Abstract

The background of this research is that non-formal education such as TPQ is very important and helps instill a love for the Al-Quran in children and this must be encouraged from an early age. Because many teenagers do not know how to read the Koran, there are also those who read quickly without paying attention to reading rules. This is a portrait to be reckoned with by teachers and parents alike. Qualitative research methods are used in this research. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, question and answer and communication as well as data analysis techniques in the form of reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of TPQ Al-Muhajirin educators in improving students' scientific literacy skills in Polin Village is as follows: (a) their role as teachers, where teachers teach students to understand the Qur'an and pronunciation, (b) as demonstrators , where the teacher presents pronunciation material using practical methods and demonstrations, (c) as a motivator, the teacher enthusiastically motivates and recommends students (d) the facilitator, where the teacher provides facilities to make it easier for the teacher to convey the memorized material being taught (e) evaluator, where the teacher conducts an assessment to determine the level of achievement achieved after participating in learning activities (1) Supporting factors: high student interest, patience and sincerity of the teacher and infrastructure (2) inhibiting factors: lack of student discipline, differences in intelligence levels and unfavorable environmental conditions.

Abstract

Al hilaal Siwar Elementary School (SD) is one of the elementary level schools located in Siwar Village, Ambalau District, South Buru Regency which aims to form a moral personality for students with Islamic character and personality values. However, the personality of the students has not been formed optimally so that delinquency often occurs, even though it is still included in the mild crime category, PAI teachers have the responsibility for how to fix problems that occur in students, for example: coming late to school, skipping school, brawls between students students, brawls between classmates and violation of school rules. The research method applied in this study is the "descriptive-qualitative" research method. This research was conducted at Alhilaal Siwar Elementary School, Ambalau District, South Buru Regency. The findings show that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have fulfilled their role as educators in shaping the personality of students at Alhilaal Siwar Elementary School (SD) Alhilaal Siwar District, Ambalau District, South Buru Regency. In shaping the personality of fourth grade students at Alhilaal Siwar Elementary School, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers took the initiative to improve the personalities of their students such as correcting students' actions and correcting all their shortcomings to provide good inspiration and motivation for the progress of their students.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the learning activities of students through CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition) Cooperative learning in Class VII akidah ahlak subjects at MTs DDI Seppange. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) conducted at MTs DDI Seppange class VII on the subject of akidah ahlak, with 23 research subjects. This Class Action Research uses Hopkisn's model which consists of two cycles at each stage of the cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques use observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that through CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition) Cooperative learning, student learning activities in class VII MTS DDI Seppange for the 2021/2022 Academic Year can be improved. This is evidenced by the increase in learners' learning activities before the action and after the action through 2 cycles. Likewise with student activity in discussions, doing assignments and being creative and critical in responding to questions, both from teachers and from students themselves. Thus, it has met the predetermined performance indicators, namely seen from the improvement of quantitative and qualitative data based on the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) MTs DDI Seppange. Keywords: Learning activities, CIRCK  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktifitas belajar peserta didik melalui pembelajaran Kooperatif CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition) pada mata pelajaran akidah ahlak Kelas VII di MTS DDI Seppange. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di MTs DDI Seppange kelas VII pada mata pelajaran akidah ahlak, dengan subyek penelitian berjumlah 23 siswa. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunakan model Hopkisn’s yang terdiri atas dua siklus pada setiap tahapan siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dan dokumentasi. analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran Kooperatif CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition) aktifitas belajar siswa pada kelas VII MTS DDI Seppange Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dapat ditingkatkan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya aktifitas belajar peserta didik sebelum tindakan dan setelah tindakan melalui 2 siklus. Begitu pula dengan keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi, mengerjakan tugas serta kreatif dan kritis dalam merespon/menanggapi pertanyaan, baik yang bersumber dari guru maupun dari peserta didik sendiri. Dengan demikian, maka telah memenuhi indikator kinerja yang telah ditetapkan yaitu dilihat dari peningkatan data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif berdasarkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) MTS DDI Seppange. Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, CIRC

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the stages of Posuo tradition implementation, 2) the meanings of denotation, connotation, and myths contained in the Posuo tradition, 3) the moral education values inherent in the Posuo tradition. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a Semiotic approach, conducted from October 24, 2022, to November 28, 2022. The research location is in the Ely Jaya Hamlet, Luhu Village, Huamual Subdistrict, West Seram Regency. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. In the analysis of data collection, the researcher employs data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in the Posuo tradition there are: 1) 3 stages of implementation, including; a) Preparation, b) Implementation. The implementation stage consists of several sub-stages, namely pokunde, pebaho, pauncura, panimpa, palego, padole, pasipo, posuo, bhaliana yimpo, landakiana tana, and matana karya. c) Conclusion. 2) The meaning of Posuo tradition symbols. 3) Moral education values in the Posuo tradition include: 1) Moral and Ethical Values during the palego and padole processions. Participants are taught about proper walking and sleeping according to religious and cultural norms. 2) Obedience and discipline, as seen in the rules of the Posuo ritual that must not be violated by participants. 3) Aesthetics, seen when participants are taught how to take care of body and skin beauty. 4) Togetherness, indirectly observed when participants gather in a Posuo room. They engage in all activities together, including eating and sleeping.
