, booking / ordering is the process of making, how to order (place, goods and so on) to other people. Every year the use of motorized vehicles always increases. This is evident from the data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics, namely as many as 136,320,000 million units in 2020. This research uses a qualitative research method which has several stages and flows, namely conducting field studies/observations, interviews, library research, and collecting data and developing software with the Waterfall method. This method is often interpreted as a classic life cycle which is an illustration of a systematic approach and sequential development of software, starting from the specifications required with several stages. The conclusion is that the design of the web-based Steam E-booking information system is in accordance with what is needed by Cheers. Autocare Solo, the results and tests are in accordance with user needs, the database used contains 6 tables, namely: admin, category, service, booking, complaint, customer reports, and Information System Design E-booking Steam car and motorbike services help make it easier for the company . Abstract

HRP Fotocopy is a business engaged in the sale of stationery and printing goods. However, along with the development of business and the world of technology, the sales and purchasing processes are increasing, while the processes carried out by the HRP are still carried out manually, resulting in a buildup of files and longer services. The development of the times is followed by the role of computer technology which is increasingly rapidly making business competition more stringent, thus HRP Foto Copy builds a stock information system application using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept. One of the SDLC frameworks is Use Case Driven Object Modeling with UML or what is commonly called the ICONIX process. Utilization of information technology with the Iconix Process method greatly assists business parties in developing systems according to needs with the Iconix Process concept which completes the stages up to the evaluation stage

Abstract

Developments Technological advances are things that cannot be avoided in this life because technological developments go hand in hand with advances in science. With the rapid development of technology today, of course it affects the work environment as well. Employees are one of the company's reasons for determining the continuity of business activities. Employee work contracts within the company are important and must be considered in order to achieve company goals. PT. Taewon Indonesia is engaged in paper production and has more than 300 contract workers, making it difficult to select or expel workers who are still suitable and meet the requirements of the contract extension process. Analysis of determining permanent employees is very important for companies to determine recruitment strategies and human resource development. This study analyzes the determination of permanent workers using two clustering algorithms, K-Means and Davies Bouldin Index. K-Means is used to collect employee data based on certain criteria, while the Davies Bouldin Index is used to measure the quality of clustering results. Of the 455 employee performance appraisal datasets, tests were carried out by determining 2 clusters and validation was tested with the Davies Bouldin Index. And the resulting -1.752. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the k-means algorithm can be implemented in clusters to determine permanent workers with fairly good validation results

Abstract

Service is one of the important things in the form of business activities engaged in the service sector. The eligibility of a person in providing the best service must go through a good assessment. Company indicators in assessing the feasibility of salesperson services at PT. Sutan Indo Aneka Mobil Pematangsiantar has many criteria. For that we need a method to be able to assist companies in making decisions. This study uses the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method. From the calculation results of the Display Data Calculations, namely the Conformity Criteria Rating on Alternatives, Criteria Weight, WSM Calculation Method, WSM Method Calculation, the highest value is 0.925 with rank 1 meaning the Weighted Sum method. Abstract

Child-Friendly School is a program aimed at achieving safe, clean, healthy, caring, and environmentally conscious conditions that ensure the fulfillment of children's rights and protection from violence, discrimination, and other forms of mistreatment while they are in educational institutions. It also supports children's participation, particularly in planning, policies, learning, and supervision. One of the objectives of developing the Child-Friendly School Policy is to fulfill, guarantee, and protect children's rights, as well as to ensure that educational institutions can develop children's interests, talents, and abilities, and prepare them to be responsible for a tolerant, respectful, collaborative life for progress and a spirit of peace. The research aims to design a Web-based Decision Support System for Selecting Child-Friendly Schools in the Education Office of Gorontalo City using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research adopts the Waterfall method as the research approach and conducts Whitebox and Blackbox testing for the system. The research findings indicate that the system can facilitate schools applying for child-friendly school certification from the Education Office of Gorontalo City. It provides a transparent ranking output based on the assessment of predetermined criteria weights. The system can perform quick, accurate, and precise weighting calculations using the SAW decision support method, and it provides information on the suitability status based on the weight values derived from the matrix summation after the 'SAW method' button is processed

Abstract

he Apriori algorithm is a data mining technique for determining associative rules for a combination of components, this study aims to find the pattern frequency of each component that has been ordered by the customer so that the order is in accordance with the number and timely delivery, therefore to support the problems faced by PT. . SMF for the combination of inventory to purchase of goods, PT SMF applies the Apriori Algorithm to predict stock of goods so that when there is an order, the goods are not lacking and the delivery is also on time. The results of the research carried out obtained the most data on goods produced every 1 month, including the Pipe Bracket and Solenoid Bracket pattern of linkages in terms of predicting the number of goods at PT. If SMF produces Pipe Brackets, it must also produce Selenoid Brackets where the resulting confidence is 60%, Nc : 4, and for the lift ratio test it is 2.307. Whereas if you produce the Selenoid Valve Bracket, you must also produce the air pipe bracket for the resulting confidence of 75%, Nc: 5, and the lift ratio test of 2.272.

Abstract

Electricity is one of the main needs that supports people in their activities, starting from studying, working, and even enjoying entertainment through electronic devices that use electricity. However, the use of electricity that is not turned on can result in wastage of electricity. One of the Regional Apparatus Organizations that has a large electricity consumption, namely the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, can be seen from the number of electricity bills paid each month. This study aims to monitor and control electricity consumption to minimize excessive use of electrical energy by utilizing microcontrollers and sensors. The research was carried out by testing stages in three work rooms, namely the personnel room, the mail room and the Urdal room. Electronic equipment that is monitored and controlled such as lights that are connected to an electric current (socket) on the designed device. The result is a range of 110 dejar pear motion sensors and a maximum range of 7 meters requiring a minimum of 2 sensors for each room and saving the energy consumption of electrical equipment in three rooms by 49%. The conclusion of this research is that the system is designed to provide a good path in saving the consumption of electronic equipment..

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer-based information system that is used to store and manipulate geographic information. One of the potential applications of GIS is the potential of certain government areas, such as mapping the potential of villages and sub-districts. Tubbitaramanu Subdistrict (TUTAR) Polewali Mandar Regency, most of its territory has not been accommodated on the current digital map platform, so the application of GIS. This is to make it easier for the local government and the general public to obtain information. The purpose of GIS is to find out predictions of population growth, recommend recommendations for the construction of health facilities based on standards, and implement a Geographic Information System for Predicting Population Growth. This study uses the Linear Regression method using population data collected from 2014 to 2020 as data used in the prediction system and can provide recommendations. According to the results, the Tutar District shows that from 2022 to 2027 it requires the construction of pustu health facilities.
