Abstract

Bappeda is an agency engaged in panning and deveopment, which reguates and manages the course of panning and deveopment in the city of Medan. Within Bappeda there is a corporate organizationa structure, among which there is a structure for the finance department, which carries out some of the tasks of financia management. This study aims to determine specificay the roe and function of the Bappeda section in panning and deveoping the city of Medan. The approach taken in this research is to use a quaitative approach using the iterature method. The research data was obtained from the company directy and coected writings from severa artices, severa books, and a forms of sources reated to the object of research. The resuts of this study indicate the importance of the roe and function of the finance department in Medan city deveopment panning.

Abstract

Huge business opportunities such as product sales and online service provision and revenue growth for companies such as e-retailers are primarily due to their easy and interactive nature, lower costs, and high level of customization and personalization for customers. This research is intended to analyze service quality and consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce application users. The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze how the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using the shopee online store are. The research conducted is qualitative. The data collection using the distribution of questionnaires. Many consumers complain about the cycle of service and satisfaction levels in the Shopee application, both directly and indirectly. As it is known that making changes is not an easy thing for organizations, because all systems or some systems that will be changed automatically, members of the organization must also adapt to things that are not necessarily well received, therefore in the process of change there needs to be good management. whether done by the leader of the Shopee Application, there are things that must be done strategically in overcoming resistance well to ensure that a change will go well. So there is a lot that must be prepared before making changes, to improve the quality of service to consumers again.

Abstract

Motivation is a process which encourages someone to do their work in order to fulfill the goals they set and if those goals are met then the person will feel satisfied with what they are doing. The purpose of this study was to see what efforts were made to increase employee motivation at the Medan mayor's office, especially in the economy. The research methodology carried out is by using qualitative methods. The results show that the program to increase employee work motivation at the Medan Mayor's Office has one component, namely the occupational safety and health program.

Abstract

This mini-research aims to find out what happens in the environment of students when using good Indonesian for daily conversation among students of Al-Ulm Terpadu Islamic Junior High School. -Urum integrated Medan. Especially those related to students' speaking, listening, writing and reading skills. Data was collected using a questionnaire and a description test given to each respondent. In this study, we used qualitative research methods, which are natural research designs, in the sense that the researcher does not manipulate the research environment or investigate phenomena. From the results of the questionnaire distributed, it appears that some students have admitted that there are no spelling or grammar rules on social media websites. This makes it even more difficult to distinguish communication on social networks from the real world. This of course affects spelling and grammar skills at school. I also know slang and accusations from social media. It undermines the spelling and grammar of our writing skills.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang sekarang dapat terbilang semakin maju suatu negara maka akan sangat berpengaruh juga terhadap masyarakatnya yaitu orang-orang dapat terdidik dengan majunya suatu negara tersebut, tetapi banyak pengangguran karena rendahnya lowongan pekerjaan. Masalah ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya kepentingan didalam dunia pengusaha dalam perekonomian di suatu Negara. Kata motivasi juga sebagai dorongan yang dipengaruhi dari dalam diri seseorang maupun luar diri seseorang agar orang itu mempunyai semangat dalam melakukan segala sesuatu. Apabila seseorang itu berwirausaha maka akan dapat termotivasi dalam mendapatkan beberapa hal yang di mau, misalnya mendapatkan keuntungan disetiap penjualannya atau usahanya, mempunyai kebebasan dalam segala hal yang positif, memiliki sifat mandiri dan mempunyai banyak peluang dalam menentukan nasibnya sendiri dan kewirausahaan juga dapat membantu dalam menyediakan banyak lowongan pekerjaan dan dapat menumbuhkan kesejahteraan. Analisis ini mempunyai tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui apakah motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UINSU dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi motivasi terhadap miat berwirusaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UINSU. Analisis ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif, dengan melakukan beberapa cara yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan deskrptif.

Abstract

The poverty and unemployment rate in Indonesia is quite high, the lack of jobs in Indonesia is one of the problems that must be overcome by the government. All kinds of ways have been done to help the community, one way that can be done is to change the mindset of the community from finding a job to an entrepreneur who opens jobs. This method needs to be done slowly and must be given an example. One of them is students, because students are drivers of change in a better direction, through knowledge of ideas, and skills that students have become locomotives of progress. Therefore the importance of this education can change the mindset of students from job seekers to entrepreneurs, this can help the government in solving this problem, therefore this entrepreneurial education is very important in building the characterization of students to become young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Currently each region has the authority in terms of regulating its own region, of course this is a lot of questions for some people. The right to regional autonomy provides leeway for each region to regulate their respective regions even from an economic point of view. From this phenomenon, it is necessary to have an inspectorate that functions as a supervisor of every government administration so as to provide reporting on all actions taken by the regional government. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the inspectorate carried out in Deli Serdang Regency on the regional autonomy rights of Deli Serdang Regency itself. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results showed that the Deli Serdang Regency inspectorate had carried out their duties well. This form of supervision is carried out by implementing regular checks on all forms of mobilization of government officials..

Abstract

The ADD (Village Fund Allocation) program is one part of the APBD which is allocated to meet needs, the role of the government, and to support village development. The ADD program is one source of income that can be linked to support village development in order to improve the welfare of rural communities. This study aims to determine the implementation of the ADD program in an effort to increase rural growth. This research is a qualitative research. The results showed that the village government had properly implemented the ADD program standards based on the North Minahasa Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2016.

Abstract

This study means to dissect the execution of business training in tertiary establishments, its connection to the skills of graduates anticipated by the universe of work and other supporting abilities. The open joblessness rate in Indonesia is very high, arriving at 9-10% and incorporates taught jobless school graduated class. To conquer the elevated degree of instructed joblessness, encouraging business venture among students is considered significant. There are five fundamental substances in business venture, to be specific: (1) a solid will to work freely, have brilliant thoughts, and be hopeful in business, foster new, exceptional thoughts, draw in many individuals, particularly in the financial field; (2) the capacity to face challenges and decide; (3) readiness to think and act imaginatively and creatively; (4) eagerness to work cautiously, constantly and gainfully; (5) work with the soul of harmony and sound business morals..
