Abstract

The aim of th* stufu was to recognize the faaors it{luencing theperfonnances of raailers.rThosefactors were age, mwital status, mtmber of dependan*, level of efucation, working hours, irwentory level, location, ond number of employees. The performwtces of the venfurs were meoswed byusing margin profit. The data were obtained by doing suruey questionnaires completed by street vendors. Smtples were obtained through mahod probability sompling with simple rutdom sornpling teclmique. The data were, then, analyzed byusing multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrated that the age, the marital status, the numberof dependan*, the educational level, the working hours, the retailers *perience before being independent, their uperience undq c-urrent position, the stock level, and the location simultowously as awhole, had significant andpositive irfluence on the mogin prafit. Hawever; partialb the individual variables that influenced the mwgin profit of the vendors were the age, the marital status, the iwentory level, and the number of employees.Keywords : Informal s ector, street vmdors, p*formances.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the financial performance of local governments on the audit opinion and welfare society in DIY. The study consisted of two endogenous and one exogenous. Endogenous variable in this study is the audit opinion and welfare society as measured by the human development index. Exogenous variables in this study is the local government's financial performance as measured by rasio independence, growth rate, and the ratio of the activity. This study usingpurposive sampling with criteria of availability of local government financial, audit opinion, and welfare society.The contribution of this study to show whether the implementation of good governance and inclusive economic development model in DIY which be analyzed with achievementof the local government audit opinion and welfare society.Samples used as 6 LKPD in DIY annually or 78 numbered object of research for the years 2001 to 2013. The data analysis research using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with WARP-PLS(α = 0.05). Based onthe results of the first and second hypothesis testing, the financial performance has significanpositive effect onthe local government audit opinion and welfare society.Keywords: financial performance, audit opinion, welfarePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah pada opini audit dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di DIY. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel endogen dan satu variabel eksogen. Variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini adalah opini audit dan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang diukur dengan indeks pembangunan manusia. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah yang diukur dengan rasio kemandirian keuangandaerah, rasio pertumbuhan, dan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria ketersediaan data keuangan pemerintah daerah, opini audit, dan kesejahteraanmasyarakat. Kontribusi penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan apakah pelaksanaan pemerintahan yang baik dan model pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif di DIY dapat dianalisis dengan pencapaianmasyarakat opini audit pemerintah dan kesejahteraan lokal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 LKPD di DIY setiap tahun atau 78 nomor objek penelitian untuk tahun 2001 sampai 2013. Analisisdata menggunakan Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) dengan WARP-PLS (α = 0,05). Berdasar hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada masyarakat opini audit pemerintah dan kesejahteraan lokal.Kata kunci: kinerja keuangan, opini audit, kesejahteraan

Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe factors that affect a student's intention to entrepreneurship. Sample size were 276 respondents. Respondents this study were students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The method of analysis used in the study were factor analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, this study concluded that student achievement motivation was most influence to entrepreneurship. Then based onthe results ofmultiple linear regression analysis concluded tha tthe factor influencing student intention to entrepreneurship was the locus of control for UNIPA respondents, where as self-efficacy factor was for STIE Mah-Eisa and ISTI Manokwari respondents. Abstract

This study examined a model of determinants of consumer’s perception of risk of frequentlyused product, laptop computer. Data was gathered from the survey questionnaire. The samplewas drawn upon students at major school of business, conveniently. Three indicators wereused to capture overall risk, and three for each of six risk dimensions. Using six variablesthat had been presumed by researches, multiple regression model was developed for thisanalysis. This study showed that only social risk, financial risk and psychological risk weredetermining factors of overall perceived risk. These imply to marketer that they should relyon these risks that predominantly affect in consumer buying decision.Keywords: perception of risk, social risk, financial risk, psychological risk.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dampak pandemic Covid 19 mengakibatkan banyak perusahaan gulung tikar, sehingga terpaksa melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap karyawan. Sisi positif dari pemutusan hubungan kerja, muncul UMKM baru yang bergerak dibidang kuliner. Pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh UMKM melibatkan e-commerce. Salah satu e-commerce yang konsisten melakukan perubahan terhadap fitur – fiturnya adalah Shopee. Ditahun 2020 Shopee meluncurkan fitur baru yaitu Shopee food. Lewat fitur ini UMKM bisa mendaftar sebagai penjual. Shopee food menawarkan beberapa kemudahan bagi konsumen maupun penjual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran ecommerce shopee food sebagai media pemasaran bagi UMKM dimasa pandemic covid 19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesiner melalui google form. Varibel X dalam penelitian ini adalah diskon, cash back dan shopee pay. Sedangkan variable Y adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Varibel X memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini  variabel yang paling dominan adalah diskon. Toko yang memberikan diskon secara berkesinambungan akan menimbulkan minat beli konsumen yang lebih tinggi. Kata kunci : keputusan pembelian, diskon, cash back, shopee pay.  ABSTRACT The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many companies going out of business, so they were forced to lay off their employees. The positive side of the termination of employment, new MSMEs are emerging that are engaged in the culinary field. Marketing carried out by MSMEs involves e-commerce. One of the e-commerce companies that consistently makes changes to its features is Shopee. In 2020 Shopee launched a new feature, namely Shopee food. Through this feature, MSMEs can register as sellers. Shopee food offers several conveniences for consumers and sellers. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the role of shopee food e-commerce as a marketing medium for MSMEs during the covid 19 pandemic. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires via google form. X variables in this study are discounts, cash back and shopee pay. While the variable Y is the Purchase Decision. Variable X has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The result of this research is the most dominant variable is discount. Stores that provide discounts on an ongoing basis will lead to higher consumer buying interest. Keywords:  buying decision, discount, cash back, shopee pay.

Abstract

Post-purchase consumer behavior is an interesting topic for further research by researchers and companies, especially the marketing team. The company's orientation is currently more directed to researching the formation of brand loyalty to improve the quality of its products. This is more due to changes in market desires and increasingly fierce competition.Brand loyalty is not formed by itself, there are a number of variables that influence the formation of brand loyalty. Variables that are thought to influence the formation of brand loyalty are service quality, commitment, satisfaction, and experience. Satisfaction variables are thought to be formed from the existence of service quality and trusts.The research sample was carried out on Garuda Indonesia airline passengers in Yogyakarta, with 200 respondents who had used Garuda Indonesia within a maximum period of one year before the study was conducted. The analytical tool for testing hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that all proposed hypotheses are acceptable, namely that service quality affects satisfaction and brand loyalty, trust affects satisfaction, and satisfaction, experience, and commitment affects brand loyalty. Key words:Brand loyalty, Service Quality, Commitment, Satisfaction, and Experience. ABSTRAK Perilaku konsumen pasca pembelian adalah topik yang menarik untuk penelitian lebih lanjut oleh para peneliti dan perusahaan, terutama tim pemasaran. Orientasi perusahaan saat ini lebih diarahkan untuk meneliti pembentukan loyalitas merek untuk meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Ini lebih disebabkan oleh perubahan keinginan pasar dan semakin ketatnya persaingan. Loyalitas merek tidak terbentuk dengan sendirinya, ada sejumlah variabel yang mempengaruhi pembentukan loyalitas merek. Variabel yang dianggap mempengaruhi pembentukan loyalitas merek adalah kualitas layanan, komitmen, kepuasan, dan pengalaman. Variabel kepuasan diduga terbentuk dari keberadaan kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan. Sampel penelitian dilakukan pada penumpang maskapai Garuda Indonesia di Yogyakarta, dengan 200 responden yang telah menggunakan Garuda Indonesia dalam waktu maksimum satu tahun sebelum penelitian dilakukan. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, yaitu bahwa kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas merek, kepercayaan mempengaruhi kepuasan, dan kepuasan, pengalaman, dan komitmen mempengaruhi loyalitas merek. Kata Kunci:Loyalitas merek, Kualitas Layanan, Komitmen, Kepuasan, dan Pengalaman

"> Modes of transport workers in the city even become part of the traffic’s problems that have persisted.This is related to the conditions of workers in the city and availability of public transportation relatedto the place where they are live. Many studies in Indonesia about factors of the mode of transportworkers has been done by Lestari (2009), Ludfi Djakfar et all (2010), Widiarta (2010), Sijabar &Ratnasari (2013), Rahmawati (2014), Oktavia and Pandia (2013). Their studies conducting usingbinary logistic regression, but in this study, we try to use multinomial logistic regression. The motivesare expanding the scope of research, and also to capture the actual condition for labor in the city.This study conducted in West Jakarta district, as a growing city and become a second CBD in DKI.The aim of this study to show the factors which affect the urban worker who lives in West Jakartachooses their mode of transportation. This research found several factors like gender, married status,age, car ownership and motorcycle ownership affect labor to choose their mode of transportation.The policy implication regarding the result is how to improve the quality and quantity of publictransportations.Keywords: urban worker, mode of transportation, multinomial logistic regression

Abstract

One factor that supports investors' trust on capital market istheir perception to the fiuingness of stock price. The more appropriate and quicker the information reflected by stock price delivered to investors, the more fficient the stock market. fhe information needed from the firm's financial statement if it's tooked from investor needs who would purchase a stock are stock price information, earning per sltare, total asset, earning after tax, net sale, total liabitity, and totat equity which is used to the company financing source. This research aims toexamine the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return on Assets (RoA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) changes to stock price changes either partially or simultaneously. This research proves that Price Earning ratio (PER) and Net Profit Margin (NpM) changes partially influence the change of stock price, whereas those four variables simultaneously influence the change of stock price. Thisresearch hopefully could give benefits to investors, emitens, and other partles as additional evaluating tools in the relation with the process of stock investment decision making when stock prices are fluctuative. This research is hopefully beneficial for emitens in making a wisdom relating to PER, RoA, NPM, and DER and can give additional lorcwledge and information for parties who need reference as well as literqture about financial management.Keywords: closing price, EAT, PER, DER, NPM, ROA

Abstract

This study was intended to analyze the attributes of tourism villages in Sleman district that were perceived by domestic tourists, to identify the perceptions of domestic tourists on the importance of various attributes of tourism villages in Sleman Yogyakarta, to identify the perceptions of domestic tourists on the performance of tourism villages viewed from various attributes which were considered important by tourists and to describe whether or not there were differences in perceptions of domestic tourists on the importance and performance of various attributes of economic, social and tourism infrastructure in the Tourism Village of Sleman Regency. Respondents of this study were domestic tourists who were visiting tourism villages in Sleman Regency with a sample of 150 people, who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and Importance-Performance analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the attributes of public facilities, tour guides who master the local culture and have communication skills, security of tourist attractions (tourism  villages), comfort of tourism villages (organized, clean, complete facilities), tourism information (directions, posts on tourism village gates), friendliness of the local people, and people's understanding of culture and tourism objects are in the "Keep Up The good Work" quadrant. The attributes of parking facilities, road quality and health services (hospitals, pharmacies) were in the "Concentrate Here" quadrant. As for the attributes of the number of public transportation facilities, public transportation lines, banking services, traditional or classical cultural events or shows, events or performances of contemporary culture, souvenir shopping, food shopping (culinary), tourism village ticket prices, tourist price levels (tour package prices, outbound, event) were in the "Low Priority" quadrant and the choice of natural or cultural attractions was in the "Possible Overkill" quadrant. Keywords: tourism infrastructure, tourism village attributes, level of importance, level of performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis atribut-atribut desa wisata di kabupaten Sleman yang dipersepsikan oleh wisatawan nusantara, untuk mengidentifikasikan  persepsi wisatawan Nusantara terhadap tingkat pentingnya berbagai atribut desa wisata di Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta, untuk mengidentifikasikan persepsi wisatawan Nusantara terhadap kinerja Desa Wisata dilihat dari berbagai atribut yang dianggap penting oleh para wisatawan dan untuk mendeskripsikan ada atau tidaknya perbedaan persepsi wisatawan Nusantara atas arti penting dan kinerja berbagai atribut infrastruktur ekonomi, sosial dan kepariwisatan di Desa Wisata Kabupaten Sleman. Responden penelitian ini adalah para wisatawan nusantara yang sedang berkunjung ke desa wisata di kabupaten Sleman dengan sampel sejumlah 150 orang, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposiv sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis Importance-Performance. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa atribut ketersediaan fasilitas umum (MCK), pemandu wisata yang menguasai budaya lokal, pemandu wisata yang memiliki ketrampilan berkomunikasi, keamanan tempat wisata (desa wisata), kenyamanan desa wisata (teratur, bersih, fasilitas lengkap), informasi pariwisata (petunjuk arah, tulisan pada gerbang desa wisata), keramahan penduduk lokal, dan pemahaman masyarakat akan budaya dan obyek wisata berada pada kuadran “Keep Up The good Work”.  Atribut fasilitas parkir, kualitas jalan dan layanan kesehatan (rumah sakit, apotik)berada pada kuadran “Concentrate Here”. Adapun atribut jumlah sarana transportasi umum, jalur transportasi publik, jasa perbankan (ATM dan sejenisnya), event atau pertunjukan budaya tradisional dan klasik, event atau pertunjukan budaya kontemporer, tempat belanja cinderamata, tempat belanja makanan (oleh-oleh), harga tiket masuk desa wisata, tingkat harga wisata (harga paket wisata, outbound, event)berada pada kuadran “Low Priority”. Sedangkan atribut keteraturan lalu lintas dan pilihan obyek wisata alam atau budaya berada pada kuadran “Possible Overkill”. Keywords: infrastruktur pariwisata, atribut desa wisata, tingkat kepentingan, tingkat kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the effects of leverage and liquidity on dividend policy with profitability as control variable. Independent variables were used leverage and liquidity. Dependent variable was used dividend policy. This research used profitability as control variable.The research population was manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period of 2009-2012. Sample was collected by purposive sampling method. Total of 18 manufacturing companies were taken as sample of research. Analysis method of this research used multiple regression.The result of this research showed that leverage had negative effect on dividend policy. While liquidity didn’t have effect on dividend policy. As control variable, profitability had positive effect on dividend policy. This empirical evidence of research proved that profitability could be added as independent variable. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Leverage, Liquidity and Profitability ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh leverage dan likuiditas terhadap kebijakan dividen dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel kontrol. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah leverage dan likuditas. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah kebijakan dividen.Penelitian ini menggunakan profitabilitas sebagai variabel kontrol.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2009-2012.Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Total 18 perusahaan ditentukan sebagai sampel.Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling terhadap perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009 sampai 2012.Sebanyak 18 perusahaan manufaktur digunakan sebagai sampel.Metode analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan likuditas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen.Sebagai variabel kontrol, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen.Bukti empiris dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas dapat ditambahkan sebagai variabel independen. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Dividen, Leverage, Likuiditas dan Profitabilitas.
