Abstract

 Abstract: Communication in learning is a basic element that has a very urgent position and role in realizing the success of the educational process. Communication in learning can affect the achievement of the quality of education and of course can improve the quality of learning itself. The learning process cannot be separated from communication, therefore it is important for educators (teachers) to be skilled at communicating and understand the science and principles of effective communication in education, one of which is by applying the stimulus organism response model communication. In this paper, the author wants to analyze the urgency of the stimulus organism response (S-O-R) model of communication in improving the quality of learning. The author concludes that the communication of the stimulus organism response model is very important to be applied by the teacher because this communication is an action-reaction process so that verbal words, non-verbal cues, certain symbols will stimulate the communicant (students) to respond in a certain way. By implementing this communication, the message conveyed by the teacher can foster passion for the communicant so that the communicant quickly receives the message received and subsequently changes in knowledge, attitude and behavior so that this is an indicator of an increase in quality in learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study uses qualitative research methods using three approaches, namely: pedagogical approach, psychological approach and sociological approach. The data in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data, namely observations, interviews and documentation. The research instrument is in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the form of government and community collaboration in efforts to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an in Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency has really materialized well. The forms of government and community cooperation are: Government and community cooperation in the form of energy donations, government and community cooperation in providing ideas, government and community cooperation in material donations and government and community cooperation in providing moral support. Government and community collaboration in efforts to eradicate al-Quran illiteracy in Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency, namely the existence of an approach with learning residents, fun learning, activities outside of learning and motivating residents to learn the Koran. There are three opportunities in eradicating illiteracy in the Qur'an, namely the existence of schools, facilities and infrastructure and management. Government and community collaboration in efforts to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an has many benefits, including: Establishment of TK/TPA, construction of mosques and formation of ta'lim councils. With this collaboration, the residents of the Tanete Riattang Subdistrict are increasingly pious and have faith in God Almighty, have noble character, are independent, have good personalities, and are physically and mentally healthy. Keywords: Government and Community Cooperation, Al-Quran Illiteracy EradicationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pengentasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an di kecamatan tanete riattang timur kabupaten bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu: Pendekatan paedagogis, pendekatan psikologis dan pendekatan sosiologis. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui data primer dan data sekunder yaitu obsevasi, wawancara. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam upaya pengentasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur  Kabupaten Bone benar-benar terwujud dengan baik. Adapun bentuk kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat yaitu: Kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam bentuk sumbangan tenaga, kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam memberikan buah pikiran, kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam sumbangan material dan kerja sama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam memberikan dukungan moral. Kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam upaya pengentasan buta aksara al-Quran di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone yaitu adanya pendekatan dengan warga belajar, pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, adanya kegiatan di luar pembelajaran dan memotivasi warga belajar al-Qur’an. Terdapat tiga peluang dalam pengentasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an yaitu adanya sekolah, sarana dan prasarana dan manajemen. Kerjasama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam upaya pengentasan buta aksara Al-Qur’an memiliki banyak manfaat di antaranya: Pembentukan TK/TPA, pembangunan masjid dan pembentukan majlis ta’lim. Dengan adanya Kerjasama ini, menjadikan warga masyarakat Kecamatan Tanete Riattang semakin bertakwa dan beriman kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa, berbudi pekerti luhur, mandiri, berkepribadian, serta sehat jasmani dan rohani. Kata Kunci : Kerjasama Pemerintah Dan Masyarakat, Pengentasan Buta Aksara Al-Qur’an

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research aims to find out the implementation of professionality of moral teachers in improving the quality of learning in MTs Ambon State. This study has been conducted from November 23, 2020 to December 23, 2020. Informants in this study are principals, moral teachers and learners. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the professionalism of teachers is in the form of, teachers make RPP as a reference in carrying out learning activities, teachers are able to explain the subject matter well, teachers master the curriculum well, teachers have broad insights, teachers master learning media, teachers have good teaching skills, teachers become good role models and teachers have good personalities.Keyword: Teacher professionalism, Akidah Akhlak, Improving the Quality of Learning ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi profesionalitas guru akidah akhlak dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di MTs Negeri Ambon. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 November 2020 sampai dengan tanggal 23 Desember 2020. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru akidah akhlak dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profesionalitas guru akidah akhlak adalah berupa, guru membuat RPP sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, guru mampu menjelaskan materi pelajaran dengan baik, guru  menguasai kurikulum dengan baik, guru memiliki wawasan yang luas, guru  menguasai media pembelajaran, guru memiliki keterampilan mengajar dengan baik, guru menjadi teladan yang baik dan guru memiliki kepribadian yang baik.Kata kunci: Profesionalitas Guru, Akidah Akhlak, Peningkatan Mutu Pembelajaran

Abstract

Al hilaal Siwar Elementary School (SD) is one of the elementary level schools located in Siwar Village, Ambalau District, South Buru Regency which aims to form a moral personality for students with Islamic character and personality values. However, the personality of the students has not been formed optimally so that delinquency often occurs, even though it is still included in the mild crime category, PAI teachers have the responsibility for how to fix problems that occur in students, for example: coming late to school, skipping school, brawls between students students, brawls between classmates and violation of school rules. The research method applied in this study is the "descriptive-qualitative" research method. This research was conducted at Alhilaal Siwar Elementary School, Ambalau District, South Buru Regency. The findings show that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have fulfilled their role as educators in shaping the personality of students at Alhilaal Siwar Elementary School (SD) Alhilaal Siwar District, Ambalau District, South Buru Regency. In shaping the personality of fourth grade students at Alhilaal Siwar Elementary School, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers took the initiative to improve the personalities of their students such as correcting students' actions and correcting all their shortcomings to provide good inspiration and motivation for the progress of their students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan kelas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara kuratif dan prefentif serta untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pengelolaan kelas secara preventif adalah menyediakan 15 menit untuk tadarus bersama, memberikan pengantar-pengantar berupa cerita motivasi, merapikan posisi tempat duduk agar peserta didik merasa nyaman sebelum memulai pelajaran. Sementara pengelolaan kuratif adalah memberikan teguran saat terjadi kekacauan dalam kelas, adapun hasil dari fokus penelitian kualitas pembelajaran ditemukan kesimpulan bahwa pendidik atau guru pendidikan agama islam telah melakukan persiapan berupa, menyiapkan RPP (rencana proses pembelajaran) yang merupakan kerangka apa saja yang akan di lakukan  guru dari masuk sampai keluar kelas. selain itu juga guru menyiapkan beberapa metode yang akan dipakai dan alat-alat pendukung seperti power point atau buku-buku serta memiliki keterampilan mengajar guru pendidikan agama islam terhadap tercapainya hasil tujuan pembelajaran dikategorikan cukup pada kemampuan mengelola kelas, mengadakan pembelajaran yang bevariasi, dan memimpin diskusi kelompok.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning at SD Negeri 2 Tual looking at the context, input, process and product aspects. This type of research is evaluation research developed by Stuffelebeam, which includes four main components, namely: (context, input, process and product) with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of school principals, PAI teachers and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning at SD Negeri 2 Tual has overall gone well. At the context stage, the independent curriculum has been prepared taking into account the needs and characteristics of students. In terms of input, the school has prepared adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as competent teacher and education staff resources in implementing the independent curriculum. In the process stage, the implementation of PAI learning uses varied and student-centered methods. At the product stage, student learning outcomes in PAI subjects showed a significant increase after the implementation of the independent curriculum. However, there are still several aspects that need to be optimized, such as socializing the independent curriculum to parents of students and increasing teacher competence in designing innovative learning and active participation of students in learning are still aspects that can be improved.

Abstract

Purpose –Understanding of religious extremism has begun to enter the world of campuses in Indonesia today. Of course, this has an impact on intolerance behavior. Recent studies show that religious intellectual humility (IH) can shape a person's tolerant behavior. But so far, this topic has been minimally replicated in the learning process in Indonesia. Therefore, this research seeks to prove and explain the influence of religious IH in the learning process in shaping students' tolerant behavior. Design/methods/approach–This study is an ex-post facto research. The subjects were lecturers (29 people) and students (41 people) at Islamic Education Department (IED) from one of the Islamic universities in Maluku. Data collection techniques use the IHS scale, RHS, and tolerance behavior scale. Data analysis used a simple linear regression technique. Findings –The results of the study show that there is an influence of religious IH in the learning process to shape student tolerance behavior by p = 0,000 (p<0,05). The contribution of religious IH forms tolerance behavior of 76.2%. This means that apart from religious IH, around 23.8% of other variables also shape tolerant behavior such as empathy, self-disclosure, and giving support for the rights of others. Research implications/limitations –The limitation of this research is that the subject comes from a limited number of lecturers and students in Maluku. In addition, this study also did not use an experimental design. It is suggested that the next study needs to involve a large number of samples (educators and students), it is also expected that it needs to be replicated in the form of an experimental design. Originality/value –This study recommends educators (lecturers) continue to practice religious IH in the learning process, especially for their students (prospective IED teachers) so that later they can practice it in the IED learning process in the future.

Abstract

This community service aims to explore the use of innovative learning media based on recycled materials to enhance the creativity of teachers and students in elementary schools. This activity involved 15 teachers from schools in Padang city, focusing on training in the creation of environmentally friendly and economical learning media. Through this activity, teachers were introduced to practical techniques for utilizing recycled materials such as banana leaves, banana stalks, and used paper to create teaching aids that support interactive and enjoyable learning. The results of the training showed an increase in teachers' creativity in creating effective and environmentally friendly learning media. Additionally, this activity provided new insights into the importance of utilizing available materials to support more sustainable teaching and learning processes. This community service is expected to contribute to improving the quality of education in schools with limited budgets and encourage the creation of a more creative and innovative learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes in the subject History of Islamic Culture for Class VII C students at MTs Al Ikhlas Setupatok. The research that the researcher conducted used a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely Classroom Action Research (PTK). The sequence of research activities includes (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, for the analysis, the author uses the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis technique. The source of the research is Class VII C MTs Al Ikhlas Setupatok Students, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. The results of the research show that the Audio Visual Multimedia Projector Media in the Islamic Cultural History Subject with material on the event of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's Hijrah to Medina was taken from the theme of the Wisdom of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, Creating Peace, and was able to improve student learning outcomes in the Class VII C Islamic Cultural History Subject at MTs Al Ikhlas Setupatok. These results have met the indicators of success and reached the standard criteria for success or received a score of >70. Apart from that, classical student learning outcomes from cycle one and cycle two are said to have increased, namely in cycle I 13 or 34.210% experienced completeness and in cycle two it increased to 38 or 100% experienced completeness.

Abstract

Majlis ta'lim Magfiratul Jannah Wara di Kota Ambon menghadapi tantangan berupa rendahnya pengetahuan agama anggotanya, keterbatasan sarana pembinaan keagamaan, dan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan agama. Program ini bertujuan menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan ibu-ibu majlis ta'lim melalui pembinaan pada akidah, fiqhi dan muamalah, meliputi tiga tahapan: penyadaran tentang pentingnya ilmu agama, peningkatan pemahaman keagamaan, dan pengamalan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini menggunakan modifikasi action research meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi/evaluasi. Kegiatan dilakukan secara bersiklus pada 30 anggota majlis ta'lim dalam tiga tahap pengembangan. Terjadi peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran keagamaan, terbukti dari bertambahnya anggota yang tertarik belajar agama. Peserta telah mampu mengaplikasikan hasil pelatihan untuk diri sendiri dan keluarganya, serta berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam menyebarluaskan pengetahuan keagamaan di komunitas mereka.
