Abstract

Biofloc technology is a technology that uses bacteria. both heterotrophs and autotropes. These bacteria can convert organic waste intensively into a collection of microorganisms in the form of flocs. The floc formed is utilized by fish as a food source. So it is urgent to research the extent to which biofloc technology is suitable for tilapia hatchery business in the long term. The aim of this study is to be able to provide information to farmers about the feasibility of tilapia aquaculture with a biofloc system. The method used in this research is descriptive method and location determination by purposive sampling with the consideration that the research location has used a biofloc system which previously used conventional cultivation methods. developed in the long term based on a total weighted score of 4,75. The conclusion obtained in this study is that tilapia hatchery efforts feasible are recommended from four aspects. There are several obstacles in aquaculture, including: water quality for tilapia hatchery business with a biofloc system that is polluted due to household waste, obstacles during the rainy season, constraints on feed prices that often increase, disease attacks on tilapia seeds that are stocked, and price games between cultivators.

Abstract

The impact of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak on the tourism industry, especially Indonesia, is certainly very influential. A number of cancellations of foreign and domestic tourist arrivals have occurred since the virus outbreak was announced. The plane seats are empty, as well as hotels, cruise operators, and other business potentials. Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno assessed that the limited mobility of the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the closure of recreational and entertainment places had a considerable economic impact on the tourism sector. This study aims to formulate a strategy to improve the tourism sector in Indonesia which is declining amid the covid-19 pandemic with the incentive sales method in collaboration with airlines or foreign agents who bring foreign tourists to Indonesia with a specific purpose. will be given a subsidy depending on the number and duration of tourists visiting Indonesia. Through a strategy mechanism to reduce connectivity costs and a competitive destination model (CDM) to anticipate a decline in tourism performance. This scientific research also aims to provide recommendations for sustainable strategies for the Indonesian tourism sector, especially in the province of Aceh in running the tourism sector amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative research using a mix method by conducting interviews with the target population, namely 100 business actors who play a role in driving the economy in the tourism object business in Aceh province and formulating a model for increasing the productivity of the tourism sector by introducing direct promotion methods and collaborating with the government in the process. development and improvement of the tourism sector. In this study, a focus group discussion will be held by inviting local officials from the Aceh provincial tourism office and academics to provide input in completing the model for developing a strategy for increasing tourism productivity by focusing on the incentive sales method. The output of this research is the publication of reputable international journals

Abstract

An innovation that was sparked is an alternative currency to replace conventional currency, namely digital currency that is secured using a cryptographic method called Cryptocurrency. However, cryptocurrency prices cannot be controlled, causing massive fluctuations. Cryptocurrency price changes are very stable due to several factors such as speculation from users and the nature of the follow-up from new to one of the causes. The cause of this bandwagon is due to extreme price increases in a short time, even within a day the price of Crypto can experience a difference of millions of rupiah for each increase and decrease. To answer this question, we need a software that can predict the Rupiah exchange rate. By using the Triple Exponential Smoothing prediction method. In implementing Triple Exponential Smoothing, historical data is needed which will later be processed to produce prediction results, for that we need parameters that can be used as historical data counters, in this study used parameters 0.40 as parameters Xt and S't and 0.60 as Beta parameters. In the process, starting from calculating the first to third smoothing, ensuring Constants, Slopes, and Parabolics, to completing the process by producing Forecasting, the results of the measurement of the margin error level with a margin of error of 0.94638% using data for the final 2021 period, which is between November - December on the Triple Exponential implementation simulation and on the implementation into the system that has been developed is 3.7249% using data from May 2022 to June 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of transformational Pandemic Covid-19 on employee performance in the Tanjungpinang City Government with a mentality of being ready to change as a mediator. The data were collected through simple random sampling technique and the results of a questionnaire that returned and were valid for 50 samples. The data were processed by the SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. From the results of this research, it is concluded that Pandemic Covid-19 has no significant effect on employee performance, but transformational Pandemic Covid-19 has a significant and positive effect on the mentality of being ready to change as a mediator. This research also concludes that a mentality of being ready to change has a significant and positive effect on the relationship between transformational Pandemic Covid-19 and employee performance. The mentality ready to change in this study serves as a full mediator. This new research proposes a model for building employee performance among Tanjungpinang City Government through the development of transformational Kepemimpinan practices with a change-ready mentality as a mediating variable. This research can pave the way for developing a ready-to-change mentality in employees and get finished all the jobs.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 52. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely transformational leadership, education, work discipline, work spirit and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The effect of the X3 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.032 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 against X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.011 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of the X2 against Y is significant

Abstract

Tomato fruit yields have a variety, not only ripe fruit but also the condition of tomatoes that are still raw or half-ripe. By naked eye, tomato ripeness can be seen by the difference in three colors, namely red, yellow and green. Each color difference describes the level of maturity. However, human decisions in distinguishing the color of ripe tomatoes can vary and are more subjective. With the help of an image processing system, the selection of tomato ripeness can be faster and more objective. This study uses the YOLOv4 algorithm which is implemented into a mobile computing device, namely the Raspberry Pi 3, to select the tomato image captured by a camera. The results of the YOLOv4 image process will be output to the actuator in the form of a conveyor equipped with a wiper that will sort tomatoes automatically. The result of this research is a prototype with the YOLOv4 algorithm that has been trained with the tomato dataset.
