This study aims to identify the effect of business location on the income of the pulse kiosk business in Lhokseumawe City and to identify the effect of business capital on the pulse kiosk business income in Lhokseumawe City. The number of samples in this study were 68 respondents who were determined using saturated sampling (census). The type of data used is primary data collected using research questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression equations with SPSS 20 tools. The results showed simultaneously Fcount > Ftable or 33,649 > 3,138, the conclusion was that business location and business capital had a significant effect on the income of pulse kiosks in Lhokseumawe City. Based on the results of the partial test, it is known that for the business location variable the value of tcount > ttable or 3.945 > 1.997, and the operating capital variable tcount > ttable or 2.484 > 1.997, it can be concluded that partially the business location and business capital have a significant effect on the income of pulse kiosks in Lhokseumawe City. The business location variable is the dominant factor affecting the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. The author's suggestion for pulse kiosk business owners is that indicators of business location and business capital must be increased in order to be able to increase their pulse kiosk income. The author's suggestion to further researchers is to develop other independent variables that are considered capable of influencing business income. it can be concluded that partially the business location and business capital have a significant effect on the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of attendance and work motivation on employee productivity at PT. Adi Perkasa Medan's Active MAP and how much influence it has. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis , classical assumption deviation test and linear regression . Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 18, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 13.937 + 0.584 X 1 +0.722 X 2. Partially, the attendance level variable (X 1 ) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. MAP Active Adi Perkasa Medan . This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count < t table (4.682 > 1.691). While the work motivation variable (X 2 ) has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of PT. MAP Active Adi Perkasa Medan . This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (4.017 > 1.691). Simultaneously, the variables of attendance (X1 ) and work motivation (X2 ) have a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of PT. MAP Active Adi Perkasa Medan . This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (17,392 > 3,26 ) . Variables of attendance level (X1 ) and work motivation (X2 ) were able to contribute to the influence of the employee productivity variable by 50.6% while the remaining 49.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors suggest that in terms of attendance levels, employees are no longer lazy to come to work and do absenteeism without explanation so that employee productivity does not decrease. The work motivation given by the leadership is very necessary so that employees can work with enthusiasm. Employees should work well according to procedures and regulations so that company leaders are satisfied.

Abstract

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is revered as a hero for his role in advancing equality. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was an instrumental figure in the formation of our nation's constitution and was one of the principal authors of it. He made it illegal to discriminate against those who were considered to be of a lower caste or to be untouchable, and he worked toward establishing equality among the citizens of our nation. He stated that he had faith in a community that could support the ideals of friendship, equality, and fraternity. However, in the early days of our nation, a man who had done so much for our country had been subjected to numerous cruelties because of his caste. Dr. Bhimrao Babasaheb Ramji Ambedkar was a renegade who challenged the social order in which the contradiction of caste and class had been apparent for years. His egalitarian philosophy was "one man, one value," and it was based on the belief that everyone should be treated equally. Dr. Ambedkar worked hard to change the pre-existing social order based on caste and class, and he strove to plant the seed of social justice. He accomplished this by lobbying for a wide range of causes, including the plight of the caste system and untouchability, human rights, labour rights, women's rights, and, most crucially, Indian politics. Because he was born into a mahar family in the state of Maharashtra, he was subjected to the humiliations and discrimination that came with being an untouchable. According to B. R. Ambedkar, social justice is a method for constructing an ideal society or a society that is just. According to him, a just society is one that does not practice caste, is founded on the ideals of social justice, and incorporates all three of the following elements: liberty, equality, and fraternity. Ambedkar's vision for the perfect society is underpinned by a commitment to a pair of core values. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the concept of social justice that was conceived of by B.R. Ambedkar, who was the architect of the Indian constitution.

Abstract

Problem the fiscal deficit still has a bad influence on the increase in government debt every year. So far, the government has tended to withdraw new debt to cover the fiscal deficit. In conditions of negative primary balance, debt withdrawals tend to increase deficits and fiscal failures in the long run. This condition is also exacerbated by the Covid-19 that hit Indonesia. The deficit has exceeded 3 percent of GDP. even though the state finance law is a maximum of 3 percent of GDP. This condition has had a bad influence on people's purchasing power. caused by a decrease in purchasing power of goods and services. In dealing with this condition, the government needs to increase people's purchasing power through price regulation. Energy subsidiesclosely related to fiscal policy and a number of macroeconomic variables such as: inflation, exchange rates and BIR.This study aims to determine the relationship between energy subsidy control and fiscal deficit, in order to obtain an optimal fiscal deficit. Through the control of energy subsidies, the optimal value of the fiscal deficit can be obtained. Subsidy controls also affect the amount of government debt, so that optimal debt is obtained.
